great customer services. staff very friendly. I even get the souvenir from this hotel upon check out, exceptional service provided. Breakfast ala carte selection just fine and my family very enjoy it. located at old street, very convenient to access night market and local foods. Xem tiếp

Great location in the Old Quarter and reasonably priced. I have to say the staff were all amazing. Genuinely friendly and so so helpful. They really could not do enough for us. Great breakfast too. Really couldn't fault anything so ended up staying on two occasions! Happy to recommend and would love to return. Xem tiếp

We stayed in a room at the top floor with a little terrace. It was lovely, very clean, and well kept hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and kind. The breakfast was very tasty and we looked forward to it every day we stayed there. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and would stay here again without hesitation. The hotel has the most charming and helpful staff, and the breakfasts were the best I had in Hanoi. The location is on the the east side of the lake, roughly 4 minutes on foot, along a tree lined street. View from our window was of another colonial-styled hotel, very quaint. Would go again. Was raining that night and we have no umbrella to go out, the umbrella was all used up by other guests, so we just walk out in the rain, minutes later one of the staff (Ms Chan, hope i got it right) run out to look for us to pass the umbrella... was so sweet and thoughtful , i will stay here again if theres a chance to visit Hanoi in the future . We were spoilt silly the moment we stepped in and were greeted by the very lovely front desk staff who promptly had welcome drinks and tropical fruits served to us while she handled the check in. She offered us complimentary room upgrade and we were really thankful. Our room was beautiful with the balcony facing the street. (They do have double glazed balcony doors to keep out the noise which was great for us! But not so for those who are incredibly light sleepers). Breakfast was amazing at the quaint little top floor area. We took on all the food recommendations from the staff and ate our way through old quarters. AHA cafe just few steps out the front door is amazing too. We are very impressed with the level of service and the quality of the hotel. Will definitely be back. Thank you! Xem tiếp

You can't get a better location than this hotel, set back maybe 200 meters from the lake. Staff is amazing; the door man actually walked our luggage almost a kilometer from this hotel to our next hotel (La Selva didn't have availability for our entire stay). Breakfast was really good. Staff were super -- friendly and helpful. We got the cheapest room and it was a little cramped, but it was clean and functional. Xem tiếp

Location is great! Close to the lake and close to the bus stop for the #86 bus to the airport. No need for taxis. Room was clean but doesnt have any windows (seems to be the norm as most buildings are narrow and long here). Service was great! Cant say enough positive things about the service. We had some issues with the rooms a/c and water in the morning, and they were quick to refund the money for that day. Also, they gave us a room to rest and shower after we came back from ha long bay (we checked out in the morning the day before already). They even walked us to the bus station to make sure we took the right bus. The breakfast was also excellent. Many choices and everything was made to order. Would definitely recommend to others. We stayed at this hotel for our 2 last nights in Asia before flying home. It was a great decision to spend a little extra for a nicer hotel on the last days of our trip. The staff were amazing, breakfast was even better (included and basically all you can eat), beds were so comfy, location was great and the room was very clean. Warmly greeted with welcome drinks by the staff upon arrival. Requested for a honeymoon decoration for my friends who just got married and it was perfectly set up. Jason the GM gave us a brief 101 hanoi tips on crossing the roads, the yummy finds and the surrounding attractions near us. Room is cosy and comfortable. Breakfast is ala carte but you can order so many dishes as you would like and they are all served hot! Staff were all friendly and smiley. Truly a hidden gem not to be missed! Xem tiếp

One of the best hotel I've stayed, from bellhop to reception to Housekeeping their service is tiptop. Room is big , nicely decorated and comfortable. Everything is provided. Breakfast is good with traditional or western choices.The front desk personnel.are alway courteous and helpful esp. Leo and Rosie who help me with the transfer, tour and walkabout In the old quarter.. Not forgetting the rest of the staff, they are such nice people. Will return to do the Sapa tour next year. Love this hotel. One of the best value botique hotels I have stayed. The service is five star! Couldn't find a more perfect place to explore Hanoi. Thanks to Leo for helping me with the map, and all staff for being extra friendly and helpful. Centrally located in the Old Quarter, just 3 minutes from the Hoan Kiem Lake, where I jog in the morning, and walking distance to most restaurants, cafes, and sights, if not a short taxi ride. The room was spacious, clean, and love the botique design. Shower was strong and hot, and bed soft and comfy. Wifi was also super strong anywhere in the hotel. It also serves the best breakfast, freshly cooked upon order, wide choices and unlimited! Everything fresh and high quality. They also arrange airport transfer for me, and food tour, and kept my luggage while I went for an overnight in Halong Bay. I highly recommend this place. Xem tiếp

We had a fantastic time at the hotel. However the building work at the front of the building literally shook our room and carried on till 2am. Not pleasant when you have an early flight the next day. A real shame as everything else was faultless. Xem tiếp

We stayed here for 2 nights during our trip in Hanoi. The hotel is centrally located, new, stylish and clean. There are 2 things that stand out to us as excellent on this hotel, one being the breakfast, and second being the extra attention to service details that kelvin and his staff provide. Nicely done! Location is excellent, so is the services provided by all staff, very polite and thoughtful. Very Helpful in getting medicine when needed. Breakfast is great with wide variety of selections included. Staffs are very eager to help and most speak English quite well. A little problem with the wifi connection, possibly because of our room being in a corner further away from the router. The safe is a pain to use. It requires reseting the safe by taking out its battery and entering a new code number or using the passcode that is already made by the hotel.
