Tuyệt vời
Rất tiện để lên phố cổ Hà Nội, vị trí trung tâm. Tuy nhiên view phòng hơi chán, vì khi tôi mở cửa sổ view xuống phố thì có 1 đường dây điện bắt ngang cửa số chắn hết view. Xem tiếp

Very highly recommended. Excellent room that is spacious, clean and well furnished. Excellent staff that are very friendly and helpful, providing top notch service. The receptionist, Sunny and Jasmine, were really helpful and provided lots of good recommendations and advice on what to do in Hanoi and Sapa. Xem tiếp

The location is right next to beer street, a 5-10minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and the night market. Food was great even at their restaurant. But the cherry on top is their staff. They were very friendly, accomodating and even made efforts to celebrate my husband’s birthday. After a tour we arrived at our roon decorated with balloons and a happy birthday banner. The receptionist (a lady but sorry I forget her name) who served us at the first night during our stay is excellent, is the best receptionist that i have ever seen. She explained everything in details and really treat us as guests, seems like we are VIP. For the room itself, the bedsheet seems a bit old during my first night, and there are too much furniture, makes the room look small. But the room after we came back from Sapa is good. Except washroom is small. The hotel is located at just the edge of the old quarter, so it is not that noisy as expected. Xem tiếp

The hotel is in a very convenient location. The hotel employs very responsive people. Jesse - kindly welcomed us, recommended the best options for viewing Hanoi and the best places for eating meals. The 28 rooms 3 stars boutique hotel(with 5 stars service),good location at Old quarter,front office staff are good,especially Jessie and a lady staff (don't know the name who work morning on 17th april)are awsome,both of them are informative,word to comment on them "excellent" bravo to both of them,we would recommend this hotel. They have very friendly staff who will gladly help you navigate the streets of Hanoi. Breakfast wasn’t very good. The hotel is located on a street with multiple coffee shops so you could easily skip the hotel breakfast and eat in one of those. Xem tiếp

We had a great welcoming by the staff when we arrived. We got a map and a list of recomended restaurants in the area -and one on the staff members sat down with us for at least 15 minutes, pointing out places to visit on the map. We tried some of the recomended restaurants, and were very please with all of them (especially Bahn Mi 25 and Giang Café). Nice western breakfast with a variety of eggs and pancakes. In all, we had the best possible stay in Hanoi thanks to this hotel. Would love to stay there again if Inever visit Hanoi again. Xem tiếp

Staff is very good. Uprgraded us twice to suite room. Very informative and caring. Pack breakfast to go for us when we need to need go to airport at 6.30am. Allowed us to leave our big luggages when we need to go to Halong bay and Sapa. Took the liberty to call us when we boarded the bus to Sapa to make sure we managed to get to the right station and boarded safely. Thumbs up Room is very clean and 3 min walking distance to old town. Hotel provide a self made list of the place to visit and where good food are located nearby. Awesome. The hotel is close to many great coffee shops and restaurants and many other great places to explore in the Old Quarter. The staff was very friendly and helpful--they remembered our names and always asked about our day and how they could help with organizing our trip. clean, beautiful flowers, super helpful staff, just walk out of the hotel early morning around 6am or 7am, you can see a lot of daily life activities of Hanoi people... selling noodles on shoulder-basket, the fruits sold by street hawker is cheaper than shop. The night market just behind the hotel, every Friday - Sunday. Highly recomended to stay here. Hotel near to whole sales market, from hotel to the whole sales market cost only 20,000 - 40,000 dong on taxi / Grab car. but the return taxi wanted 400,000 dong from us. We loved this Hotel! From the minute our group of weary travellers arrived at the Hotel around 6 am after a rough night on the train we were made to feel very welcome. Although we were way too early to check in the night staff offered us a hot shower and bag storage until the rooms were vacated and cleaned. We supplied our phone number and they called us as soon as the rooms were ready. It was lovely coming into the foyer and being greeted by staff using our names. They were a lot of fun and always at the ready to be helpful. A member of our party became unwell and the staff went out of their way to help wherever possible. The bedroom windows a double glazed so they block out almost We couldn’t fault this place at all. Xem tiếp

Hanoi Era Hotel is a wonderful place to stay if you're ever in town. We got a beautiful room equipped with all the necessary amenities that was cleaned every day, without fail. The staff were friendly and efficient, ever ready to offer assistance. Breakfast spread was decent though nothing to shout about – but this wasn't an issue as the hotel was surrounded by numerous eateries catering to both locals and tourists alike. Worth noting – it's just a walking distance from the iconic Cafe Giang that serves up delicious 'ca phe trung' (egg coffee) daily. Xem tiếp

We stayed at Hanoi Era Hotel for 1 night, it's in Old Quarter area. The staff here were very helpful, especially Ms. Jeanece, she was very helpful and nice, she explained all the things we need to know. The area was also good, it's nearby all tourist attraction. I love their staff who was very helpful. the breakfast is very nice.great location to get in and out of the Old Quarter. The only issue is the toilet is very small but you have to accept it because Old Quater’s estate is expensive like diamond :) Xem tiếp
