+ Phòng sạch sẽ, rộng và thoáng. Mình ở phòng ko có ban công nhưng lại có nguyên 1 khoảng giếng trời rất thoáng luôn + Nhân viên cực kỳ thân thiện và nhiệt tình + Vị trí nằm trong khu phố cổ, gần rất nhiều quán ăn ngon, đi bộ ra hồ Gươm cũng khá gần Nếu có dịp quay lại Hà Nội mình nhất định sẽ quay lại đây! The room and location were great but it's the staff that really make this place. The girl at the front desk helped me find a swimming pool, a place to send documents back to the States, buy a plane ticket, and told me about the live music at the lake on weekends. My stay would not have been the same without all her help and useful information. Xem tiếp

Hotel has good location. Thats all about it Cleanliness is horrible even it is newly built. Only cleans for once per 2 days without informing in advance for guests. No towels when we checked in until we called and asked. Beds are super hard towels. Even hotel offered a low rate but i believe there are much cleaner hotel at that price. A very stylish, new hotel in the old town. The stuff is amazing! We were treated like in a 5 star hotel, very friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean, beds are soft (an important issue for us in Asia), breakfast was very good. We stayed only one night before our flight back and would come back again. Xem tiếp

We checked in atHanoi GatsbyHotel for 1-2 nights before heading for our trip to Yangon. First of all, i should say that their restaurant service is more than a buffet. You order whatever you want on the menu and they will give it to you "with a smile." Second, the room where we stayed in was so relaxing especially with the designs made in the wall. Third, the frontliners were all so approachable. Lastly, i guess this was the very first and i think the only hotel in Hanoi who gave us a souvenir coffee pack upon checking out. Very thoughtful. I spent a week at the Hanoi Gatsby Hotel. Everything about it was great, but the incredible staff is what really makes it special. The staff cannot do enough to make your visit ideal. They were SO helpful on a daily basis - between arranging guided tours to getting "grab cars" to take us to our meetings, they were on top of everything. They take your comfort and convenience very seriously. I found the hotel very comfortable. My room was quiet, the air conditioning was quiet and highly effective, the bathroom is modern with excellent water pressure in the shower - all the things I think are essential. They are well located within the Old Quarter. I went there 3 of the 7 nights I was here! Xem tiếp

The room was fine, as were all the amenities. The biggest asset of this place is the staff: they were extremely helpfull, helping us book toura and buses and making sure we arrived and left safely. Also, we really liked the location - close to everything but still in the quiet area. Xem tiếp

From the moment we arrived the staff was above and beyond welcoming, and helpful, and all around pleasant. They answered all our questions, made amazing recommendations when we expressed our desire to eat certain Vietnamese dishes, even offered to go find them for us when we were having trouble. Every morning was greeted with hellos and assistance. Location was ideal for us, 10 minutes walking towards the puppet show in one direction, 10 minutes walking towards the cathedral in the other. Some lovely bun cha right in front of the hotel. The room was modern and clean and comfortable and had a cute design to it. The WiFi was good. Breakfast was a’la carte, good options, and all delicious. There is an elevator or stairs. They offer tour packages and private cars to and from the airport. This spot should no be overlooked! Fantastic value for money, walking distance from everything in the old quarter. Quiet enough to sleep at night. Breakfast has good choices.The staff are great especially Jessie on the front desk. She is very helpful in organising other trips around Vietnam, which turned out cheaper than online. We have stayed here 3 times now. Would definitely recommend staying at Gatsby Xem tiếp

The room was beautifully decorated, as pictured. Our room was cleaned and topped up with coffee, tea and bottled water, daily. Room came with TV, mini fridge, kettle, safe, hair dryer, and you can borrow a travel adapter. For breakfast, there's a simple buffet spread of yogurt, pastry, fruits, cereals, juice, coffee and tea, plus freshly prepared meal of your choice (noodles/ egg/ crepe/ French toast, etc; you can order more than 1). Location is good; within 10 mins walk to Hoan Kiem lake. I really enjoyed my early morning strolls there. The hotel is located on street of tinsmiths, so you will definitely hear hammering & soldering during the day. The staff are CHAMPIONS; no doubt about it. From the doorman to the receptionist and cook, they serve you with the brightest smile. When we had a string of bad luck [lost passport, and left behind by van to Ha Giang (pick up point at another hotel)], they gave it their all to help us out. Hanoi Gatsby Hotel was a lovely hotel in a great location. Rooms are spacious and very clean. On check in Tracy provided us with fruit and a welcome drink along with maps of Hanoi and explained everything we can do. Tracy was full of smiles and very nice. She went above and beyond what was required. She is so friendly. Highly recommend Tracy and all her staff. They do a fantastic job! thank you for having us for 2 nights !! Xem tiếp
