Khách sạn rất sạch sẽ, nội thất sang trọng, tiện nghi, nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình và hữu dụng. Tuy điểm tâm còn ít món lựa chọn do khách sạn nhỏ chỉ có 30 phòng, nhưng món ăn rất ngon và nhân viên vui vẻ, thân thiện. Gần khu trung tâm nên có thể đi bộ đến khu vực hồ Hoàn Kiếm. Có thể mua sắm do ở gần khu mua sắm. Chỉ có điều chưa tốt lắm là wifi không ổn định mặc dù mỗi lầu đều có wifi router riêng. Nói chung, như vậy là tốt lắm rồi cho kỳ nghỉ 2 đêm ở đây! Xem tiếp

Tôi thích thú với sự tiếp đón của khách sạn cho đến lúc họ đưa khăn lạnh cho tôi, cái khăn thật sự bốc mùi. Phòng khá đẹp dù nhỏ nhưng không có bồn tắm làm tôi hơi thất vọng, buffet sáng ngon, nhưng ít món, 2 món nóng, 3 hay 4 loại bánh mì, salad và 3 loai trái cây, nước uống và đồ ngọt, còn lại là 9-12 món order. Tôi thích cách nói chuyện của các nhân viên và phục vụ viên, không siểm nịnh mà lịch sự, chu đáo. Nói chung tôi thấy khách sạn khá tốt nhưng giá hơi cao so với tiện nghi tôi nhận được Xem tiếp

Đây là lần ở đầu tiên biết đến khách sạn qua hệ thống đặt phòng của Agoda nhưng qua 2 đêm ở tại khách sạn, tôi rất hài lòng vì địa điểm tốt, rất thuận lợi để thưởng thức nhiều loại món ăn đặc sản Hà nội. Nhân viên rất niềm nở, chu đáo. Tôi đặt phòng Superior nhưng được nâng cấp lên phòng Deluxe thoải mái hơn. Lần sau khi có dịp đi thăm Hà Nội, chắc chắn tôi sẽ trở lại khách sạn Hanoi Happy này. The location of the hotel is fantastic, within the old quarters area but not in a location where u can hear the heavy traffic. The staff of the hotel is attentive and ever ready to help. Kudos to the front desk manager Se ( not sure whether that’s the right spelling) nickname Superman who help us in all of enquiries. Attention to details and a staff that was very good in following up, this is a place I would return to in a heartbeat. All the staff from the front desk, bell services and even the restaurant seem to take interest in the customer. Centrally located in Hanoi, only two blocks away from the landmark lake, it's close to everything. Welcome drink to three sets of shampoo, soaps, conditioner, etc make for a special stay. Even had a small jar of cookies, ginger and dried plum for consumption in the room. We had three adults in a room which is hard to arrange (family) but the two double beds worked. My only choice in Hanoi. Staffs are extremely friendly and they always make me feel like home. Remember small details about guests is 1 of their greatest point. Location is good, near Hoan Kiem Lake and some nice restaurants. Xem tiếp

I will definitely recommend to E Central Hanoi to my friends if they are going Hanoi! the location is great! its located in the old quarters and its just a 5mins walk to the lake and a 10mins walk to the night market! In addition, the staff speaks great english and always go an extra mile to help us. For instance, they helped me liaise with the tour agency when I pre-booked to Halong Bay. Not only that, they even helped us to buy takeaway for a crab-broth noodle for us to eat inside the hotel as we are rushing for time! All i found during my stay at E Central Hotel was a good memory. Staff welcome us warmly, offered some welcome drink, and even managed to inform some places to visit around old quarter. We planned to watch the puppet show, and the staff offered us to help buying the tickets so we could save some time for visiting other places instead of lining up to purchase it (and the price as they offered was equal). Location is just less than 5 minutes walk to the hoa kiem lake. Room was okay, not state to the art but everything was functioning well (wifii, flat tv, and even there was a laptop for browsing). Grab taxi drivers could also find the hotel easily ! This property is highly recommended for you who'll visit Hanoi and expect to stay in a perfect location, convenient property, and warm ppl around you. Xem tiếp

Booked our stay here and transfer without hassle. When we arrived, the driver was very helpful and speak english well. Eventhough we arrived at the hotel by 1:30 am already, there are staff to greet us and assisted us. The hotel has a good ambience. We were welcomed with towel and drinks. And the room has complete toiletries and towels, with free fruits, coffee/tea, biscuits and candies and it is being replenished everyday. Included in the booking is free buffet breakfast. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. During our check out, they even offer to open a vacant room for us to shower after a full day tour! Did I say that the location is perfect as it is near hoan kiem and hanoi market? Check it out for yourself. Currently enjoying ourselves with the dinner they had provided as complimentary as well since our trip was 1am in the morning. ☺️👍🏻👍🏻 Xem tiếp

Spent three nights at E Central. Great location on the fringe of the Old Quarter( less traffic to deal with) with easy access to the major sites. Nice sized room with a very comfortable bed and decent sized bathroom. I felt the room was quiet and didn't get much street noise, which is a plus in Hanoi. Very good breakfast at the restaurant downstairs plenty of choices freshly made. I can't say enough good things about the staff. Seriously they are great. I was ill one day and they looked after me so well, even escorted me to the local pharmacy. I would stay here again and again and again. The staff here are tremendous!!! While it's not a five star luxury property, the staff put forth a five star effort. Xem tiếp

The staff are attentive and caring. There is a warm atmosphere in the hotel that greets you and lingers throughout your stay. I had initially booked only 2 days， but extended my stay twice because I did not want to leave. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were by far the nicest and friendliest we met during 3 weeks of travelling in Vietnam. The hotel manager was such a nice guy and the front desk manager really went out of her way to help us with breakfast as we're vegan. She went to a shop to buy peanut butter for us as she was worried we didn't eat enough (fruit). Recommended. Xem tiếp

I was pleasantly surprised to find such a high quality of service at Hanoi E Central Hotel. The location was excellent - just 5 minutes walk from the airport bus drop off and 5 minutes to Hoan Kiem Lake and the 36 Streets of the Old Quarter. Lots of interesting cafes around the hotel too. The hotel helped to store my luggage which I went for day trips to Halong Bay and Sapa. I was very grateful when they offered me their spa room to shower and complimentary breakfast when I came back to the hotel at 5.30am to wait for my transfer at 7.30am. The staff also took the initiative to call the tour company to confirm what time they will be arriving at the hotel. I also liked that they took effort to remember the guests' names and chatted with all of them. Special mention to Thuc the GM, Thao and Cuong Nguyeun for making my stay memorable and fuss-free. Worthy of a 5-star hotel. Try their spa just few doors away, it's rated as the best in Hanoi in Tripadvisor. You get 25% to 40% off for off-peak hours or bookings longer than 2 hours. Xem tiếp
