Rất tốt
KS nằm cạnh chợ Đồng Xuân nên đi lại thuận tiện trong khu vực phố cổ. KS đã cũ, nội thất chỉ dừng lại ở mức sử dụng được. Chăn nệm và cả khăn đã cũ và thậm chí chăn xù lông gây ngứa cho da tôi khi sử dụng. Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, thân thiện. Xem tiếp

Khách sạn giá rẻ nhưng cách phục vụ của nhân viên và quản lý ksan ở đây rất chu đáo,tận tình,chuyên nghiệp so với 1 ksan nhỏ như vậy. Vị trí trong khu vực phố cổ,vài bước chân đến ngay khu ẩm thực chợ Đồng Xuân cực ngon,rất thuận tiện việc đi lại. Có dịp vào Hà Nội tôi cũng sẽ chọn ksan này. Xem tiếp

Mọi thứ đều tốt, phòng rộng rãi, tiện nghi đầy đủ, giá phòng hợp lý, thuận lợi đi lại, đặc biệt vào cuối tuần ngay sát khu đi bộ chợ đêm, rất thú vị. Chúng tôi rất thích khoảng không gian nhìn ra phố. Tuy nhiên chất lượng Tivi truyền hình cáp cần cải thiện thêm. Xem tiếp

When my partner and I where looking for accomodations in Hanoi, we were a little bit worried about how many places have the same good a bad reviews... so we weren't sure about what to choose... until... we found Hanoi Old Town Hotel. All the reviews show exactly how good is the hotel. From the very first moment we feel welcome by the whole team. Specially Shino, who was always taking care of us to have a wonderful time in Hanoi and telling us special tips about what and where to eat, where to go. We just spend one night there because the next day really early in the morning we had our bus to go to Sapa and she manage to give us a breakfast a little bit early than normally just to make sure we'll eat something before leaving. If I have to say one word to talk about this place and their team... I would need more than one... but if I have to use just one... would be "Professional". Thanks Shino and the whole Team for making our only night in Hanoi really warm and special. Xem tiếp

Perfect hotel! The staff couldn't do any more for you if they tried! All were so helpful and friendly. We booked 2 trips, to Ha Long Bay & Ninh Binh/Trang An through the hotel and both trips were fabulous! It was a nice touch to receive email communication prior to our stay and organise an airport transfer for us. Breakfast was lovely and we were able to walk to most ' must see's' thank you! Xem tiếp

I walked in to this hotel and booked through Agoda so I would receive the yummy free breakfast. The manager ( I think!!) was beyond kind and helpful. Had my laundry done within 12 hours and helped organize a bus to Ha Giang for myself and 3 friends with ease. The breakfast with fresh juice and eggs was incredible. Room was spotless, comfortable, and I even had a balcony! Bathroom was clean and provided small travel items. Hot shower and towel. Perfect location in the heart of old quarter! Excellent value for money. Hotel is quite old but comfortable nonetheless. Excellent location if you don’t mind the traffic and the noise, street foods everywhere and Hoan Kiem River is just a short stroll away. Also nearby Dong Xuan Market where we got really cheap souvenirs. The staffs were very attentive to all our needs, really top-notch service. Breakfast was OK, could be better with more options. What a find! The staff are super friendly, the room was comfortable with plenty of room to serve our needs. The location is perfect for exploring Hanoi's Old Town Quarter. They offered excellent advice on shopping, sightseeing, food and more, with great prices on tours. Courteous, helpful, quick to respond to any request. We opted for the daily breakfast, which provided a variety of fresh fruit, breakfast meats, juice and coffee, cooked-to-order eggs or crepes, along with several traditional Vietnamese options, all at a bargain price. I make the right choice stay at the middle of old town quarter @ Hanoi Old Town Hotel. Staffs here are very helpful and friendly. I asked for lunch without knowing the facility without a kitchen, guess what they are so alternative & delivered hot lunch. Its so convinient, almost instantly i can get grab taxi booking. I observed the bellboy do a favor with simple safety chat when driver arrived. I opted for 2 stars hotel, i bought home a 5 stars service. Thanks for making this possible! Xem tiếp

It was our first time in Hanoi and we didn't realize how much traffic/street noise there is here. Located in the heart of Old Town, you will probably hear a few beeps from the motorbikes/cars below. That will happen in any hotel in Old Town so don't let that deter you. Wifi was a bit slow for heavy computer work but if you are just browsing, you'll be fine. The staff here is out of this world. They go above and beyond for their guests. Everyone from the door attendant to the front desk staff were cheerful, personal and professional. They speak great English and really make sure you are enjoying the hotel and the city. There are a few different room types, so be specific when you book. They informed us that soon all of the rooms will get a facelift. The staff here made all the difference, especially after walking around in the chaotic Hanoi streets. They can guide you to the best food and drinks in town. Can't compliment them enough! Would easily stay here again! Insider tip: some of the rooms with a balcony are located street front. If you like a quiet room, opt for the ones not street front. You won't get a view, but you will be able to sleep better. After all, you didn't come to Hanoi to just sit in your room.... Xem tiếp

We accidentally booked the day after and they were happy to change the date for that day. Perfect English. Excellent customer service. Looks like most of them have hospitality training. They have a guy that will help you get your bags to your room and back. They were courteous and helpful. Best customer service I had in all of Vietnam and we had been travelling the country for a month. Will book there again. Rooms were clean and a good size. The Manager is one of the most friendly hotel staff members I've ever met. She made us feel welcome right from the start and was always on hand to offer any help - even organising excursions and train tickets for us when we faced difficult language barriers. The host was warm, friendly and forthcoming and arranged our halong bay tour, airport taxi etc at a good price and very efficiently. She tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She spoke English which was great and a novelty in Vietnam. The breakfast was also good Xem tiếp

The location of hotel is near center of Hanoi, old district. Walking distance to the Center Lake. The staff of hotel is very nice. The room is clean and in standard style. A bit noisy for the room with window facing to the road, but personally it is still aceptable for us. Xem tiếp
