Location is good, just can walk by to the Old Quarter area. Just a red cloth and blanket is not very clean. It’s have a mole on it. Breakfast is simple and not much choice. Staff is kind, nice and friendly. Room have no coffee facility, kettle and hair dryer. Everything is ok, it’s just as worth as what you pay Xem tiếp

The staff is very friendly, there's a breakfast included, I'm a vegan so I could only eat the fruits and sweet potatoes or maize, there are fresh juices, coffee tea. Fine. The room had no window, which should be specified when you book it. Maybe it wasn't a bad thing after all, the room was quiet. The fan in the room didn't work, that means that it's humid if you don't use the air con, the inside of the furnitures was totally mouldy, I cleaned that by myself. The sheets and towels are being changed every day, the room cleaned every day but again due to the humidity, there's a bit of mould here and there in the tiny bathroom. There's a major problem with the toilet. When someone from another floor flushes, due to the change of pressure, some water comes out of the toilet bowl !!! Horrible. As too often, the room looks fine on the picture and the reality is different. Xem tiếp

The room is quite small and basic but clean and comfortable. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is good, it's at the centre of Old Quarter, near the shops and restaurants. We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast though. Xem tiếp

Situation immediately adjacent to Gate entry to Old Quarter so is easy to find and adjacent to local restaurants, shopping, and various markets. All staff very helpful and pleasant, under very good daily management. Room cleaning ladies very pleasant and punctual on a daily basis. Easy walk through interesting street activity to the central lake. Will definitely stay here again on next trip, as long as pricing stays competitive. Xem tiếp

After a reasonably good first experience with Daisy, my second was a total disaster. I booked and PREPAID three nights and clearly gave them my expected arrival time (between 10 and 11 pm). When I arrived just before 10, the room for which I paid was already given to someone else. They put me in another hotel in an ugly, smelly room with a window facing a nearby wall and without breakfast. This totally wasted my first night. When I was finally allowed in MY room the damage was done, the stay was totally ruined for me. I know this also happens in other hotels but it should not be legal to sell the same room twice. These greedy practices deserve the lowest possible rating. Anyway, to make things worse, they “upgraded” me which was in fact a downgrade. The room that I originally booked, had a balcony. The “upgraded” room didn't have one. There was no compensation whatsoever... Xem tiếp

Right in the hustle and bustle of Hanoi's old town, near tons of restaurants, pub, cafes, markets and historic sites. The room is simple and has a nice balcony. You get some basic toiletries but complimentary drinking water is not provided. Breakfast is OK, nothing to write home about. We booked here because the price was right and the location had a very high average rating, but we did not think the location was good. There were women selling raw fish and meat right across the street which smelt terrible. Right next door is a hostel that does a pub crawl every night and we would be woken up by the loud backpackers every night leaving for their pub crawl at 12:30. The beds were very uncomfortable. The bathroom was small and the shower got water all over the floor. There were 3 of us in the room and they only gave us two towels and they acted annoyed when we asked for more. The breakfast is alright. If you spent just a couple more dollars a night you could get a way nicer hotel in a more central location. Xem tiếp

Stay for one night before heading to the bus station. Check in was easy and the staff was helpful. Helped to arrange for Grab car to the bus station. Welcome drink of coffee or teat was refreshing after my flight. Location is good. Lots of choice of food around. Hotel is a short way off the main road, maybe helps a little with the constant honking. Rooms are clean and comfortable. A great place to rest for a night. Xem tiếp

I really liked it here. Comfy bed in a very clean room. Wifi was also stable and fast. Extremely friendly people working here. There are some bad reviews on some booking portals, but they are from the time before the renovation. Now everything is really new and clean.
