Staffs are friendly and helpful. Also Breakfast is good specially their coffee., Though as a filipino who is a rice eater.. They do not have rice or not available so yeah. :D Location is very good :D Xem tiếp

I arrived in hanoi before midnight. Lucky the bus from Sapa stopped at the place 3 mins walking from this hotel. I like the clean room and small kebab stand near hotel which open till midnight. Price is fare. If you arrive in Hanoi midnight and need a place to sleep, highly recommended. Xem tiếp

I had a private room and it was pretty nice. Though the room was small; it was still pretty nice and comfortable. A small list to choose from for breakfast servings but still pretty good. The price was not bad either. The location was great and was central to all of the good activities (restaurants, museum, shopping). In essence anything the heart desires. Finally; i can not complete this review without mentioning the employees: they are awesome in all respects! All-in-all this is a quality location. Xem tiếp

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very friendly and willing to help or answer any questions we had. The included breakfast was pretty good as well. I felt safe and the rooms were clean. My only complaint was the room felt very damp all the time. I'm not sure if it was from the weather or lack of vents in the bathroom but it was a little uncomfortable. Stayed a short time here, we did book a hotel we had used in Hanoi before but when we got there they moved us here, not a good move. This hotel was okay but the hotel we booked originally was much better. We didn't use the room much as there is so much to do in Hanoi. Okay for the money. Xem tiếp

I often come to Hanoi for my business and traveling and have stayed in some hotels but this can be said the best one so far compare to money I paid (US$ 20). They sent a car for pick up from the airport (US$ 16), warmly welcome and check in a very nice, clean and comfortable room. They also booked me a trip to Halong Bay for 2 days/ 1 night. I found out the price they offered is the cheapest one compare to others. It is very good junk, food, staffs are so friendly. I highly recommend this hotel if can accept from US$ 20 to 40 per night. located on hang bac the busiest street in hoan kiem district meant the noise levels in the front were high. they also parked there motorbikes in the lobby at night with someone sleeping in the lobby most nights making it hard to get out early in the morning. the breakfast was of low standard with no choice offered guests Xem tiếp
