Dịch vụ khách sạn quá tệ, nhân viên cũng quá tệ mặt lúc nào cũng đăm đăm ko nở được 1 nụ cười, phòng ngột thở, máy lạnh ko chạy nổi, sẽ không bao giờ quay lại nới này 1 lần nữa Xem tiếp

Well located and not too expensive but the breakfast is a little bit light, the room next to the lobby has no windows and no air extraction so smells humidity and the mattresses are extremely taugh. Was ok for a night in transit but not great at all. Xem tiếp

This was my second time in this hostel. I stayed a year ago and recently, I stayed from Jan 17-19. I really like the location of this hostel because there's a lot of food shops nearby, 5-10 min walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and 1 min walk to bus stop. Receptionist (Candy) was very sweet, helpful, informative and friendly. However, the other girl receptionist was RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL (totally opposite of Candy)! I was about to ask help to that receptionist whilst she was busy watching Youtube in her mobile phone. Instead of entertaining my question she make face instead. Xem tiếp

Our first night was sleepless, very loud and cigarette smoke coming in from the street. We asked to be moved rooms and they accommodated which was very nice. The new room had a very loud possibly broken A/C so we used the fan. There were big stains on the blanket. There are ants everywhere (something I understand is not always avoidable) and there was a panel in the bathroom that moved easily and mosquitoes were getting in. The staff were very very friendly and helpful but I would probably stay somewhere else the next time I visit Hanoi. Xem tiếp

We had a very accommodating stay at Pearl Hostel. Staff is very kind and really tried hard to ensure that we have a comfortable stay. Breakfast and coffee is really good. Location is also in the middle of old quarter which basically puts you to where shopping, leisure and culture is. Will definitely choose it again as my home away from home. Xem tiếp

Very nice location.. near hoan kien lake around walking distance. The girl in the reception area was so helpful. She tried to explain all my queries in english.. You can use bus no. 86 at the airport to this hotel as well as going back to airport.. Xem tiếp

It's quite near the bus stop to the airport. Breakfast is provided with good price, it's nice that we didn't have to struggle finding our breakfasts. Not far to see the walking street and could enjoy night time in Old Quarter. Xem tiếp

We stayed here for a week, the staff is friendly, the place is clean, we had a little problem when we came with the fridge of our room that didn’t work, and immediately they change it. The room was comfortable and big. The location is great! The breakfast is ok (sandwich and tea). Highly recommend this place to stay Xem tiếp

I was here just one short night for my business trip. The hotel is located in central of the city, i really mean it while it just takes 1 -2mins to walk to all places. Price for laundry is so cheap just round 1$ and they dont really limit the amount. I wash 5kilos cloths with 1$. They booked for me the trip to HaGiang with so cheap price, cheaper 20% than I looked on website. I will be back. Xem tiếp

Pros: Great location Friendly staff Fast wifi Ac is good Bed was comfy Cons: No lift for people with heavy luggage Our shower didn't really work I did still manage to shower but took a while as the water comes out so slowly, but I'm sure if I told the staff they would have changed me rooms but I'm lazy and didn't. We arrived at this hostel and we discovered that the room that we booked was finally not free. So we could’t go in. They told us that we had to change room and the new room was in another hostel close by this one. We arrived there and discovered that the new room was absolutely not the same that we ordered (twin bed and not double bed). They never found a solution for us and we had to book another hostel for the night. Be careful when you book a room here. Make sure the room is available. Xem tiếp

The room i stayed in was fine - A little damp smell but not to the point that its a problem. Great Wifi, Tv & Fridge. Bathroom large and VERY slippery - do wear the slippers (they help!) Blacony great to relax on and the staff are very helpful and friendly. They also provide a map when you check in and offer tours and bikes. As it in the old quarter you are close to everything including the Pub Street and Food options. Its also about 7-10 min walk to the lake! I would recommend!!!! Xem tiếp
