Tôi đặt trước khi đến Hà Nội, cũng đã có ghi chú về điều kiện đặt phòng, tuy nhiên, nhân viên tỏ ra khó chịu khi tôi yêu cầu thực hiện như những gì đã ghi chú. Trong giá phòng đã bao gồm ăn sáng, nhưng nhân viên lại cho biết không phục vụ bữa sáng cho tôi (giải thích là với giá phòng này không bao gồm?), dù tôi đã liên hệ với Agoda nhưng việc giải quyết cũng khiến tôi chưa hài lòng. We booked our airport pick up through the Hotel and that was the best decision we made. We arrived almost midnight and accidentally left one of our small bags in the taxi. Only realized this an hour later and since it was late, the staff promised to contact the taxi company in the morning. But at 3 am, the taxi driver came back to the hotel to On the hotel; the location is great as it is close to many of the places that we want to go to. Their staffs are very very helpful and friendly esp. Judy and David ( I cannot remember the names of the other staff - sorry) and I highly recommend travellers looking for value for money accommodation to book this hotel. The downside: To update the website as the Australian couple are not with them anymore for three years already. Replace the toilet floor mat with thicker material as it is slippery. This hotel is clean but the facilities are limited only water, towels and shops. The hotel has also hot shower. The breakfast is not suitable for Muslims because there are pork and bacon, so I never taken the breakfast. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Xem tiếp

The location of the hotel is excellent (walking distance to the night market, as well as many delicious street stalls). The staff are friendly and helpful. The only improvement that need to be done is the conditioner was not functioning well during our stay (the room was so cold throughout the whole night). Xem tiếp

I stayed for 1 night only but the experience was great overall. The staff was really helpful. I paid for a good price and the owner upgraded my room for free, that was very helpful. The room was spacious, the bathroom was good and had all you need. Generally, it was great. I'd recommend it. Xem tiếp

Excellent customer service from the staff, all of them are very helpful in answering queries and very friendly whereby they will always chat up with you when they see you alone. They always smile too and this make you feel very welcome. The staff are truly the asset of the hotel. Each of them have enormous amount of knowledge about the tour available and the area around the hotel. I have a fabulous stay here and I would recommend anyone to this hotel. I will go back to this hotel if I go Hanoi again. Special thanks to Nhung Pham for arranging airport transfer from airport to the hotel even very last minute (literally less than 12 hour before my arrival) Xem tiếp

plus: -------- happy staff, even at 4am off the night train. zero attempt to sell tours which i really appreciated. fast wifi (as standard in vietnam). free breakfast was slightly above budget free breakfast average. i think there has clearly been a plan to use top quality mattresses to cause guests to sleep through the free breakfast! (joking, but the bed was noticeable really comfy!) agoda price was about 0.5-1$ cheaper than the cheapest on-the-door price. they let us check in early which was really appreciated after getting off the night train from china. minus: -------- hot water seemed to run out in the shower fast. small window in the room (no doubt other rooms have bigger, and this may have helped the quietness of the room). Having stayed at this hotel earlier in the week and having gone to another part of Vietnam, when I realised that I was going to return to the Hanoi, I had no hesitation in booking this hotel again. I based this on my previous experience of their outstanding service and the value for money of the stay at this hotel. I was able to stay in the same room. What really made my second stay here so nice was the genuine delight on the receptionist(s) face when I returned. I felt like I was being treated as a friend. Xem tiếp

having realised that i needed to stay an extra night in hanoi, i was happy to book another night at this hotel. the staff were very helpful and accommodating in allowing me stay in the same room and this meant that i did not have to move my luggage. additionally, i sought assistance in booking a flight from hanoi to phnom penh and after being frustrated by some of the internet prices, one of the receptionist managed to book with vietnam airlines the flight that i required. i actually saved over $50 on the internet price. i was sorry to leave and when i return to hanoi next year i will definitely book this hotel. From the outside this hotel almost looks like an internet cafe. In fact as you enter, you pass 3 computers before reaching the reception desk. I was greeted with a smile and after showing my confirmation I was informed that I would be on the top floor of the hotel which I had no problem with. The young female receptionist then said that she thought that a room on the 2nd floor was now available and would I prefer that? She showed me to this room and I found it to be fine. I thought that the room had already been cleaned from the previous occupation. But she said that it needed cleaning and would I be alright to wait for 20 minutes or so while this was being done. I was then shown to the restaurant area where I was provided with a complimentary cup of coffee. I also arranged a 3 day trip to Halong Bay through the staff and was extremely pleased with this trip. The staff were brilliant - all of them. The hotel was very clean. My deal included breakfast and I was really pleased to find that this was breakfast off a menu and not a buffet. The staff organised tours for me at what i considered reasonable prices - certainly cheaper than from some of the local travel agents. They also arranged my flight from Haoi to Phnom Penh with Vietnam Air which turned out to be considerably cheaper than the on-line fare quoted to me. In conclusion, a first class hotel and I have no reservations in recommending it and I will definitely stay there again when i return to Hanoi. Xem tiếp

my friend and I are both meticulous and we're glad we chose this place. i'm missing it now 😊... if you do not wish to be disturbed, this is the best place to go.. it is not near any noisy area.. nice view, clean restroom, clean room.. they clean the room everyday.. and there's free bottled water.. breakfast is okay (but a little bit of a suggestion though, offer some vietnamese food cause that's we (foreigners) would love to taste).. they reply immediately and assist you in the hotel (from airport transport until you check out) and they exchange dollar to dong.. overall, both of us were satisfied. will definitely going back to this hotel should we go back to Hanoi.. staff are really helpful. the room is very clean .the location is great at Hanoi old quarter.We booked tour from the reception and when we found out that the price we paid was higher than other tourists in the same group, the hotel staff contacted the tour operator and the tour operator came to meet us the next morning to explain to us the reason . We really appreciated their quick response . The tour we joined was operated by Wati, they have professional guide, driver and bus is clean , highly recommended. Xem tiếp

The stay was relatively pleasant with no hassle and locality convenience. However, I personally find that the staffs 'pretended' not to understand simple English when returning my change for airport transfer fare. The agreed fare was USD18, and I have made payment using USD20. They should return the change in USD not VND, but instead they choose to ignore my request even after I have reminded them. My issue is not with the value of the fare but their blantant pretense irked me. Xem tiếp
