Staff are very helpful and etc. I strong recommend. Some tip for the First time visiting Hanoi. Hanoi Old quarter house are small mostly can't install lift for this type of condition. Even you go to some famous Old Quarter Cafe or Restaurant. So please do not complain why hotel no lift and small. If really bigger space have to stay outside Old Quarter. I stayed here for 7 days and the stay was absolutely amazing. First class service from the staff. They made us feel like home. The superior room is a little tight if you have a lot of luggage so get the bigger room. As for us, it was fine because we had minimum luggage. Only downside there is no lift, however they are more than happy to assist you with your luggage. Thanks Elite Hotel staff Xem tiếp

We loved The Hanoi Elite. The staff here can not do enough for you and the rooms, lobby and breakfast area are beautiful. The bed was comfortable and had the best pillows we’ve had in Asia! It is tucked away in a quiet alley but unfortunately close to the main beer drinking, party street. We had to pass through the very touristy madness whenever we went anywhere. However, overall the Elite was a great place to stay and we would recommend it. Xem tiếp

The Hanoi Elite Hotel is a great value option for travellers in Hanoi, it is located close to the beautiful old quarter and bars, but tucked away in a quitter side street. We were created with friendly and helpful staff, who were keen to give us recommendations to help us enjoy our short time in Hanoi, our arrival was made sweeter by a complimentary drink and snack whilst the staff checked us in. Our room was really comfortable, very clean and was well stocked with snacks and toiletries. Breakfast was excellent, offering both Western and Vietnamese options a la carte, the staff were kind enough to speed up our order so we could make a transfer to our next destination The hotel kindly arranged a good value airport transfer. If you are considering this place then just book it. Brilliant attention to detail from all of the staff. Because it is a small hotel they make time to get to know guests and what they want to do. I was given some great street food recommendations and they organised a scooter tour of Hanoi and trip to Han La Bay. Would go back there without hesitation Xem tiếp

Positive:A boutique hotel, smaller rooms than typical hotels so it's relatively cheaper BUT very clean . Best location as it's in the middle of the Old Quarter. In an alleyway (not a public street) so it's quieter. Best breakfast as they prepare & cook based on what you want (there is a menu) - both vietnamese and western style in a small kitchen. Staff is so friendly, will ask how's your day or stay so far and willing to extend service to make your stay comfortable. If taking the Bus 86 from / to the airport, the bus stop is about 4-5 blocks away (walking distance). Just download an offline map. Negative: there is no elevator in this property, so if your room is way up 4-6, prep for a "hike". Nonetheless, if you have luggage, their bellboy will help you on carrying your things. Also, when people go down and up the stairs and stump their feet (very heavy), you'll hear the noise in your room from the corridor. Not really a bothersome for me, but good to know / expect this. Stay at Hanoi Elite in early Jan. Upon arrival the staff was apologetic as the car pick-up missed me at the airport (no one's fault). I was quickly given my room key even though it was still early in the day. The brief was comprehensive and clear (where we are, where to eat etc.). I was personally shown to the room where another briefing was conducted on the room facilities. The breakfast was enjoyable! You can choose yr breakfast from a list of food and the chef will cook it up - Warm and fresh! The hotel is located right smack in the middle of Old Quarter. So it was very convenient for me to move around and easily come back to the hotel when I was tired. The staff will address you by name and asked about your day. They also help recommend places to go if you are not sure. Overall, a great place to stay! Will definitely stay there again in my next visit. To note - There is no elevator. So if u choose a high floor like me (6th floor), its a bit of a climb everyday... Xem tiếp

Everything is good and nice. Especially the staff is super helpful. The only problem was during checkout as the hotel staff couldn’t trace back the payment that I made. Nothing to do with the hotel but I think agoda might need to enhance the traceability of each payment made by customer. Xem tiếp

Really enjoyed our time at the Hanoi Elite Hotel. The rooms are a little small, but very good quality. However the STAFF and SERVICE set this small hotel apart from most. Very friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble, they are a delight. Breakfast is also worth noting - great breakfasts with lots of choice,cooked fresh a la carte (not buffet). This hotel only has 11 rooms. It is in a great location. The rooms are not big, but they are big enough. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good amenities. Their breakfast is very good. It offers very good value for money. The staff here are excellent. They will do anything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They really do go out of their way to help you. The hotel is located in the Old Quarter. There are lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, the streets nearby are closed to traffic & it is a great area to walk around. The hotel only has 11 rooms, so it is quite intimate. The rooms are a little small, but big enough. They are well maintained, well equipped and really clean. Breakfast here is very good. The standout at this hotel is their service. Everyone working here is intent on making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. They will do anything they possibly can to help. Outstanding service. Xem tiếp

The Old Quarter is overrun with hotel options, but this one definitely stands out. First of all (and most importantly for me), the wifi is fast and reliable, which is really important for those of us for whom work never rests. The free breakfast was excellent, with western and vietnamese options. The staff is exceptionally good. They were able to arrange everything I needed with no fuss. On checking in, they sat me down, served me a drink and took my bags up to my room and started the AC, so by the time I got up there I didn't have anything to worry about. I would totally stay here again. The room was dead quiet, despite the fact that there's a pretty major drinking alley right out back (which is quite convenient for eating/drinking and wobbling home if that's your thing). All of your food/drink/c-store needs are covered in the immediate vicinity. The bed linens were really nice and the bed was among the most comfortable I've had in a hotel. So, yeah, totally deserves a 10 which I rarely give out. Xem tiếp

Perfect stay! Staff is very very attentive and super friendly. They assist you in any matter! The location is perfect as you can reach the most frequented attraction by foot. Best service experienced in 5 years traveling across asia. The hotel was good beyond our expectations. It was quite new and the staff were very helpful. With the help of the map they provided us, we navigated the city with ease and the staff were very helpful as well. The room was small, but it was clean and cosy. The location was good as well, as its situated where the action is.
