Gia đình chúng tôi ở lại khách sạn chỉ 1 đêm, nhưng chúng tôi hài lòng về khách sạn này. Vị trí gần trung tâm, cách Hồ Hoàn kiếm không xa, buối tối bạn có thế đi dạo quanh Hồ rất thuận lơi, ngoài ra bạn có thể dạo phố Cổ bằng xe điện hoặc đi chợ đêm, thăm Nhà hát lớn thành phố hoặc các trung tâm mua sắm ngay gần đó. The roof top bar was excellent! I could enjoy beautiful nightscape of Hanoi by sitting in the roof top bar with a fine glass of cocktail. Also, all staff members werd very kind. The location of the hotel is good enough to look around the Old Quater and Hoan Kiem by walk. Nice scent was full of the whole lobby and rooms. Breakfast was also satisfacory. Especially I like the various kinds of fresh juice and omelet which I ordered. I'm willing to stay at this hotel again if I come to Hanoi once more. Xem tiếp

If there is 6 stars in the review, it is definitely more than 5! The staffs were friendly, welcome drinks were served. They led us to the room and ensure the rooms were working fine! Most exceptional service from the moment we walk in until the moment we leave. They take time to remember our itinerary. We were received by a young guy when checked in and the next morning during breakfast we were greeted by a different staff but he already knew about where we come from and where we plan to go next. So impressed ! Breakfast wasn’t huge but the food quality is high. Scrambled egg and omelette was made with French style, just runny enough without too raw. Vietnamese noodle soup was flavourful as well. Spa was also amazing ! The staff had the proper trainings and the techniques were on point. Overall just a really wonderful experience run by very professional and warm people. Highly recommend Xem tiếp

This hotel is on the border of the old and French quarters. As soon as we arrived they made us feel so welcome. The room was clean with a fruit basket in our room and 500ml water instead of the usual 350ml in other hotels in Vietnam. The breakfast was amazing, clean, fresh juices, tasty food, excellent bun bo and beef pho. The broth for both dishes were tasty. Amazing roof top bar with amazing views. Close and easy to walk to all the attractions. Great food recommendations by the staff who were very attentive and gave a personalised service. Vinmart supermarket just around the corner with an easy 3 minute walk. We had dinner at their restaurant which was fantastic and as hotel guests we received 20% discount. We would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here in the future. Xem tiếp

I have travelled quite a bit and have visited a lot of hotels around the world but the customer service my wife and i have received from La Siesta was absolutely unreal. The Hotel and its amenities are all fantastic but their customer service just blew me away. More so i experienced this across 3 of their 6 hotels in Hanoi (Diamond, Premium, Central) and each employee working there was absolutely fantastic with all their clients. La Siesta will always remain very close to our hearts and we will only be staying them whenever we visit Vietnam. We are extremely happy with La Siesta and would recommend it to everyone visiting Hanoi. Xem tiếp

We loved this hotel. The La Siesta chain in general is excellent (we also stayed at two other locations, including Hoi An). They had one of the best breakfast buffets I've had at a hotel and their service is great. The rooms were big and comfortable and most importantly quiet at night. We would stay here again. Xem tiếp

Hotel staff are extremely professional and very friendly. Service was very good. Hotel location is in the centre of old headquarters which is an added advantage. Staff were very helpful and provided luggage storage facility and also shower facilities though we checked out as the flight was late in the night. Will definitely be coming back to this hotel during our next visit to Hanoi Xem tiếp

Apart from great breakfast, clean & spacious room, excellent location, the highlight of the hotel is the friendly staff all around the hotel, welcoming upon my arrival until I leave the hotel. Caring you for the stay every day in breakfast or return at night, especially Duy Dinh, hotel manager. He could call your name and chatted with you, caring you so much at Hanoi. My friend and I had small problem with the thermostat in our room and it required an engineer repair. The management arranged for us to stay at the newest hotel La Siesta Premier nearby. We were upgraded to a suite and enjoyed the same excellent level of service. The staff are incredible, so helpful and caring, they are a credit to the group of hotels. We went on a Halong Bay cruise where the WiFi was not great so one of the Diamond team( Oscar) checked us in for our flight and had our boarding passes printed along with the hotel car organised to take us to Hanoi. We loved our visit to Hanoi and one of the main reasons was our hotel stay. Xem tiếp
