Nice simple hotel located very conveniently next to lots of the best rated food places in Hanoi. Staff were friendly and efficient. Didn’t eat the breakfast so can’t comment but it smelt good. Would stay again when back in Hanoi for a quick stop. Xem tiếp

The location is very near the attraction place. Especially where the exciting night life starts. Street side food and performances are just minutes walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful. They offered a map and pointed the places to visit. Being the first trip to Hanoi, that was a very attentive gesture and makes the trip pleasant. Room was cleaned daily. This is a very decent little hotel in the old historic center of Hanoi. It's really in the heart of the tourist area and it was quite cheap given that I booked only a couple day beforehand. I liked the breakfast and the staff were really friendly. The room and bathroom on the other hand could use some renovation. It still does the job, but I guess you get what you pay for. The staffs are really helpful for everything you need. Most of them also speak English pretty well, so we don't worry about poor communication. The hotel locates near night market and their traditional market-Dong Xuan Market. You can go there within 2-5 minutes by walking. Was there as a solo traveller. Located near a lot of local street food at night and a local 7-11 nearby. Aircon is cold enuff to hide from the humid and rainy weather. Reception was knowleadgeable on nearby sights and average price for backpack, raincoat etc. Very helpful to help me order Bahn mi to hotel in the pouring rain! The rooms were spacious for one, with basic amenities all covered including toiletries and hairdryer. Located on a smaller street, you can pass it without realising. Position is awesome at night with street food and small shops selling local goodies in the day. Staff were exceptional to give me recommendation on where to go in the crazy weather, and Hanoi's signature finds. They totally made my stay enjoyable, all thanks to Anna and Alice! Thumbs up! Such a nice hotel in Old Quater, Hanoi. Just a walking distance to Dong Xuan market, night market and Hoan Kiem lake. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Clean room. Aircond, tv, hot shower etc are working well. Wifi is good. Whatelse you need with the price they offer ? I will definitely stay in this hotel next time. Xem tiếp

I fell in love with the staff of Hanoi Holiday Diamond Hotel. They are very friendly, helpful, no request is too much, their service is always with a smile. You can't go wrong if you choose this hotel in your stay in Hanoi. Wished we could hung out longer. I've stayed in much higher rated hotels but the service in this hotel tops it all. Great, We stayed there 3 times over our week in Hanoi. Each time was great. Staff were very helpful each time. Rooms were always clean, We stayed in 2 room types. Superb stay that was apparent from the moment I walked in. Staff hospitality and courtesy throughout my stay, including great attentiveness at all times, even during breakfast.
