Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, vui vẻ, tôi ở trên tầng 6, đi bộ leo hơi cao nhưng phòng cũng sạch sẽ, mỗi tội tivi, tủ lạnh, điều hoà hỏng. Nhưng hôm tôi ở không khí mát mẻ nên chỉ dùng quạt. Có 1 cửa sổ lớn nhìn ra phía cầu chương dương. Giá thành như thế cũng chấp nhận đc Xem tiếp

Khách sạn vị trí đẹp thuận tiện,phòng khá nhỏ nhưng okie. Mình ở 2 đêm mà k thấy ai dọn phòng, giá phòng bao gồm ăn sáng mà thật sự nhìn k muốn ăn( chỉ có bánh mì và mứt dâu..haizz) k có nổi quả trứng Chắc sẽ k quay lại Xem tiếp

Got there for 15 aud pretty good price on agoda. We asked if we could extend for the same price and we’ve been told yes only to find out at the check out that the lady at the reception overcharged us almost ten dollars more, basically to freeze in the room even tho we asked for a heavy blanket that has never been given to us. The noise of the highway kept us awake and the room was pretty dirty with still beer in a glass from the previous customer if not the one before. The hot water doesn’t work properly, you turn it on and after when you’re already naked in the shower it just stops because the boiler didn’t actually work and turns off by it’s own. Overall ? The Hotel don't take the lift to the six floor. The room is so dirty and noisy. The cost is so exspensive. Xem tiếp

We booked golden luxury hotel but when we got there we found it had been closed for 3 months. So we booked this hotel instead and when we got there we were informed that the AC had broken and we said we didn't mind not having AC as it's not too hot in Hanoi atm. The man told us no we could not have the room (we think he double booked). He recommended the sister hotel but insisted we had to pay more money as it's a nicer hotel. After disagreeing for about 20 minutes he agreed to let us stay in the other hotel for no extra charge. We got to the other hotel and it initially seemed OK. We had small room, located above a very busy and noisy street. The room was very cold and we soon found that the AC in this room also didn't work, there was no hot water and the wifi also didn't work. When we left in the morning the man at reception argued that we had to pay 18 USD, we refused and as he had our passports we couldn't leave. We were arguing with him for a good 30 minutes before we called agoda. Agoda sorted the issue immediately and whilst I was on hold called the guy at reception. He soon agreed that we didn't have to pay as agoda had already processed the transaction and gave us our passports. We booked a different hostel for the next night for half the price in a much nicer room with an owner that can speak good English and helped us with bus tickets. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Xem tiếp

Aggressive owner ripped us off and was nearly fighting with us. We are English couple who where very polite and leave all hostels and hotels good reviews but this place! Just do not bother!!! Trust me...... Xem tiếp

i have to move othere hotel,,and also i could not get breakfast in other hotel! they told me this hotel is better than Hoa Duong hotel,,but this hotel is just a hostel ,there are many bugs and next to bathroom and shower room,,,very noisy ,,so many people may not stay in Hoa , Xem tiếp

Nous avons pris cet établissement (un peu plus cher que certains autres) car c était inscrit que le petit déjeuner était compris, ce n est pas le cas! Il n y a pas du tout de cuisine! Le wifi ne fonctionne pas. La chambre donne sur une grande avenue très bruyante toute la nuit. C est aussi marqué que l hôtel est non fumeur, ce n est pas le cas non plus...! Les chambres sentent la fumée à chaque étages. Heureusement la chambre était propre et le personnel fait de son mieux pour être agréable. Xem tiếp

Las habitaciones horrorosas, no funciona ni la nevera ni el agua caliente ni la tv. Nada. El desayuno que va incluido no lo vimoa jamas, ni siquiera hay restaurante. El trato aun peor, su unica meta cobrarte lo mas que puedan y venderte 100 tours.Nos intentaron hacer creer que con lo del año nuevo todo estaba lleno y cada vez q nos veian nos atosigaban con que ibamos a hacer y que queriamos reservar. No volveriamos jamas. Y lo decimos dos jovenes de 30 años nada escrupulosos. Llevamos 2 meses viajando por asia y este sin duda es el peor sitio. Xem tiếp

밤 비행기라 마지막 날 짐만 놔두고 샤워만 하고자 예약했습니다. 결과적으로는 실수였어요^^ 엘리베이터가 없는데 5층 방을 내어주시지 뭐에요 ㅎㅎㅎ 계단도 좁고 가팔라서 25인치 캐리어 올렸다 내렸다 하느라 애썼네요. 그러나 공항 택시를 저렴한 가격에 불러 주셨고 (기억은 안나지만 시세보다 저렴했어요. 4번째 하노이 방문이라 물가 감각 어느정도 있습니다. ) 아주 친절하게.. 대해주셨어요. 자녀분들이 같이 노는 모습이 아름다웠습니다. Xem tiếp
