I like the enterance door design and the smell of their lobby. Pleasing. The Staffs was incredibly considerate and helpful. You can arrange your daily activities around North Vietnam with them with a quite fair price. The room was sleek and clean. Definitely something you need in the middle of hot Old Quarter. Xem tiếp

We had an exceptional stay in this hotel. Check in was smooth, the employees was very helpful and friendly. Lift was available to lift our heavy baggage. Breakfast was amazing with a wide selection. Everything was great. Highly recommended. Xem tiếp

The small hotel is in Old quater. The room is quite small but clean and comfort. The service is excellent in all staffs. There are many selection of breakfast and the taste is delicious.. I would recommend this hotel when my friend visit Hanoi.. Xem tiếp

Great location. Small but clean room. We arrived at 1pm hoping for an early check-in, but was told that previous guest had just checked out, so we were told that the room may be available after 2pm. We came back after 3pm to find out room is not yet ready. Xem tiếp

Staff - Very Nice and hospitable Cleanliness - Great Food - Buffet breakfast delicious Location - Accessible The Hotel staff has a ready smile and greetings to us. Front desk staff are ready to assist us on our inquiries. Speaks fluent english which is very helpful to every tourist. Since the day I booked the hotel, they were very prompt on my queries thru email and messages. The lady at the restaurant always asks us if we liked the egg, french toast and noodles they freshly cooked for us. Front desk staff ensures we had a great stay thru constant checking if we had a great breakfast or if we enjoyed our day tour outside. Service is at its superb! They clean rooms and change towel, sheets and toiletries everyday, which is very very good! We'll definitely book this Hotel again when we visit Hanoi again. Xem tiếp

The room was up to our expectations. Breakfast was great too, however every day they have the same menu, which is fine if you are not a fussy eater. Even the room is quite small, other tham that it's very good to stay there. Every staff are nice, polite and helpful. They are quick response and also has many trip(optional) available. We didn't take those package but guessing that should be better than outside agency(as the price is higher). The location is abit out from the lake area but still walkable. Stayed here one night with my mum on our yearly trip. From the moment I booked the hotel few weeks before the trip, I already felt very welcomed when I received a personalized Whatsapp message from the receptionist. The hotel also provide the tour booking services which I got incredible deals as well. The hotel room is just nice and suitable with couples and small family. Breakfast was awesome, so don't be fooled by the size of this hotel. It is packed with kind and amazing staffs from the front desk to the cook in the kitchen. First of all the location is great! very easy to find it online and book. The staff is super helpfull and kind,all the time smilling . The room is clean, good AC, good shower, very good bed ! The breakfest is one of the best we ever had. came back so far 2 times to this hotel since it was so good. We also did luandry whoch came back clean. Thank you !!! Xem tiếp
