So many newer hotels are swanky with nice pictures and pleasant elevator music. This one is perfectly boring, and located close to the Temple of Literature, Fine Arts Museum, Goethe Institute and so on. I loved the spacious room that manages to keep separate sleeping and working space without putting a wall in the middle. You will have to be mindful of motorcycles for around one block of walking, but besides this the location is great. I really enjoyed this place, but don't rely on a wake-up call. Xem tiếp

The hotel we booked via Agoda was full and we were offered La Rosa as substitute. It was a great deal. It was just in the same area as our previous hotel and it is near to many stores and food stalls. They offered to change our Philippine Peso to Vietnamese Dong and it was one of the best exchange rates we got. We got hungry around midnight and their restaurant was already closed but the receptionist kindly offered to accompany us to a nearby food stall. Excellent hotel service, definitely! Xem tiếp

A pleasant stay in a nice and clean hotel with excellent service. Breakfast was good, gym was not so big but more than sufficient with good equipment, nice rooms and comfortable beds. The only pitfall was the internet connection, speeds varied a lot and connections were a bit unstable. They upgraded me to a suite when I complained about it, which was very nice. I've stayed at Hanoi Larosa several times - the hotel is convenient and has a nice breakfast. When I told them the internet in my room was not great, they immediately put an extra router in the room and the speed increased dramatically. Great service Xem tiếp

I can't say enough about the staff at the hotel - very nice and accommodating. I know they want to be a 4 star hotel, but it's more of a 3 star - and a fantastic one at that. They have very good basic amenities, food is OK, location is great and the staff try to do everything they can to ensure a solid stay. Xem tiếp

From the guy who drove me from (and to as well) the airport, to the bellhops and the ladies at reception, the La Rosa is just an example of great service-they made me feel welcome and catered to my needs. In addition, the staff in its restaurant were very helpful as well-all in all, just a very well trained crew and efficiently managed hotel. Location wise, it's near the Van Mieu and a great base to explore Hanoi. Just a wonderful hotel and group of people to share your Vietnam experience with! Xem tiếp

This is one of the best hotel that I have stayed and they are very affordable and value for your money. The rooms and bathe rooms are very clean, I stayed in 2 different rooms during my stay at this hotel and they are all clean. The service is extremely good as well and staffs are always friendly in attending to your needs. The hotel is very near to the local train station and also near to shops and local eatery. Quan An Ngon restaurant is one the best place to try local Vietnam cuisine and very near to the hotel, was recommended by the hotel manager as I told him I can't speak vietnamese. They took care of my luggage while I travelled to Sa Pa for 2 days. Airport transfer are also very affordable, the hotel driver/chauffeur will come pick you up at the airport, just call them for a booking if you need such service. Last but not least, during my stay with La Rosa Hotel they gave me a surprised by celebrating my birthday for me, they had a cake prepared for me when I was having my morning breakfast at the hotel, I was deeply touched by their service and such caring they showed to their hotel guest. You can never go wrong with this hotel as your first choice of stay in Hanoi. Xem tiếp

Staying at the Hanoi La Rosa hotel was a truly a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always greeting with a smile. They are relatively young but they carry themselves with the professionalism of many well known 5 star hotels. The room was immaculate and spacious. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff were the best we have experienced for a long, long time (Note: We stay at many hotels throughout the World every year). The staff were fantastic. Service was top class, particularly in the top floor restaurant. In fact, it was sad that my wife and I could only stay at this hotel for 1 night. The La Rosa is a very quiet hotel situated within walking distance of the Hanoi railway station. Very convenient. Food and coffee was excellent. The room was most comfortable.
