Room was spacious and comfortable. Location is good and close to the lake and old town. Many restaurants close by. The hotel is quiet and could be easy to get a good nights rest. Breakfast is perfect with pancakes, fruits, breads, juices etc. Staffs are excellent and helped me book the cruise, bus tickets. Highly recommend this hotel. Xem tiếp

Being in Hanoi for the first time was a bit scary especially with all the tourist scams etc. However, the hotel actually sent an email stating what to expect and what to do(s) and dont(s) which kind of setting up your expectations for the city. The hotel itself was marvellous. Being a relatively new hotel, it show it's pride in their products and staff. The room was true to the pictures. Cosy bed, nice bathrooms and huge balcony. Cleanliness was good although there were some areas that could be improved. Breakfast was not too bad. Not much choice for a stay more than 5 nights. Last but not least, the staff. Chi has been an exceptional employee. Since the day we checked in, he have never failed to greet us, call us by name and answered to every single question we had. He assist to translate and ensure that we something planned for the day. He made our stay in Hanoi much more memorable. Thank you also Ms Loan for providing us a great service. The staff at the Exclusive are as helpful as can be! Charming. The hotel is kept nice and clean and the location is very desirable - right in the old quarter with lots of good street food and restaurant options nearby as well as quality spas. Xem tiếp

The Hanoi Exclusive Hotel is the perfect place to stay in Hanoi. The staff is warm, friendly, and happy to accommodate any request. Even the owner, Michael, and his wife make time to ensure everyone is having a good stay. This new hotel has great rooms and the balconies are an incredible place to relax and view the city from above. Everything is clean, open, and warm, and breakfast in their downstairs restaurant is a real treat. The location is ideal – in the Old Quarter and a very short walk away from my favorite restaurant in Hanoi – Bun Bo Nam Bo! In addition, it’s only a 5-10 minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake for a morning run, weekend festivities and concerts, and a visit to the temple or the water puppet show. I’ve been working and traveling in Hanoi for 6 winters and the staff at the Impressive Hotel Group always go above and beyond to take care of us – highly recommended from an experienced Vietnam traveler! Minimalistic interiour of the room for me was a gem! I love white walls — it makes the room spacious and clear. The bathroom was interesting — with a window and smart light. The hotel is very close to everything — best restaurants, small streets with fruits traders, hidden bars and museums. We are a family of 5 who stayed at the hotel over the new year. The hotel is located in the middle of the Old Quarter and has easy accessibility to all major sites. During our stay in Hanoi, we took a two-day, one-night trip to Ha Long Bay, and we were able to leave all our luggages with the hotel and they helped us with the laundry so that we all have clean clothes when we returned. The staff members of the hotel are excellent, and they went out of the way to make our stay pleasant, from providing us with restaurant suggestions, to helping us find a place to have bun rieu, to accommodating us after the official breakfast hours are over. All in all we had a great stay. The rooms with balcony are worth the extra cost! Xem tiếp

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic time at the Exclusive hotel! There staff was exceedingly helpful when we peppered them with a million questions about the city, the room and facilities were clean and comfortable & the owner even invited us to lunch one afternoon! It was amazing!! Its located in the old quarter, close to everything you would want to see. Just outside the hotel there were amazing restaurants- Must Try: Bun Bo Nam Bo! What a great place to stay. Bright and fresh rooms, friendly and attentive staff and in a great location. Be sure to go out onto your balcony to watch the street action below, but once you shut the door again, you're in your own little oasis. I can't recommend the Hanoi Exclusive Hotel enough. Xem tiếp

Excellent, newly built boutique hotel with lovely staff in a strategic location. All places of interest are just a short walk away. The rooms are brand-new, clean and tastefully equipped.
