Địa điểm gần nhà thờ lớn , xung quanh có nhiều thức ăn và gần các địa điểm ăn uống nổi tiếng.Tuy nhiên con đường quá nhỏ xe hơi không vào được, phải kéo hành lý một đoạn để ra ngoài đường lớn.Phòng deluxe giường king nhưng chỉ có 1 đôi dép , áo choàng cũng chỉ 1 cái có đai áo.Khách sạn như 1 căn nhà phố bình thường cải tạo thành khách sạn, Xem tiếp

we do have a horrible experiences during our stay. We stay in room 302, room with window. some1 trying to broke in to our room in the middle of the night @ 5am, i heard some continuous sounds of the windows opening, because the window is very tight, the thief consistently attempted to open and stop for awhile to examine and ensure the sound does not awaken us. i first thought that was a dream but then when i wake my partner up & we both has confirmed & agreed there's really somebody opening the window, we first turn on the light to frightened away the theft, luckily i heard footstep on the rooftop a sign that the thief seems to gave up and leave, we quickly call reception and seek help, when the male attendant come up he went to the window and pull of the curtain, we were all shock that the windows has alr been open wide enough for a person size to sneak in. I couldn't imagine what would happen if i didnt realise or heard any sounds of sign that somebody broke in what will happen next Xem tiếp

Situated right next to the St. Joseph Cathedral in between the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem district (within 5 minutes from the Hoan Kiem Lake), the staff makes this place enjoyable. They always have smiles on their faces and curious how your day is/was. Since this is so close to the Cathedral, you'll hear some of the bells in the morning. For a tradeoff, there's a rooftop bar across the street for an amazing view of the cathedral itself (photos on instagram @roland_around). I enjoyed my stay so much I came back another time when I needed another place to sleep. Xem tiếp

We stayed at Ha Noi Crystal Pearl in the heart of Ha Noi’s old quarter located on a narrow, electric but quiet street, close to everything. Staff was great, spoke good English and were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. Lacking a little in closet space but expected for such a small boutique hotel. we arrived at the hotel in the morning, the staff refused our request to check in, even there were empty room available. I got 3 bites on my face from mosquitos during one night stay. the worst was that I saw a spit hint(someone did that, and staff didn't clean it) on the window of our room, which was really gross. I have been in Hanoi annually, been stayed in 3 previous hotel around Old quarters. They all have some setbacks that made me keep looking for new hotels. Finally, I found this hotel. Location is great, as we usually walk, even for using taxi, a few steps from main streets are no problem. Our room was brand new, comfortable, clean bed, linen. The location is good with shops & restaurants around it. It is just 2 mins walk from St. Joseph's Cathedral & Pho 10. The standard room is spacious & clean; its breakfast is great, besides the food on the buffet table, you can also choose from their a la carte menu. we stayed in Hanoi for 4 nights, this hotel is the best one during our trip. We had triple balcony room, it was spacious and clean. The bathroom is big, and we can view the street from our balcony. The location is fanatic, walkable distance to the cathedral, and we can enjoy good massage and hair salon nearby. Xem tiếp

Strategic @Old Quarter. Charlie, Anna and the rest of the staff were warm & helpful. Assisted in making calls to our airport & train transfers. We stayed a night before and after our Sapa trip. Some rooms had WiFi connection problem. Buffet breakfast was simple but you can order from the menu (inclusive). Room rate is fair. A good experience overall Xem tiếp

We stay 2 nights here, the hotel is very new and clean. Simple breakfast. They served welcome drink when we reached. Wifi not very stable inside our room sometimes unable to connect. Staff Ms Anna (Maruko Chan) a young sweet girl was very friendly and helpful, she helped us booked a facial treatment Spa near the walking street. She arranged someone from the Spa to pick us up at the place we alight and ensure that we got to the correct place. I will stay here again if I am back to Hanoi. Xem tiếp

We really impressed with interior design of the room. It looks neat and tidy and also a bit like English style. The hotel location is strategic and convenient. You may found a few bars, eateries place and spa on the same road. Staff is very polite and helpful. Would recommend people to stay here. Xem tiếp

The hotel was only opened in August 2018, hence is fairly modern. Rose was very helpful at the start after my booking in answering my queries and helping me with my day trips out of Hanoi. Really appreciate her help on this. Breakfast was also very good and the staff members were friendly. However, the reason why I only gave 4 stars for its facilities was because I did not have a good sleep for both nights: 1) the pillow was way too big and tall and it was very difficult to fall asleep. 2) the toilet had blinds where lights can seep through so it was still very bright at night. 3) the fridge made constant noises throughout the night. boutique hotel is Ok, but don't expect anything fancy. the hotel is super small but the room was rather spacious and clean. staff was nice. we were in Hanoi for a wedding, and came back at 4 am, the staff was there (luckily) to open the door! i don't even know if they serve breakfast, but great Pho (of course!) 2 min walk. Staff speaks good English so easy to communicate. She knew that this was our first time to Hanoi, so she recommended places and restaurants for us to visit. The room was clean and tidy. Hotel is close to different tourist spots. Hotel can help arrange airport pick up as well. Nice hotel!! Xem tiếp

Pro: the rooms are really nice, modern looking and clean, just like on the photos. Good size as well for Hanoi. The staff was helpful. Con: the balcony was very narrow, just enough for someone to stand. The breakfast buffet was a bit limited, but there is an option to order western and Vietnamese items as well. Also, it’s very close to a church, and I could hear the bells from the room (luckily they stopped for a few hours at night) Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again!!
