Right in the centre of action which might be not what you like as it could be a bit loud during the night. Luckily some rooms have window to the back of the building. Breakfast is chosen from menu, all options are very tasty. There is a booking office for train tickets and tours in the hotel, staff is friendly and helpful. Would stay again. Xem tiếp

Location is great if you want to be in the old quarter but out of the middle of the action, therefore more quiet.-Great staff, helpfull and friendly :) - great breakfast included- last night we were relocated in other hotel due to a night out for a tour and got an upgrade to a huge suit, 2xkings size + great balcony!!🤙🤙 Xem tiếp

This place was lovely! I had the room on the very top floor with a balcony that has a really nice view of the area. It’s stairs all the way up but it was worth it. They also provide complimentary snacks/water etc. Its also very close to everything in Old Quarter but in a somewhat quieter street so that it was not hard to sleep at night. The staff were all so lovely and helpful as well, I felt terrible for the guy who insisted on carrying my heavy bag all the way up to the top floor. The only downside was the restaurant area was a little small and uninviting, but other than that it was a great stay! Xem tiếp

I totally enjoyed my 2 stays at this hotel. Despite the hotel listing themselves as 1 Star, it is easily 3 Star any day of the week. The staff are hugely helpful and friendly, and can't do enough to help you. The rooms beautifully well kept and spotless. The bathroom is perfect- basically i couldn't fault the place at all. The stay in this hotel was made very special by Miss Dung (pronounced zoom). She treated us like family and was very caring. She booked all of our tours, and helped to plan all of our outings with friends. We will definitely stay at this hotel on our next visit. For the price, this is a great deal! . Xem tiếp

Everything about this hostel is fantastic! Best accommodation so far in my last 7 weeks travelling through SE Asia. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room comfort is beyond my expectation, perfect for couples. Location is not that far from the main attraction point, its quite during the night. Morning Breakfast is very nice! I 100% guarantee it will not disappointed you with this value! Xem tiếp

We stayed at this hostel for four nights and our stay here was fantastic! Both day and night receptionists (Khanh and Thi) were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They helped us organise Sapa trekking, Halong Bay Cruise and the night train to Hue and allowed us to shift our prepaid nights around to fit with the tours. All staff was friendly and always had a smile on their face. The rooms were modern and clean and came with TV (including English movie channels), good WiFi, minibar, big comfortable bed and wardrobe. Room service happened daily. Also included was daily breakfast with several choices from Western to Vietnamese - I loved the banana pancakes! As the hostel is in a narrow house there are only two rooms per floor, so you might end up on a high floor (up to 6) and have to climb up the stairs - which we didn't mind. Street noise was a bit annoying in the morning, might be better on the other side. Xem tiếp
