This hotel is in a pretty decent location in Hanoi's Old Quarter. Lots of dining options about. The rooms are very good for the price and the reception and hotel staff will personally cook breakfast for you in the morning. This is a small hotel building and there are no lifts, so bear in mind that you may need to carry your luggage up and down the staircase on check in and check out. The staff members working in this hotel are among the friendliest, helpful and most sociable bunch I have ever come across as a traveller and were a pleasure to get to know. Xem tiếp

Staff was helpful enough to help us store our luggages when we were out to Ha Long bay prior to checking in. Hotel does not have elevator, so it's a bit inconvenient if you are carrying heavy luggages. Staff can communicate well in English, so that's helpful. Room was decent sized and clean. Value for money considering the location. Nice staff and like the personalised breakfast and juice every morning where you could choose from the menu and they cook it for you there and then. The room was a bit small though but size of washroom was fine. We checked in first day of our trip and came back after our cruise and was given another room. Both rooms light at the bed head (not reading lights) did not work so it was quite dark for us to do our planning. Overall a good stay! Xem tiếp

We were booked to stay at Hanoi la vision hotel yet on arrival were told they were not enough rooms so we were moved to church la vision hotel. Rooms were old and dirty and nothing like the pictures of the rooms we had booked at Hanoi la vision hotel and 4 floors away from each other when travelling as a group. After we arrived and signed on the paper, we were then told that the hotel will have electricity issue at the night we checked in, and are asked to transfer to other hotel which they already arranged (own by his brother). We agreed(since it's quite late to find another) The new one is ok, except the poor breakfast. Overall, we wish the hotel can be more transparent on the process and should inform us earlier. Xem tiếp

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par l'accueil, le personnel est d'une gentillesse, et vous propose tous types de services. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est proche de toute commodité, c'est un très bon point de départ pour faire pleins d'escurssions. Les petits dej sont copieux, les chambres sont très propres. 체크인할 때 방이 오버부킹 되어서, 같은 등급의 다른 호텔로 옮겨야 한다고 이야기를 하길래 당연히 같은 수준의 방이거나 더 나은 수준의 방일 것이라고 생각했습니다. 그러나 옮긴 호텔의 상태는 최악이었습니다. 방에선 냄새가 났고, 벽지는 뜯어져 있었으며, 침대 시트는 매우 더럽더군요. 아고다나 다른 어플로 검색을 해 봐도 제가 예약한 호텔에 비해 더 낮은 가격이었구요. 정해진 일정이 있어 하룻밤을 묵었지만, 도저히 묵을 수 없을 거 같아 호텔 교체를 요청했더니, 자신들은 방법이 없다며 제대로 된 사과도 하지 않고 아고다를 통해서 결제를 취소하란 말만 했습니다. 결국 취소하고 환불 받은 금액으로 동일한 가격대에 더 좋은 호텔을 예약해서 묵었습니다. 직원의 응대가 최악입니다. 결코 추천하고 싶지 않습니다. 다른 곳에서 묵으세요!! I booked this hotel, but when i did check-in they asked me that you had to be transfered to other hotel because of over-booking. But another hotel was terrible. So next day, i asked them that i wanna change hotel, but they denied and told me that if you don't wanna stay thet hotel, you can cancel booking by myself. So i canceld. 2017년 6월에 신축 호텔이라서 매우 깨끗함 오버 부킹은 없없음 룸은 트윈 룸에 쇼파도 있음에도 생각보다 넓은 사이즈에 눅눅한 느낌도 없음 쾌적했음 화장실도 넓고 깨끗했음 새벽에 체크인시 4층 배정 받음(맨 꼭데기 층) 그런데 엘리베이터가 없어서.... 직원이 짐 1개 들어주고 1명은 들고 올라감 호텔이 번화가랑 떨어져 있어서 시끄러운 느낌 없었는데 아침에는 자동차소리 들림 아침 조식 주는데 메뉴판에서 고르고 그 자리에서 만들어 주기 때문에 여유롭게 먹을려면 나가기 1시간전에 식당으로 내려갈 것을 당부함 아이스커피가 맛있었음 반미샌드위치랑 아메리칸 블랙퍼스트 세트 주문했는데 맛은 보통이고 간이 거의 안된 상태로 줌 서비스로 수박을 잘라주심 이 호텔 맞은편 카페 반미가 맛있다는데 가보질 못함 Xem tiếp
