The room for three adults was very spacious although it was not very clean. The beds and the toilet are super big. There are a few choices for breakfast but it's worth the room price. From the hotel, we could walk to anywhere in the Old Quarter. Xem tiếp

This hotel is relatively close to Ho Chi Minh's Palace/Park/Home. The staff are friendly. The only thing is that we paid for a triple room, and when we got there for the first night, we were notified that the room was already given to someone else, and we were put in a double room without compensation or a partial refund. We had a pleasant stay here. The location is good. Lots of cheap eats and shops nearby and you can also walk to Hoan Kiem Lake if you like (we did, but could be far for others). It's not a new hotel, so don't expect too much for the price. Their breakfast is basic but good enough for us. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. Overall, our stay was very satisfactory and we'll definitely stay here again. Thanks, Hanoi Little Center! :) Xem tiếp

Not the best service. I requested for late checkin and airport shuttle because we were arriving past midnight and was possibly even gonna be delayed. We got there at 3am and the front door was locked. Thankfully our Uber was kind enough to lend us his phone so we called for someone to open the door. The rooms we got were bigger than we expected. We were a group of 4 and got two rooms but we could have easily fit in just one. The building is really old though and really needs renovation – it didn't feel clean just because of how old the facilities are. Some of the locks were broken. The hot water in our room stopped working but it wasn't really a problem since we were there when the weather was humid. Breakfast food is nothing spectacular. Other than the failure to attend to our arrival, the staff were really nice and attentive throughout the stay. We also booked our tour with them and got a big discount (we overheard how much other hotels charged their guests during the tour). They also offered extra free drinks and some food on our last breakfast. Xem tiếp

We stayed here for a total of 3 nights. Khiem was the member of staff who mainly served us and he was so helpful! We've been travelling for 2 months so far and this is the best place we've been to in this price range The rooms are really spacious, with high ceilings and we had a nice big window ( not all places in Asia will give you a window!) Breakfast was decent, they have lots of options if you like eggs. We booked a 3 day 2 night Halong Bay tour with Khiem and he was so helpful from the beginning to the end!The staff really went above and beyond to keep us happy, highly recommend!! Xem tiếp
