- nếu không cho sao nào thì không để tiếp tục đánh giá được, xứng đáng không có sao nào nhé các bạn - trong dịch covid-19, nếu chưa hoạt động lại cũng k có thông báo nào, mà cứ vẫn để phòng book - tới nơi thấy đóng cửa, gọi và nhắn tin vào 2 số hotline cũng k nhấc máy - thái độ làm việc như vậy rất thiếu chuyên nghiệp Xem tiếp

I booked this hotel because I had stayed here before it s very good hotel with great room and facilities, but the this time I booked here , may be there was some problem happened,the staff aked me to move to stella hotel, it is good hotel as well , but in my view the hanoi guest house hotel is better. First off, the people working in this place are the nicest, and also very chatty and like to interact, they deserve praise for the service! The location is great and I liked that the breakfast was a choice from a menu, and they cook it fresh for you, and not from a big buffet. But I would say that the rooms really need an update and a renovation, everything came off old and dusty. The indoor climate was terrible, very bad ventilation, the doors where squicky, the shower door didn't close proberly, the tv remotes didn't work and there were no decent curtains. Xem tiếp

My friends and I stayed at Hanoi Guest House for our trip and it exceeds all our expectations. Our rooms were well equipped with good sized ensuite bathrooms, as well as TVs, fridge, water heater, heater, air-conditioner and even a fan! The guest house is right at Old Quarters area and about 8 mins walk to the Hoan Kiem lake. Amidst the hustle and bustle, it was very quiet and peaceful once we were back in our rooms. On top of the excellent facilities and great location, it was the people at Hanoi Guest House who added the most to our stay. Lan, Mai, Hien, Dinh, Quynh and the rest of the staff were helpful, friendly and really helped us make the most out of our week. The restaurant staff also prepared the most amazing breakfast for us. I would not hesitate to recommend Hanoi Guest House to anyone travelling to Hanoi and looking for a home away from home at Old Quarters. Xem tiếp

Location is great and the staff were fantastic. They were also very responsive in the email correspondence. This hotel is located right smack in the old quarter and easily accessible. There are also many shops and eateries nearby. Highly recommended! Xem tiếp

We had balcony room at front. Very large had huge king bed and a single, so can accommodate 3. Also stayed few nights in the basic room which was also good if your budget conscious. The breakfast bit basic was cooked (eggs) upon order. Xem tiếp

We liked the staff here as all were really friendly and the location was great being a short walk from most of the main attractions. Anything a little further away is easily and cheaply reached via a Grab taxi. We choose a top floor room at the back of the hotel which was large and very quiet and a great place to wind down at the end of the day. There are many good restaurants near this hotel and there was a good choice of things to eat at breakfast. The hotel also provided free bananas, snacks along with tea, coffee etc in the reception area all day which was a nice touch. The hotel does organise lots of trips however depending on your circumstances or plans these can be expensive i.e if your staying in Hanoi then a 2 day 1 night trip to Halong Bay could work out just right for you however if you have plans to travel to Halong Bay or Cat Ba then you will find better and cheaper deals locally. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return to this hotel Xem tiếp

Able to store your bags after you check out, will let you use a shower if you've already checked out. Very accommodating, clean room, minimal noise. Great wifi! Good location, very nice oacis from the hustle and bustle of the city. Stairs are very windy but have a working elevator if you prefer. Xem tiếp

Everything is perfect! Besides the key and lock is slightly inconvenient to use. We have a free upgrade room to bigger room as there is vacancy. Staff is so polite and helpful. Will come back again next time. Xem tiếp

We loved staying here. They were very accommodating. Only issue was we got transferred to another hotel On our second stay here because the room had a leak, which was out of their control. But the other hotel wasn’t as nice and the breakfast wasn’t great there. The Hanoi guest house is amazing though. Xem tiếp

I booked for superior and they gave me deluxe with balcony room (505) Its really nice, tho its very hot now in Hanoi - aside from aircon, they also provide a fan. Breakfast was super nice for a guesthouse and everything at your doorstep (literally). It only took me less than 10mins lazy walk to Hoan Kiem lake. Definetly will stay here again next time Xem tiếp

Hanoi Guest House is located on the main street of the weekend night market. Hence, it will be a little noisy if you stay there during weekend. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is great! Just not too satisfied with the air conditioner (which was suddenly not working well in the middle of the night) and the elevator broke down twice during our 3 days 2 nights stay. Xem tiếp

Plus point- good service. The staff are all very helpful. Delicious breakfast. Our honeymoon room was decorated splendidly. Minus point - I booked Hoping bay 3d2n tour via this hotel. But I think they charged a bit more expensive. I requested for a room with a bath tub but it turned out to be a shower room. Xem tiếp
