Tôi đến khách sạn khá muộn và được thông báo sẽ đến một ks khác gần đó. Ban đầu tôi hơi bực mình vì đang khá mệt lại phải đi và có ý trách nhân viên khách sạn không thông báo trước. Tuy nhiên sau đó ks nói sẽ dẫn tôi đi và thanh toán tiền taxi, ks bên kia cũng đẹp và tiện nghi hơn tuy phòng có hơi nhỏ nên tôi cũng khá hài lòng. Nhân viên rất thân thiện, hướng dẫn tận tình. Mình vừa tới nơi, chưa ngồi nghỉ, chưa check in thì nhân viên đã ra giới thiệu policy với 1 loạt các phí charge. Cảm giác của mình giống như bị cảnh cáo ấy. Tv ks bị hỏng. Xem tiếp

The leading staff Helen was extraodinaire, greeted guests well on arrival. Hotel's trademark with welcome drink and fruits came in handy especially after more than 2 hours of bus ride from Ha Long Bay. Most grab drivers recognise the hotel well so it is convenient to travel around Hanoi town. Those yearning for a good location, simple but satisfactory breakfast and attentive staff please come and stay at Hanoi Glance Hotel and you would find it a value for money. Xem tiếp

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights along with another couple.We were all very happy with what the hotel provided us with and also the location which was conveniently set in the Old Quarter.The staff were friendly and very helpful.The breakfast offered a wide choice of foods.The room was clean and nicely presented for our arrival. The staff here is literally helpful and friendly. They tried their best to accommodate our requests. And the hotel location is a great location, and convenient to anywhere (tourist spot) in Hanoi. They even provided us washroom to have a shower after our checkout (while waiting for our night bus to Sapa). Tip them cause the staff worked hard and I think they deserve it. Will definitely recommend my friends who are going to visit Hanoi in the future. Thank you for everything. I would rate 5 stars for the service, no kidding. 👍🏻 Xem tiếp

After a late night arrival in Hanoi, we booked this hotel due to its very decent price. We arrived later than expected, the lights were low in reception, probably because the guys had waited up later than expected for us, bless them. It was about 1am. They showed us to our room. The room was a big enough size and was clean. The beds were decent too, along with the bathroom. We also had a street view window, which was nice. It also wasn’t loud at all despite having a window. In the morning, the staff were very helpful. The room rate also included a breakfast, which was decent considering the price. Special mention to the lady on reception on the morning of 17th June - she was really friendly and helpful. Xem tiếp

The staff are Super friendly and helpful and they can speak English very fluently. They will always greet you in the morning, when u going out and come back. The breakfast is not too bad even though there’s not much variety, but it’s simple and yummy. The room is very clean and spacious with good location. Good location and very value for money. about 10-15 mins walk to the lake, night market and dong xuan market. nearby convenience stores and food (try banh mi 25 which is only about 5 mins walk away). Excellent service by the staffs especially the bellboys who were very helpful. Breakfast selection is limited but good quality & tasty. rooms are comfortable but can get a bit noisy for the rooms facing the street. Xem tiếp

Friendly and very accommodating staff Nice Breakfast. Love their bacon Clean room. They change the sheets everyday Location is ok as it's nearby a 24hours convenience store. There are several local coffee shops nearby (like few steps nearby) and "street restaurants" But I'll never forget the experience with the staff. I requested for wakeup call as my flight is at 10am. The receptionist wasn;t able to wake me up via call so he went to my room , knocking of course, to wake me up. And they also packed my breakfast as I have to leave early and don't have time to eat. everything was good..they were very welcoming..the staffs were very friendly.. flower petals everywhere in the room!!! however, u may want to remove the flowers on the bed after u have taken photos..because ants were everywhere upon our return ... anyway this hotel definitely worth the price!!! :) Xem tiếp

The hotel stuff is very friendly. Breakfast is a combination of buffet and made-to-order choices. The buffet is not that great, but the made to order dishes are delicious, and range from Vietnamese to Western cuisine. The only downside is housekeeping knocked on our door on Janraury 1st around 9am - a bit too early and woke us up. We were sleeping in as we stayed up late for the New Year countdown. Xem tiếp

We were greeted by the friendly manager with fruit juices and cookies. The staff was really polite and helpful. They maintained good communication offering us some places to visit. The room was clean and comfy. It was a good size that we had enough space to walk around. The location was ideal for exploring around on foot, not by taxi. We had a hard time finding a way to reach the hotel since some streets were closed for the walking area. But I have to say we had a great time in Hanoi partly thanks to this amazing experience at the hotel. We'd love to stay again and definitely will recommend this to our friends. Xem tiếp

A very nice hotel with caring service. They provided a lot of information and even providing breakfast in boxes for us as we have an early leave in the next day. The room is clean and comfy. Just little ants in the bathroom. Xem tiếp
