Phòng sạch sẽ, mới, tiện nghi và gần các điểm trung tâm phố cổ. Nhân viên thân thiện. Tuy nhiên, bữa sáng không đa dạng và khách sạn không có thang máy nên nếu ở các tầng cao sẽ hơi bất tiện. Xem tiếp

The staff here were extremely friendly and really seemed to care about my stay. When I arrived I was quite I'll, and the friendly receptionist managed to get me checked in quite early and even upgraded my room type to accommodate the early check in. The room was quite big, with clean comfortable linens and a decently comfortable matress. The room was stocked daily with complimentary water and always cleaned at my request. The only drawback is no elevator, but the staff collected and delivered my bags on departure and arrival. The location is great if you want to be right in Old Quarter, it is louder here but that is absolutely not the fault of the hotel or staff. when I return to Hanoi I would definitely stay here again as the value truly was excellent!! The hotel is located in an amazing area, filled with restaurants and bars! We didn't get a great welcome our first night. And felt tricked since we got put in a way cheaper room than we had already paid for. But that was all sorted the next day and the day staff were very nice and service minded. Xem tiếp

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hanoi Elpis Hotel. We loved the location - close to many things ie., food, shopping, sights. They upgraded us for free and moved us down one floor which was good because its a walk-up. If there is a negative it would be that there is no elevator but we didn't find the climb a problem. Breakfast was filling and very tasty; staff were very friendly and our room and common areas were all very clean. I would certainly recommend this hotel to friends. Xem tiếp

I wasn’t aware that there wasn’t a lift and we were on 4th/top floor (granted they gave us a free room upgrade). The bellboy lugged it up for us when we arrived. Room was spacious and more modern than other hotels we stayed at. Sheets weren’t the cleanest with old stains (seems to be a norm in 3 star hotels in Vietnam). Bell boy was very nice to serve us a welcome drink but he poured the drinks with the glasses on the ground instead of on the table so maybe he didn’t receive much prior hospitality training. I wasnt sure if they would have brought our luggages down for us as my bf could manage both our luggages. Breakfast was continental but not above average. Only 2 set of tables in the reception area so may have to share with other guests The hotel is in a small alley way so cars can’t drive through it, only motorbikes can. So maybe a 50meter walk from hotel to the intersection before you can get a grab/taxi. Even for a one night stay, I wouldn’t come back again. Xem tiếp

Great location in the old quarter - a bit hard to find but once located it was great. Loads of restaurants and bars in the area and within walking distance of the lake and other attractions. The rooms are very simple - ours was on the second floor, no window and the bathroom was located out of the room but private. A/c kept the room cool and there was a small fridge for beer or water. Staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfasts were great. All in all, it was a great place for the price. Xem tiếp

Location was great. One staff member (guy up front with glasses) was very unfriendly and seemed annoyed every time my family came downstairs for breakfast. The accommodations aren't child friendly (very small breakfast space) and he seemed very perturbed with our presence. He could use some coaching in customer service. Also I would not recommend the fifth floor. The water pump is super loud all night. Kept us awake. Xem tiếp

Best. The accommodation is clean. The staff is on the same page. The breakfast is excellent. If the location is good, it is often noisy, but this hotel can take a quiet rest Especially, the female employee is too beautiful. She's probably the prettiest girl in Hanoi. We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights! it is in the perfect location, close enough to the old city for a short walk , but far enough away to be away from the noise. also great location for the lake and other tourist activities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable! we would definitely stay here again if we come back to Hanoi! Xem tiếp

We have great experience staying in this hotel. The staffs are friendly and can speak English quite well. We are offered welcoming drinks upon checking-in at the hotel. We are introduced to the main attractions and food in Hanoi as well as to our rooms and all available facilities. We are also given a pleasant surprise as our room is upgraded to a better one with no extra charge at all. The hotel breakfast is quite nice and has sufficient variety of choices. Despite having a confirmation of the booking in writing, and receipt of payment, I was told that the hotel did not have my reservation, and they proceeded to take no responsibility and blamed it all in Agoda site. So after 20 hours of travel, sitting and sweating for another hour demanding that hotel management solve the problem, they put me up in their 'sister' hotel (a run-down dive in a bad room) and offered no refund or discount, and gave me no choice as it was high season and I had nowhere to stay. Hotel is in good location (old quarter). If you prefers nightlife it should be your choice. In walking distance there are restaurants, bars, clubs or even “street beer”which costs 5000 VND. However you should expect noise from outside streets up to morning hours. We’ve booked one day trip to Ha Long bay through hotel, I’d say it was good. But 4 hours in bus each way. Second trip to Nimh Binh was way better than Ha Long bay. If you have to choose only one go to Nimh Binh (especially to Mia Cave and Tam Coc). Xem tiếp
