Room was smelly of cigarette smoke with heaps of flies inside even under pillows - becose they probably tried to open windows with lights on?!? We didnt have any towels. Breakfest was tasty, there was no problem to leave our bags in reception. But for me NO thx Xem tiếp

The hotel is run by a bunch of guys. Theyre friendky enough but when you ask about one the tours they tend to keep asking (too many times) you when youre going to take it. Also its kind of noisy there. However its one of the cheapest in the area with a good rating...thats exactly what it is. Xem tiếp

Went on a 4 days trip in Hanoi. Stayed 2 nights at the hotel and 1 night on the Junk Boat in Ha Long. The hotel is situated in one of Hanoi's busiest street, Hang Mam, in the old quarter so it is easy to walk around as there are a lot of attractions within walking distance. The night market is literally 8 mins walks away and there are 2 Halal Restaurants near the Hotel. The hotel, as it should be , a budget hotel , old structure, nothing to scream about BUT their internet is reliable and fast AND the mattress and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. However the best feature of the hotel would be their staff's hospitality. Philip and Tony, are darlings. They speak good English, very helpful, provides tips and pointers on how to get around and to avoid scammers. They help make travelling arrangement and secure a reasonable price and are very pleasant to deal with. We were very happy with them and would return to the hotel for the hospitality. Xem tiếp

Great place, although over priced for what you get. The bed was comfy, the internet fast but the cleanliness ehhhhh.... everything was dusty, the bathroom looks like it had never had anything other than a water down. If they cleaned up a bit it would have potential The staff was nice, although a little daft. They kept turning our rooms power off and that would make the fridge turn off which in turn meant the ice cream in the freezer melted everywhere. Annoying. Xem tiếp

I was supposed to stay here for only two nights, but due to itinerary changes, I stayed here for almost 5 days - and on those 5 days, I must say that this became a home to me with accommodating and friendly staff. Though it was quite tiring to climb up the stairs, since my room is on the 6th floor, and this place has no elevator, Hanoi Panda Hotel is strategically located at the Old Quarter, not too far away from the main interesting spots in Hanoi and not to close from the crowded and noisy areas. The Manager, Philip, was so nice too that he and his friend, invited me to their dinner, which gave me a wonderful Hanoi experience. Philip also arranged my Ha Long Bay Cruise at a friendly price, so all in all it was a splendid vacation here at Hanoi Panda Hotel. Xem tiếp

The hotel is quite convenient to walk around the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake. The hotel room is good but obviously old because you can smell it. Wifi and cable tivi work well. Plus breakfast is included. The hotel will be much better if they can improve the old smell in the room. Xem tiếp

Don't book this based on what you see in the pictures. Quality and facilities are far different. No water, kettle, wardrobe, window and a grim bathroom, completely different from what you expect based on the advert. Location is very good. A 2 minute walk from where the number 86 airport bus drops you off. Can find better quality for the price. Xem tiếp

Better stay in a good hostel. The sink leaked, the room and bathroom are moldy and the cupboard is decorated with empty beer cans from previous guests. Plus even in the higher floors you hear every word from the street. Xem tiếp
