Phòng sạch sẽ, nội thất ổn, nhân viên thân thiện. Vị trí gần nhà thờ,bờ hồ...tuy nhiên điểm trừ là ks nằm trong ngõ,đối diện là ban lễ tang tp,phòng mình ở t2 kéo rèm ra phát đập vào mắt luôn.Mình nhát chết nên thấy hơi ghê..Phòng cách âm kém.thang máy thì bẩn Xem tiếp

Our stay at Hanoi Luxury Hotel has been a home away from home. Very friendly and helpful staff. Mr. Duc was very helpful in planning our time spent in the Hanoi area, with booking tours and following up with us on how we were doing. We have booked a total of seven nights at the hotel, feeling that we can be comfortable and have Mr. Duc to help us with any concerns while in Hanoi. We had a great stay in the hotel with nice staff especially Duc, who assisted us with our needs and made us feel welcome. The rooms are good with all the basic amenities including hot showers. The location is tucked away in an alley, which is good as it is away from the main streets. Less noise when you sleep at night. There are a lot of cheap food and stuff and is near all the tourist attractions! We would recommend this place. 😊 Xem tiếp

This is by far one of the best hotel in terms of price/functionalities. It is near to a famous Pho restaurant on Ly Quoc Su St. The room was good with a big window. I just wish the there is complimentary water with the room. Xem tiếp

It is a very comfortable stay in this hotel because we have a big bed and very very clean room, Mr Duc and Jade, both staff are very kind and giving their best service to us, we feel very like at home in this hotel. The room was clean and the service was good. Good English and helpful with everything. Duc helped me a lot, he also the day of my check in, O arrived to early and my room was not ready, he offered my an upgrade so I could go in a room and rest!! Good location west of the lake, so one fit enough can walk to any point of interest in central Hanoi. Helpful and hospitable stuff, got the room on the 8th floor with a view over the city, liked the old-style decor, wooden windows with shutters. On the down side, an air con was located directly against the bed, so was blowing on it however adjusted, and wet bathroom couldn't dry even during whole day we were out, but maybe it's due to high humidity in the city when we visited. Set menu breakfast in the same group hotel nearby, eggs/rice/pho options. Overall very nice impression and good choice. Xem tiếp

We stayed here 2 separate times during our trip through Vietnam. The location is good, in a back alley away from loud bars or pubs. Walking distance from the main old quarter areas. The rooms were small but clean. AC usually worked well, but in one of the rooms the AC remote was a little finicky. The staff doesn't speak English very well but enough to help you out when you need anything. The breakfast is very minimal but enough to hold you until lunch. The bedsheets were a little ripped and some very slightly stained but you could tell they were clean. Overall great value for the money and I would recommend people to stay here. Xem tiếp

The hotel is in a perfect location! We were able to see most of the attractions on foot and also enjoy the Hanoi vibrant night life while still enjoy our peace and quiet when in the hotel because it's tucked away in a side alley and not on a busy main road. The room was clean and cozy and had everything we needed for a few days stay. Breakfast is very good and you have 6 option to choose from, but it is served in a hostel 3 minutes away. Actually we really liked that, because it's a nice place where you meet other travelers and exchange opinions and get some first hand advice on what to see and what to skip. To sum up,... the hotel is really nothing special, but when I think of it now and after writting this review :), the whole package is rather nice and would definitely stay there again when visiting Hanoi.
