Was booked the bus ticket from the hostel staff who lied to me, he told me Sapa express already sold out, so he helped me to booked other bus company called king express which is totally crap, I asked them toilet on board over and over again, and they said yes, but it seems like it’s been broken ages!!!! And sapa express WASN'T sold out!!! Very upset with this, and the room wasn't clean as well Xem tiếp

Pros... Good location. Good value for money Cons ... had to ask them to turn on the air con in the dorm room a few times cause it would automatically turn off ( so it was absolutely boiling hot) .. no facilities to cook in, slow wifi. Xem tiếp

Hanoi High Five Hostel was a great place in the heart of the Old Quarter. The WiFi was fast, the bed was comfortable, & the free towels were nice. Kevin also booked me some amazing tours & he was super honest about everything. I totally recommend this hotel and especially Kevin. Xem tiếp

Stay just a night before an early flight Everything was fine. Just one thing that I don’t understand Why the hostel need to keep all the customers passport? We better deposit by cash not our passport, right? Like others hotel does! Xem tiếp

I stayed in a dorm room. When I checked in, there were some more dorm beds available. I asked one of the staff if I could take one of them because I didn't want to sleep right next to the door, and he answered me that it had been booked! I didn't even realise till then that I could book a dorm bed! I really enjoyed The Happy Hours but they finished serving free beer well before 6pm without even telling it to you so beware! Xem tiếp

다시는가고싶지않은곳... 문여는소리가정말크게들리고요.사물함열쇠여는데10분정도걸렸고요.샤워실선반높이가180넘는곳에위치..저처럼키가작은사람들은점프를해서물건을올려놔야하구요.2층침대양쪽사이드받혀주는곳이없어서폰이떨어지게된다액정박살은기본이겠죠?침대폭도쫌좁아요...그리고모터펌프돌아가는소리가너무크게들려서잠을못잤어요.ㅜㅜ다시는가고싶지않네요. Xem tiếp

untuk sekedar tidur ya not bad, tapi kalau mengharapkan lebih sih jangan. staff nya kurang tulus , kalau kita bertanya, dia menjelaskan secara umum, tidak mendetil. kurang suka dg staffnya. kurang responsif Xem tiếp
