Anh chị nhân viên rất thân thiện, đồ nội thất trong phòng rất đẹp phòng rộng , thức ăn sáng khá ngon có nhiều sự lựa chọn cho đồ ăn sáng hơn một vài khach sạn khác. Vị trí gần khu náo nhiệt như mã mây lương ngọc quyến nhưng khách sạn lại khá tên tĩnh không hề ồn ào về đêm... Sau khi đặt phòng một đêm đã ở lại đây cho hết tgian làm việc^^ đáng đẻ các bạn du lịch lựa chọn ở điểm nghỉ khi đến hà nội Xem tiếp

Staff are very professional, helpful and well trained. We booked a triple room, the size is right for 4 people, beds are cleaned and the deco as per described. It is a small hotel, no facilities and not located outside of Main Street - got to walk inside the back streets to find the hotel. Xem tiếp

Hotel location is good as restaurants selling good food (e.g. banh xeo, banh mi, etc.) are just nearby. It is also nice that our room has electric fan as it can be really hot in Hanoi during the summer. Xem tiếp

The hotel itself was wonderful, very comfortable beds, lovely decor, clean and well maintained. But to me, the biggest selling point of this hotel is the staff. Since before our arrival, they've been very friendly and helpful. Everyone at the hotel (receptionists, cleaners, bellboys) will go out of their way to attend to your needs. You can enjoy different kind of breakfast every morning . Because i have booked transport through hotel , so it is easy for transport . I spent substantial amount of time in this hotel during this business trip for working on deadlines. The hotel itself and staff never let me down and thanks to that, I have been able to complete my tasks. - The hotel is located right inside the Old Quarters, within walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake and the famous food stores, bars, pubs inside the Old Quarters - The hotel is in a small local alley, which brought me good sleeps being away from all the noise - Inside that alley are 2 top list "Bun dau mam tom stores" - Trung Huong and Huong which are amazing for locals and expats to try - Staff were far beyond expectation. They paid attention to single details about my needs and kept on offering supports, asked if I had good sleep, if there was anything they could do better - Very clean - Full of amenities - Room is much more spacious compared to similar hotels in that area - I was a solo female traveller and it's definitely safe staying in the hotel - Breakfast was nice, a very good combination of buffet and a la carte, Western and Vietnamese choices Xem tiếp

Lovely hotel!! Best place I stayed at in Vietnam, and would do it again. First stayed there with friends in the family room, and lastly in solo room. Both rooms were amazing and luxurious! If you’re having any doubts... don’t! Just book it! Worth the money and actually not even expensive. Their breakfast buffet is awesome too :) have western food/ Vietnam food and both were great! 10/10 would stay there again. Thanks Ms. Katie for all you did for me. Staffs are extremely capable, helpful and always smiling whenever I see them. Location is near the entrance to Old Quarter and there are many delicious food vendors and store right below the hotel and access to a nearby pharmacy. The room looks exactly as shown in the picture which is clean and beautiful for its price. Breakfast buffet was good with selection of western breakfast and local delights to choose from. Worth! We arrived one day earlier prior to our booking of the hotel. As they had no available rooms, the general manager (Marshall) very kindly offered and made arrangements for us to stay at their sister hotel, Hanoi Guest House. We were given a discount and also, had our rooms upgraded for free that night. Once we got to Hanoi Guest House Royal, we were greeted by professional staff and they did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and nice. I would totally recommend Hanoi Guest House Royal and its sister hotel, Hanoi Guest House! Xem tiếp

This was so far the best stay on our Vietnam trip! Stuff is highly proffesional, speak perfect English and are more than happy to do an extra step and help as much as possible. We had an early arrival (10 AM) and we got fresh juice and fruits to refresh, before we could even check in. Rooms are super clean, they have all you need, even some snacks for free. Breakfast is perfect ( combination of buffet and breakfast menu to order from ( all included in price). Location is amazing, as it is in old quarters, but on quiet street with no bars, so everybody can enjoy silent sleep :) Will suggest to all of my friends :) Xem tiếp

The lady on the reception, Katie, gave us a lot of information and she was very kind and professional. The hotel is situated in the old quarter and everything is in the walking distance. Rooms are spacious and clean. For breakfast, beside some dishes and juices on buffet, you have a menu where you can choose additional meals. We highly recommend this hotel! Xem tiếp

Like the service very much, all staff are friendly and helpful, booked a 1 day tour to Nihn Bihn very relax and nice experience, hotel breakfast is good, many local food around. Night market from fri to sun, jus 5 mins walk, like this place so much, if you want to try the original egg coffee u should go to ‘Cafe Giung’ no.39, like the street food there very much, definitely will back again and highly recommend to all.. We stayed in the premium view room, it's in 7th floor, it has glasses all the sides. Excellent views, 200 meters from old quarter. Near to almost everything, Indian restaurants are very near. We both had a good time staying there. Ac was excellent, staff were very helpful, we have asked for photographer service the hotel people arranged in just 3 hours a nominal price of 50$ for 4 hour photos hoot. The stay went well. Breakfast was good. We will for sure stay in this hotel next tym we visit Hanoi Xem tiếp
