Thực ra thì mọi thứ rất ổn. Service của homestay mình ko nói vì ko có dùng mấy, tuy nhiên thì lúc nhận phòng mình hơi thất vọng. Cũng hiểu là với số tiền + diện tích phòng như vậy thì không nên đòi hỏi quá, tuy nhiên nó khác hình ảnh nhiều lắm, nên thật sự là thất vọng. Xem tiếp

Book phòng 2 người nhưng khi check-in thì được nhận phòng lớn, 2 giường cho 4 người, phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ. Nhưng bất tiện là mỗi lần đi tắm hay đi toilet phải đi ở phòng tập thể (cũng khá sạch) Xem tiếp

We stayed here the night before flying home, but we very much enjoyed our stay. It is located centrally in the Old Quarter, walking distance to numerous restaurants, shops, and sites. Check-in was quick, and our private room was being cleaned as we arrived but we were allowed to leave our bags in the room anyway. The room was quite large with a mini-fridge and nicely sized bathroom as well as a TV, wardrobe and desk. The homestay is owned and operated by one extended family, and we were invited to dinner that night with some of the family members. It was a great way to meet some locals and to also meet other travellers. The homestay was also able to arrange an early morning and one of the nephews woke up early to escort us to the car. Xem tiếp

This welcoming homestay is located on a quiet alley and is close to many restaurants and easy walking to all the sights of Hanoi. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The room was large and clean, and we appreciated having a fridge. Xem tiếp

We really enjoyed our first 2 nights in Hanoi here. It’s a perfect place to explore the Old Quarter from. Centrally located and tucked away in an alley to get away from the chaos and noise of the main streets. Luan was a gracious host and made us feel right at home. We took him up on his offer to have a home cooked meal with his staff our first night there. It was great a great experience. Breakfast was good. A variety of typical as well as Vietnamese options. I appreciated having a jug of drinking water to use. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The AC and hot water worked well. It was nice to have a desk to use and a bathroom with a separate shower. The only downside really was the lack of natural light in the room. But I’ll take the peace and quiet as a fair exchange. Do be aware that they lock the gate at midnight every night. There is a doorbell and number to call if you come home late. We stayed out later than planned our second night and it took some time for the attendant to be roused from sleep. We felt bad waking him up, but we didn’t have any other options. Overall, this homestay was a fantastic place to explore Hanoi from. It was convenient and comfortable and gave you the feeling of living like a local. I highly recommend you give it a try. Xem tiếp

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. We appreciated the helpful staff and the tasty breakfasts in the morning. The hotel is situated on a funky backpackers street in the heart of the Old Quarter and is close enough to walk to most attractions. The area is lively but the rooms were quiet at night for sleeping. Our room didn't have bright windows but you spend most of your time outside anyway. Xem tiếp

It was really a great stay with Hanoi Old Quarter Homestay during my visit to HN from 14-16th Jan '18. All of their staffs are very courteous, helpful and speak good English. I was invited for dinner with the owner and his family on the day i arrived, but i politely rejected as i had already made a dinner appointment with my friends. Room was in good condition and clean. Good location as i7t is very easy to access to many of the eateries and souvenir shops around Old Quarters. Overall it was a great stay . Xem tiếp

Booked a family style room (queen bed and bunk beds) last minute on a weekend so paid a little more than what we've been paying for similar style hotel. Beds were average comfort. Bathroom was separate - space was a bit cramped. Staff was nice. No dramas during stay. Kitchen facilities available but did not make use of it. Xem tiếp

Good location. located near hoan kiem lake in the old quarters as its name suggests. easy to walk to most attractions and good food nearby. to slightly further attractions like the mausoleum, you can take grabcar for vnd20,000. in the same lane, there is 4P Pizza and Duong's Kitchen which are slighly pricier than street stalls but very very good food, highly recommended. Rooms are quite spacious. do note that the toilets are private use but outside of the bedroom so a little troublesome but i guess for the price it's good. ground floor common toilet has a wet musty smell due to lack of ventilation. Breakfast provided. Although every day the same food, the warm pho in the morning really warms your tummy. One dinner with the family is also provided. Simple meal but lovely to see the life/food of a local. The staff especially hanh is very friendly, helping us with all our questions. They remember and recognise us and even memorised our itinerary. Mr Luan also helped us with organising our tours to halong bay and sapa. Both were really good. All the tours ran smoothly and we were always informed what was going on/going to happen all the time (especially with the language barrier and us being unsure how things in their country was run). At any time when I had questions or issues, i could text him and he responds immediately. We only had to pay for everything (rooms and tours) at the end instead of having to pay upfront and it was quite a huge amount but they trusted us with it. Xem tiếp

Rather than the normal routine of staying in hotel rooms, I tried this homestay to gain new experience. I am glad I did it. Luan, Huy and Hanh - they are great hosts. Whatever you need, just name it, they'll do their best to help you - arranging transportation, giving advices on tours, etc. In fact Hanh helped me to bargain for a backpack from the store next door. The family run homestay is located at good location, friendly, nice and helpful staff. Like their clean and huge room as well as sharing living hall and kitchen. A diamond in the heart of the old town. Friendly staff, superb family meal and spotless. The room we rented was huge, I think it was a family room, but we paid about $18 per night as a couple. Great shower, aircon and flatscreen tv with a fridge. The Homestay is very secure and also a family run enterprise making it feel very homely. The father is also a former chef and whips up a delicious pho for breakfast. I would definitely recommend staying here. My only bit of advice is if you're in a room facing the backpacker ally it can be a little noisy at night if you're a light sleeper. This is not the hostels fault however, but maybe bring some ear plugs. We loved our stay here....oh and $1 / kg for laundry. Great place to stay in Hanoi. Xem tiếp
