I stayed in a private with two friends and the beds were so comfortable compared to all beds I've slept on in the last few months! The room is nice and cozy but the bathroom is pretty tiny. Breakfast is decent. The staff is very helpful. I would definitely stay again! Xem tiếp

I only stayed here two nights as my roommates were quite noisy and made a mess in the bathroom every day. The staff was very friendly overall but their cleaning needs to be improved. After a day the floor in the bathroom was very dirty and full of hair so was the floor in the room. That is not the staff's fault but they didn't clean the bathroom properly in the morning. There was still hair in the sink and on the floor. The shower was broken when I first arrived. However the beds are very comfortable and breakfast is nice with toast eggs and fresh fruits. Also the place is quiet and as a solo traveller I felt a little lonely at times. I appreciate the free maps. Overall the stay was good. Xem tiếp

The dorm was ok, good lockers for your bags. Staff were really helpful, they let me change my booking for no extra cost when I realised I would miss the Sunday market at bac ha if I stayed when I'd originally booked for. The also helped my work out itinerary and bookings for my travel to sapa and halong bay as I was on restricted time and I also received free breakfast on a day when I was just passing through and not staying at the hostel that day. Very helpful and made the stay easy. Good location too Xem tiếp

The rooms were nice here and the staff are really helpful. It isn't as easy to meet lots of people here so Hanoi backpackers is probably better for young solo travellers wanting to party, but I still met lots of people in the bar for free beer at 6pm every day! And it was nice and quiet, whilst still being walking distance from the 'beer corner' in the city. Xem tiếp

Probably, the breakfast provided from them is the bestI have had in a budget hostel, in addition to providing free beer for one hour in every evening. But the noise from the neighbours lasting till the mid night is the only thing negative. Overall I would still give them A Xem tiếp

Initially I admitted I was abit skeptical due to some negative reviews left in Agoda and wondered if they are true to the words. Weighing on its positive reviews, I decided to bet my dollars on it. It turned out that the negative reviews here are baseless and perhaps prejudice to some point of the unrealistic expectations that they thought they deserved when the price is already low. Hanoi Hostel gives me an affordable stay with values that far exceeds the inexpensive price tag. Especially the kind female coordinator who always responds emails within 24 hours, she offers kind advice, patience and being helpful in all arrangements and enquiries. She reminds me of the Greek story of Odyssey and the hospitality code, Xenia. Other staffs have also been extremely attentive and helpful. My helpful advice to other Agoda users is, what you pay is what you get. That’s the universal truth in life. If you want a better room or tour package, be prepared to pay for more. My stay suited my needs perfectly. My boyfriend and I stayed in the dorm room for a day. We had a day in Hanoi between two overnight trains and decided to book a place where we could shower, escape the heat and keep our bags. For that, this hostel was perfect. Xem tiếp

The rooms were dirty, especially the bathroom. Sharing with 8 people requires daily thorough cleaning. Breakfast was disappointing. Unlimited, but no choice, one egg and only jam and butter after that. Location was good, and people in my room were really nice. Xem tiếp

I think u should not choose this hostel, the staff here is very terrible, she is not willing to help us, and she is very rude and impolite, i think i would not suggest anyone to stay. Also, the toilet is not clean as well. Xem tiếp
