The hotel room was nice with comfortable bed, very convenient with 2 minute walk to the Sword Lake. The free breakfast is just ok so if you don't stay in Hanoi for too long, I'd recommend you have breakfast out (good banh mi and pho nearby). The hotel just needs to improve the cleanness a bit more. My girlfriend and I got in to Hanoi late and were dropped off in what seemed like some random street as it was 11PM, this was not the case!. We were ushered in by two members of staff, both incredibly nice, who took our bags upstairs to our room. The room itself was nice. It was not as bright as it looks in the pictures but that didn't surprise me. The bed is NOT rock hard! If you have been traveling in SEA you will know this is hard to find. It's still not the best but, better than most. The room was clean to SEA standards and the sheets were nice. The next morning we awoke to a bustling and busy street with plenty of places to eat and get coffee! This hotel is in a great location. It's just a block and a half from the lake, about 10 minutes walk to the busy bar streets. The Bahn Mi place right across the street is good. I would stay here again. Xem tiếp

The hotel was not like highly-professional hotel, the staffs are just ordinary people maybe some travel agent sales, but they always greeted us everytime we passed the lobby with warm smile, and this is a plus point. Location is just quite big road so its easy to catch taxi or point the location with Uber. Breakfast was super delicious, they made the breakfast by order and tasted so good. Some improvement on furniture and cleanliness in the room are needed to avoid the hotel degrading fast. Maybe a minimalist style to consider when renovation needed in future time. Like many, this place doesn't change bedding as a rule between guests. This was very obvious, because their king is a actually two twins pushed together. This creates a "crack" in which fun stuff can accumulate, on top of the bottom sheet, between the two mattresses. There were several guests worth of stuff when I checked in for my one night stay. Whatever, like most, I just slept on top of bed in my silk sleeping bag and was fine otherwise. Cleanliness elsewhere was "VN standard" for a budget hotel and met expectations. Close to everything, walking distance to attractions and within shopping/dining area. The staff are very approachable and responds immediately to your needs/request. There's construction going on beside the hotel which is a bit annoying in the morning but it's not the fault of the hotel. Xem tiếp

The hotel was wonderful. Since the festival is an opportunity that I enjoy watching full air Tet in Hanoi. I can walk to visit the tower turtles and 36 streets of Hanoi. Clean hotel. Staff were friendly and very enthusiastic help Xem tiếp

The hotel is in good location but just for those who just want to walk. Inconvenient for taxi or car waiting outside. The room is quite old and right beside the elevator so its very noisy even at night time due to the noise when the elevator is running. The staff are very unprofessional. We booked Triple room but they just put 2 bottle waters and 2 towels everyday. They said that they didnt have enough towels and gave us 2 terrible old ones. Breakfast was terrible, they tried to do like that so that we went out to have breakfast. The day we checked out, we left 2 sun glasses in room. When we got home, checked luggage carefully and informed the manager. They took action very slowly. 15 hours later, we got message from manager that they didnt find anything in room. Be careful with your belongings when you stay at this hotel. Its family business so nobody will be in charge if you have any problem during your stay. Xem tiếp

Lovely hotel - comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities, balcony, warm shower. The kind man at reception went out of his way to make sure arrangements were confirmed for our bus journey the next day. We were sent off early with a packed breakfast and a warm goodbye. Although hotel located at the heart of Hanoi city but is quiet at night. The room is big and clean. It has a lift even though it is just a 2 stars hotel. Nearby hotel got many shops and restaurants which can easy access to. Due to early flight, we cannot have the breakfast at hotel, the hotel staff is nice to pack some bread, banana and water for us to take away to airport. So easy to find the hotel as the location is good, you can find almost everything nearby. It doesnt look like a hotel as they also have a travel agency at the 1st floor. Its a bit misleading coz they said hotel but actually it should be a hostel. The restaurant is small, not well maintain and seems not many guest come and use it as well as having breakfast there. Found most of the cups were dirty so i have to wipe it first before i use it. But anyway the staff and (maybe) the owner were kind and helpful. Xem tiếp

Everything positive. In the center of town, well equipped, has even an elevator for lazy moments ir handicapped people. Very nice staff. We even had a room without a real window but it did not bother us at all... Xem tiếp

This is my second time coming back Hanoi, be happier with my family. The Hotel truly cares about my baby as preparing a baby cot with a bowl of congee for her. The room is clean as usual, everything is good enough including breakfast. They are worthy of high appreciation. Xem tiếp

Great hotel in a really good location. Big, clean room with excellent bathroom and really friendly staff. However the hotel or next door was having some building work done. The front desk informed us at check in that building work would start around 8 ish in the morning. We didn't think too much of it but my goodness, the building work started at 7.45 and our room was literally shaking and we couldn't talk to each other without shouting. It was that bad that we had to get up and leave the room as quickly as possible. This I know cannot be helped but our room had no reduction for the inconvenience. We checked out as soon as we could. We loved our stay at Hanoi Heart! A bit above our normal price range but i'm glad we splurged as it was very nice but most importantly, quiet!! Big shower head in a shower with a glass door and comfortable beds with reverse cycle AC/heater. Very friendly and helpful staff too! Xem tiếp

Booked a last minute stay and they were very accommodating and even upgraded for free. The area is more noisy so if you need quiet to sleep might not be the best place. Very close and walking distance to everything. Clean room and free water. They have laundry service that is cheap, quick, and my clothes came back smelling so clean! Xem tiếp

its very nice hotel with excellent staffs, so friendly and will help you in organizing everything like taxi, directions to some of the sights and tours to Ha Long, Hoa Lu.... i booked 1 night through agoda.com but i extended 1 more night there. the hostel is very well located being close to the lake and night market. i will stay there again for my holiday with my family.
