Tôi thích ks này, sạch, yên tĩnh,,gần phố cổ, nhà thờ lớn, nhiều chỗ ăn uống chung quanh. Nhân viên dễ thương. Đặt phòng quá Agoda thì rất tiện lợi, tuy nhiên tôi đi công tác nên cần có hoá đơn để thanh toán thì ks không cung cấp mà đề nghị khách liên hệ với Agoda. Rất mong Agoda hỗ trợ vấn đề này. They provide the transportation to pick me up at the airport and i highly recommended this service because my flight was landing at 8:30 pm. Very difficult for me find hotel by myself at midnight. When i came hotel, they gave me welcome drink. Supper nice. I love them at the beginning. The staff was very polite and they worked very professional. They saw that i was tired so on next morning, they showed me all informations and notifications about the hotel, the city and everything. Their breakfast was nice. They arranged the trip to Halong bay 2 days 1 night for me. I really enjoy this trip. I booked 01 more night when i come back from Halong bay. Xem tiếp

My Family stayed 5 nights altogetger at Hanvet Hotel and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel located near lots eateries , shops and convenience stores . All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Special mentioned Mrs Kelly who help us boo a tour to Halong and Sapa . It’s was very good trip and reasonable price . The room in this hotel was very big and clean . ThAnks all staff , definitely we will come back to Hanvet Hotel in near future. Xem tiếp

Its located on a tight alley which larger vehicles can’t access , therefore it’s relatively quiet compared the rest of the hustle and bustle of Hanoi . The staff were exceptional in helping book tours , trains ticket . The room very big special it’s very clean and tiny . We really enjoy to stay in this hotel High recommend Xem tiếp

Very Nice Hotel , room was Big speacial very clean - this is very import but we feel very we found in this hotel . The hotel staff were absolutely Fantastic- we were able to leave our bags and Alo shower one we came back to pick up them up which was a nice touch. Beds were very comfortable and room was nicely air condition. The shower were hot with water pressure Location was quiet but central for tourists attractions. Breakfast was very amazing with local Vietnamese food . High recommend this hotel for all tourist who want travel to Hanoj. Thanks Kelly Xem tiếp

The hotel room is clean and cozy. There is a VinMart (mini market) and good massage centre (Vans Massage) recommended by Martin nearby the hotel. Martin, Kelly and other hotel staff were very helpful. Strongly recommended 👍 Xem tiếp

We returned for another night of stay. Although we were surprised to find blanket missing in the blanket cover, the staff had the issue resolved in less than 5 mins. Efficiency is another added value we saw at Hanoi Hanvet! Xem tiếp

Good value, clean room, great location, exceptional service especially Martin who speaks good English. Our room was beautifully decorated and a complimentary cake was prepared for my boyfriend’s birthday. Where else but Hanoi Hanvet! 👍🏼 Xem tiếp

Rooms are clean and big. Bedsheet and towels have no smell. Vietnamese bread for breakfast is beyond expectation. It’s really good. The staffs here, they are all treating you like a family. My mom asked about how much does dragon fruit cost. In the evening Kelly bought 2 dragon fruits for my mom and cut them for her. Martin is also very nice, friendly and very helpful. Will definitely stay in this hotel if I go to Hanoi again Xem tiếp

The biggest benefits of staying at this hotel are its location and the staff members’ hospitality. Being in the heart of the old quarter, popular tourists’ sites, eateries, shops, cafes, etc. are all within the walking distance. The staff members’ hospitality was exceptional. Martin, the manager, was extremely helpful. I’d strongly recommend speaking to him about anything you need. He gave us dinning recommendations, booked two tours (Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay) and a car back to the airport for reasonable prices. We stayed in a room with king-sized and twin-sized beds. The room was spacious and clean, with plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Somehow it was quiet in the room although the hotel is in a very busy area, maybe because the back of the hotel faces a temple. I completely forgot that breakfast was included and was not reminded when I checked in – well, that was okay because there are plenty of street foods available around the hotel. Xem tiếp

A relatively new boutique hotel near the St Joseph Cathedral. Room is clean with firm beds, fluffly pillows and good water pressure in the shower. Hotel staff, Martin, is very helpful in advising us about safety and transportation. Lots of nice cafes, restaurants (Duong's, Pho 10) and convenient stores nearby. Within walking distance (~7-10 mins) to Hoan Kiem Lake, Old Quarter, French Quarter, Dong Xuan market, McDs, post office, Cha Ca Thang Long, etc. Rooms are at lift level, good for older folks and young children. Highly recommended for families who'd need 2 double beds in a room. Sidenote: Grab car works great if you need to travel further, easy pick up / drop off at St. J's which is very near this hotel.
