Khách sạn có những chàng trai rất dễ thương, họ phục vu chuyên nghiệp và thân thiện. Thoạt đầu thấy khách sạn nhỏ tôi hơi lo lắng, nhưng các chàng lễ tân làm bếp ăn sáng rất ok.Chúng tôi ở đó 4 ngày, sau đó đi Sapa, đồ đạc quá nhiều chưa biết làm sao, thì nhân viên vui vẻ cho gửi lại, một chi tiết nhỏ nhưng làm chúng tôi rất ấn tượng. Có dịp ra Hà nội tôi và các bạn sẽ làm khách quen của khách sạn này. Xem tiếp

Having visited Hanoi a few times, I have mixed it up each time, but still stayed in the Old Quarter. The location was OK, but I found it harder to find street food close by compared to other hotels I've stayed in. Room was large, but the room definitely needs fixing up. Bathroom had quite a bit of rust in the bath (shower over bath), we had to move a bedside to get to a power point and it was filthy (years of dust build up). FYI - no lifts, had to ask for the wifi password upon leaving for the first time as wasn't provided on check-in, and was also advised on our only morning that breakfast was available (staff saw me entering with the banh mi i eventually found). Upon arrival we were informed that our room (and two others) were scheduled to have new air conditioning units installed at 22.00 that evening. We were offered alternative accommodation in a hotel around the corner and were assured by the owner that the other room was “far better” and “brand new” with only “the best” finishes “and a lift”. As having no air conditioning was not an option, we reluctantly agreed to change to the other hotel. ...what a dump. Old and run-down. To top it all, the bedding was dirty. Breakfast the next morning was served in the original hotel - four versions of “french toast” which turned out to be normal toasted white bread. It's very close to the lake in old quarter Hanoi. But there's no elevator here even if your room is on the 4th floor. Staff able to speak english and helpful but the owner not so hospitable. Xem tiếp

I really, really enjoyed this place. For $16.5 dollars I got a big buffet breakfast, a big, clean room with a bathroom and a power shower, a swimming pool, gorgeous helpful staff, quiet easy surroundings, and availability of either an air conditioned car 3 minutes to the old town or bicycles to rent for the day to peddle in yourself. The only downside was that my room had a window that looked into the reception so I couldn't open it and I would have preferred one of the rooms with real light! Otherwise no complaints. The room was a few floors up so walking the stairs wasnt fun as no elevator. There was 2 young guys in foyer that seemed to be running everything, they kept our passports much longer than he said he was going to. Breakfast wasnt great. Bathroom was old. Réservation faite pour le Prince Hotel To Tich. Complet à mon arrivée et redirigé en moto-bike vers le Prince Hotel 2 un peu plus loin du lac. Hôtel propre et confortable avec petit déjeuner correct mais logé au 6è étage sans ascenseur. La réceptionniste de l'après midi parle très bien français. we loved being in the heart of the old quarter, even though we got lost a few times. our room was very comfortable, and the staff, particularly miss la, were very friendly and helpful. they booked tours and flights for us at reasonable prices and with a minimum of fuss - the hotel driver took us to and from the airport, and the tour bus picked us up outside the hotel. very satisfied, we are happy to recommend it to fellow travellers. We had 4 nights in this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, but had no window. The bathroom was good, but it was not possible to fill up the bathtub. Breakfast was average/boring. It got very noisy in the night with Vietnamese guests shouting when going to bed and the same in the morning. Maybe we were just unlucky with the other people staying there.
