Khách sạn tuy nhỏ nhưng lại rất gọn gàng sạch sẻ :), nằm ở vị trí tốt, tiện lợi cho việc đi mua sắm và nhất là ăn uống. Nhân viên thì thiệt là dễ thương , nhiệt tình và chu đáo. Dịch vụ giặt đồ giá cả hợp lí. Rất thích khách sạn Hanoi Hostel Life. Nếu có dịp quay lại HN chắc chắn sẽ chọn và ở lại đây vì thái độ của nhân viên rất tốt và khách sạn sạch sẻ. Xem tiếp

ko có chỗ gửi xe máy miễn phí, cửa ko cách âm gây ồn ào. di chuyển tới khu vui chơi gần và đc phục vụ bữa sáng ,chuối, cafe miễn pjis Xem tiếp

Có 3 đèn ngủ, bật tất cả lên vẫn tối om. Trần nhà dột nước. Không có chỗ để xe. Không có cửa sổ , phòng rất bí. Cửa hỏng khóa, hỏng chốt . Xem tiếp

The location is perfect, a lot to see and do nearby. Run by a family who are always smiling and caring for you. Arranged a cheap airport transfer for me. There isn't a lift, which perhaps would be a problem for some. But considering most people spend their days walking around exploring the city, it really wasn't a problem to go up a couple flights of stairs. Xem tiếp

Nice place in old town. A little far from the lake, behind the market (the area in the night is not the best). You have free bananas, coffee and tea all day. Room is ok, hot water in shower. Is ok for 1 night. Xem tiếp

We stayed here for 3 nights and were happy with the hostel. Good value for money and the breakfast is decent. Good WiFi (different routers) for each floor and the staff were friendly and acommodating. We did laundry here as well (washing basically all of our clothes) for only 30k per kilo - back the next day. Also booked a tour through here and all the accomm on the tour (boat and then hotel in Cat Ba) were of a good standard. Not the most modern or hotels but had everything we needed and in a good location so would stay again if we are in Hanoi. Free coffee and bananas throughout the day was also a nice extra. Xem tiếp

Unlimited coffee and Banana! 😄 for a very affordable price we was able to sleep for a night. if you will checked in late at night, make sure you have viet sim. they closes the gate at night . btw, we ask for a Airport transport, they confirmed but didn't show up. blessings in disguise cause its cheaper to use uber. Very friendly staff who helped us book a van to the airport in the morning. Included breakfast was good. Hotel wasn't that clean but it didn't bother us because we were there basically to sleep and that's it. Location was excellent and very close to everything in the Old Quarter! Mr Dong and the rest of the staff made our stay very pleasant. They are very attentive to your every need. The room was fine and clean. Nothing fancy but comfortable. We booked a Halong tour through them and at first thought maybe we had paid too much but we compared with the other travelers on our boat and it was a fair price. I'M sure they would look at other companies if you asked them to as well. Breakfast basic but good. Very close to the water puppet show, old quarter and French quarter. I also walked to the mausoleum without too much difficulty but I like exploring on foot. nicely hidden dining area in the ground floor, with an impressive selection of breakfast menu. You could even order ala carte food for breakfast but Im not sure if it would cost extra. A set of complete toiletries were also given. Don’t worry about the thin blankets as the duvets were inside the cupboard, Not to forget, we had a two-door fridge! Hospitality was great with their friendly and cheerful staff, mainly Mr Dong who greeted us on day 1, and also sent us off on the last day. He took the extra effort to pack us breakfast for our very early departure in the morning. Definitely worth staying! Xem tiếp

Excellent location. Walking distance to everything and from the hostel we hired a scooter for $7 US a day which was a lot of fun. Staff were lovely and very helpful especially Dong and Hoa. Our Trip to Halong Bay and Sleep Bus to Sapa was organised through the Hostel. Breakfast was good and changed so there was a variety. We would stay there again. Xem tiếp

The staff were so welcoming and kind! Free tea all day!s value for money. They helped with airport transfers and were the most honest with finding tours (I recommend them for Halong and Open Bus To Sai Gon as they have the time and are not as pushy and dishonest as with other tour companies I have dealt with) the breakfast is divine! When the taxi driver stopped in the middle of the road and said "You walk!" and pointed down an alley full of scooters and shops, I was more than a little nervous. However, in a moment Dong (the manager) was there, smiling and lifting our bags. We went down the tiny street to find a clean, welcoming hostel. The boys (they seemed so young to me!) who run this place are sweet, helpful, always offering coffee or fruit. They checked us in, gave us a lovely room - high ceilings, large wetroom toilet/shower combo, comfy bed and never ceased smiling and offering helpful advice. Some of the other reviews are right - the coffee was AMAZING. We loved it and drank it by the gallon there. As for 760Peps bad experience with Halong Bay - we were happy with ours - loved the boat and the trip. Run by a young family whose rates for tours aren't overblown in comparison to other venues/tour guides and I recommend the Monkey Island Cruise - 2 night tour for Halong Bay. It's walking distance to shops, eateries, the night market and the big day market. And the air con worked great. We came to see WinterHostel as our quiet oasis in the craziness of Hanoi. As we left, one of the other boys - Hai - presented us with a bag of candy from the small alter to Buddha they have, ensuring us since it had been offered to Buddha it was good luck. They were all great guys and I'd recommend it whole heartedly and stay there again with no qualms. Xem tiếp
