What stood out for us is that the front desk staff are knowledgeable about where to go and what to do and they recommended after listening to our requirements. Not pushy to make the sales and always at hand to answer our questions. We booked the Ninh Binh day tour & absolutely loved it! A quaint little place with about 4 rooms on each floor so rather cosy. We return to the hotel by train after traveling from Sapa at very early morning, the hotel staff are very kind by giving us room upgrade to Junior Suites room without waiting room for check-in. This is unexpected services that we met! They make us feel like home, very warm welcome. Xem tiếp

Hotel's staff are very friendly and kindness, they give us an upgrade to their better sister hotel without asking just the room room that we booked has no windows. Appreciated for their kindness, very impress and getting back to stay with them if having a chance to go to Hanoi next time for sure! Xem tiếp

Never choose it again, air conditioner switched off automatically after midnight every 1 to 2 hours, situation reflected to the hotel and they explained that there was cleansing work last night and everything would be settled afterwards but same situation appeared during our stay, thus we slept so bad for whole trip. Also, they made mistake on the room photos when we made booking, they picked us to another type of room owithout asking us prior, they raised out compensation aftet we recognised the room was not as same as the one we booked, we insisted back to the room we booked and finally they changed back. However, on the next day, the sales manager held us in the lobby when we went out and tried to force us to accept the compensation amd change to a small room, we rejected her and her attitude was bad. Lastly, sound insulation is really bad and we always woke up during sleep. Xem tiếp

When we booked via Agoda, the hotel replied that they will be giving us a free upgrade from Studio Deluxe (with 1 double bed) to a Twin room. They said the same during check in and we indeed had the room. However, the next day, they asked us to vacate the room back to a Studio Deluxe because someone booked a twin. We were furious and disappointed with this, as we won't have accepted such free upgrade is they can retract it. Though eventually we didn't move, this incident made the stay unpleasant. Also not too happy: The airport transfer that was arranged didn't come. The hotel has an odd smell everywhere. Happy: Generally friendly staff. Good breakfast with view. They gave us free late check out at 2pm as we had a late flight. Clean room. Location is not bad, though I realised there are better choices closer to Hoan Kiem (where the roads are closed for weekend) and the night market. Xem tiếp

Very nice hotel. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. The only con would be the ceiling height- im 5foot 8 and i could reach up and touch the ceiling. Looking into the bathroom mirror i could see my chest. Found it more comical than annoying. Beds are fantastic. The best sleep i had the whole trip. Shower pressure good. Would stay there again. We reserved two nights but we couldnt arrive for the first night At the next day morning, this hotel sent me a mail "will you come today?" kinda thing and we did go there. But they let other guest stay in our room which is understandable but for the day we arrive as well. So WE CANT GET OUT ROOM!!! No one apologized before i asked, and they tried to make me pay for the commision with not my falut at all and ask us to stay another hotel which cost only half price and not fancy one. I was super disappointed with their attitude and unreasonable thing that they just gave our room away. We were so upset and one of the staff was helping but except that, they just stared at us like uninvited guests even though we paid fully in advance. Especially the lady with the travel things, she didnt care at all about what they did, just tried to reduce our refund. Thats it. DO NOT GO THERE. There are hundreds of other hotels with great and helpful staffs and for sure, whom wont give your room to other. Xem tiếp
