Chắc chắn lần đó sẽ là lần cuối cùng mình đặt phòng tại đây . Phòng ốc quá tệ , nhân viên quá tệ , phòng toàn kiến kim , giường cực kì chán , cửa ra vào khóa không được , nước điều hòa thì chảy ướt hết một góc phòng , nhân viên thấy khách đến cầm 2 vali to và balo nhưng cũng mặc kệ . Và để khách tự bê vali lên tận tầng 4 rồi khách muốn đổi phòng cũng phải tự bê xuống tầng 2 rồi tầng 1 . Với số tiền trên thực tế mình phải trả không giống như trên thông tin giá tiền agoda ghi thì mình sẽ có nhiều lựa chọn phòng tốt hơn , dịch vụ tốt hơn . Chứ không phải mất vui để ở đây . Xem tiếp

Vệ sinh sạch. Phòng nhỏ hơn trên hình. Tủ lạnh hơi cũ, chắc do ít sử dụng. Một số tiện nghi không có như trong mô tả (ko có két hay tủ có khóa, ko có nước uống), so ra giá hơi mắc . Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, thân thiện, thật sự dễ thương. Nói chung tương đối tốt. Xem tiếp

The hostel is located in a good location where is walking to distance to many place, yet still not noisy during the night. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room has little space for luggage but clean and comfortable to stay. The only downside is there is no lift, so you need to walk up but the staff can help you to carry your luggage if you need. Smelt of sewage throughout our first stay here until we covered up the drain pipe in our shower, smelt of death in the lobby. The smell did get better when we came back. Staff were friendly and helpful, cleanliness wasn’t too bad, the room was quite small. Xem tiếp

Hanoi Golden Hostel is a great place for budget conscious travellers. If you are looking for a nice place within the old quarter, then this is the right choice. Arrived around 2am but they provided a vehicle for me. i forgot the name of the driver but he was very patient and kind. Shoutout also to Tina and Henry who were very friendly and helpful. Did I mention they can speak English well? That is a plus factor for tourists. They made me feel at home while travelling in a foreign country alone. Xem tiếp

Goods: We stayed there 4 nights and the lady from the hotel offers us to stay in a bigger room with a balcony for free. The room is quite clean and spacious. The staffs help us to visit hanoi and explain staffs. Bads: I advanced book a tour to halong bay and it's more than their list price on the entrance. Taking shower that is almost impossible to do. The amount of water from the shower head is so little and we uses a cup from a sink to shower. The noise of drunk people from staircase can also wake you up in the middle of the night. Xem tiếp

We thought we picked the right place for the right price, our room did not look like the picture we had no window and the room was very small. Our bathroom was a wet room that was meant to have a shower...the shower was attached to the sink and you had to stand nearly on the toilet to use the shower. The only positive thing I would say was the staff at the desk were friendly and we did Have a breakfast included. Biggest thing to mention: do not book a cruise through miss Mai (not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly) she worked at the desk some days and likes to pretend she’s getting you good tour deals. We booked a cruise from her and although the cruise itself was nice we were disappointed with the tour guide (barely any English) rushed us the whole 24hours we were on the trip, our boat ran out of petrol and we were stranded wasting an hour at a random harbour and we were moved to another boat the following day as we were not going back to Hanoi.
