Location is in center, it’s near Hoan Kiem lake, easy to find the local foods which around the old quarter. Staffs are friendly. The quality of breakfast is acceptable. The bath towel is too former, not soft enough... this is what I really not satisfied. Xem tiếp

We thoroughly enjoyed our November 2018 stay at the Hanoi HM Boutique Hotel and recommended it to my sister and brother-in law for their February 2019 visit to Hanoi. They were also delighted with the hotel for their one week stay. Our room was large with a very attractive large outdoor patio facing the interesting street side view below and the lake. Excellent shower and bathroom facility and large bright room. Staff were helpful and informative and the hotel is right in the middle of a fascinating downtown Hanoi area close to art galleries, restaurants, historic “Turtle Lake” etc. We would enthusiastically recommend Hanoi HM Boutique to visitors to Hanoi. Located very near to Hoan Kiem lake and old quarter. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel offers great service and serves with buffet style breakfast. Staffs are excellent and proficient in English. They offer various choices of Hanoi city tours, tour to Sapa and also Ha Long Bay. It was a pleasant stay with HM Boutique in Hanoi. Xem tiếp

Situated near the Hoan Kiem Lake, very convenient to look for food and to do some shopping. Below the hotel have many shops that sell shoes at a cheap rate / can bargain. Room is excellent , clean and facilities are good. Staff services are excellent. (One disadvantage is that the area as it is busy, it might get a bit noisy) Xem tiếp

The staff at the hotel are gracious and friendly. We wish to make a special mention to Henry for his helpfulness throughout our stay. From offering useful information, such as notable places of visit only locals know of, to addressing our general inquiries; he managed to do it professionally and with courtesy. We even had the privilege of enjoying a free upgrade to the Suite which was gorgeous. It even had its own balcony that offers you a panoramic view of Hanoi. In terms of location, the hotel is extremely close to the Hoam Kiem Lake which is very pretty at night. And for foodies, worry not as there are multiple eateries as well as watering holes nearby. The Dong Xuan / Hanoi Night Market is also a stone throw's away, so you would be spared from the cacophony of noise from the night market but need not traverse for long to be immersed in the atmosphere and vibrancy of Hanoi. We greatly enjoyed our trip and stay at Hanoi thanks to HM Boutique Hotel. Thank you! Xem tiếp

It is a cute hotel very near by Hoan Kiem lake. Polite staffs and active manager. The best point of this hotel is top floor cafe with lake view. The lake view cafe, however, needs to simplify and focus menu to facinate me. Xem tiếp

It was a lovely stay. However upon arrival at 7:30 pm we decided to stay in and grab a bite to eat inhouse. That was a serious mistake . Upon receiving my order I quickly had a taste of the French fries. They were tepid. Sent them back and a new plate showed up with hot fries. However my pork ribs and my gf's were not quite warm. I Was miffed and wanted to send all of it back but my gf who is Vietnamese said not to make anybody loose face and just eat. This meal was not cooked for us, it was hardly warned over. Whoever did this has no clue on how to prepare food or just did not give a care about the customer. I would have fired his ass on the spot for plain incompetence. Enjoy your breakfast but forget about dining inhouse. Xem tiếp

Total Stay for 4 nights, surprising that Hotel Management do upgrade my room to Suite with lake view for the last 2 night stay. Overall Rating: Staff : 10/10 Location :10/10 Breakfast : 9/10 Bed : 9/10 Tour Package : 9/10 (bit expensive than other but service and tour quality are good enough) Worth For Money : 10/10 Special thanks for HENRY that do suggest me some nice place/food for visit, also the tour package come with a special rate... I am happy and satisfied with the tour package and good memory of it too.. Hope to see you, Henry again if i come back next trip... Xem tiếp

1.Give wrong the key card cannot open the room. ( take my time) 2. when I check out, and pay money for reserve taxi he don,'t have enough money USD but return to VND. 3.Hotel's driver pick up me to Airport not polite and no good service, i will missing my flight 🙁😬. Xem tiếp

Hotel is few steps away from Lake Hiem and very accessible to restaurants, shops, etc. Only downside is the busy street in front of the hotel, lots of motorcycles passing by all day. Xem tiếp

Location is good. It is unpleasant to see yellowish stains on the wall. Overall the room is ok. in Hanoi, i dont prefer a room with big window as it is very noisy. Breakfast is at the rooftop. But breakfast is just ok. Dont expect it to be good. Xem tiếp

The family that owns this little boutique hotel are the nicest people in sapa. They treated us like family. The room is also very nice, comfortable, and in a good location, its close to the downtown action but quiet once you walk the short walk down the alley they are located on. it was easy to find and I couldnt be happier we stayed there. This hotel situated in a great location within the old quarter. The location allow us to travel around the old quarter with ease. Food, Circle-K & shop are just around the corner. We booked the room with balcony which facing the road. The room is clean and cozy and both us enjoy it very much. Xem tiếp

We stayed there for 4 nights and it was amazing. The staff is lovely and very helpful. Close to everything, just have a stroll around the old quarters. Did not even use a taxi. The lake view from our balcony was a bit far with lot of roof top view but still nice. Xem tiếp
