Great rooms, not far from weekend night market and lake of the restored sword and really friendly helpful staff/owners. Only thing I didnt like so much was having to pay cash instead of the money coming straight from my account when booking through agoda, as this costs me abit more with bank exchange rates and fees. My stay was excellent. The staff made me feel welcome after a long trip and were always there to help me book a trip or offer me a free motor bike ride to different areas of Hanoi. As for the room, it was acceptably clean for a 2-star hotel. It was a bit older, but as long as you aren't planning to sit around watching TV for your entire stay, you should be satisfied. Also, the wifi is reasonably fast for the area, and it is available anywhere in the hotel. Based on the staff alone, I would absolutely recommend this hotel. Xem tiếp

I enjyed my stay here - it's in a good location in the old town and the staff are great. Rooms at the front are nicer but noisier, rooms at the back are smaller and not as nice but are quiet - so if you want a lie-in stay in a cheaper back room. The stairs are hell! - but this is the same for all the hotels in the area. The breakfast was fine - about the same as elsewhere in Vietnam, but at least it is piping hot the eggs are cooked more or less in front of you in a small kitchette. The WIFI is relatively fast and there is also a PC in the lobby available to use for free, they'll also make you a coffee for free anytime you want - just ask. Xem tiếp

Très bon séjour dans un hôtel central et propre de la vieille ville. Personnel disponible. Wifi et climatisation dans les chambres qui sont plus spacieuses du côté gauche que du côté droit de l'escalier. Prix très compétitif. A recommander. Xem tiếp

Das Hotel macht dem Namen alle Ehre: das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist OK. Leider ist die Isolierung gegen kälte nicht optimal. Bei Aussentemeraturen morgens um 9 Grad, liegt die Zimmertemperatur bei 14 Grad. Obwohl mein Zimmer auf der Seite der belebten Strasse lag, war der Lärm gar kein Problem. Xem tiếp
