Located strategically in Hanoi Old Quarter, walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The guy at front desk (Mr. Lee) even went further in helping us contacting local airlines for our problem. The hotel's recommended HaLong Bay Tour also very worth it. Located at the heart of night life and a street full of vietnamese coffee houses, you will never get bored here! It is located off in an alley so you won't hear the partying souls, although we did hear some construction noises. Nevertheless we had no issues sleeping. Friendly staff that helps you every single step of your trip from helping you call the local tour guide (which were not associated with them), advice when travelling to sapa to free upgrades for 2 nights! They were helpful and friendly the second we step into their facility! Will stay with them again in the future Xem tiếp

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the best of Vietnam's hospitality. It's location also allows easy access to many tourist attractions. Room space limited but very good use of space, everything is there where you need it. Xem tiếp

Thanks to Mr Lee and Kai, who were absolutely hilarious and extremely friendly and helpful! The staff really made the trip amazing! They were ver accommodating and very helpful and really went the extra mile for us. Will definitely stay with them again! Xem tiếp

Hotel is very conveniently located, such that when I go for day tours, I'm always the first one to be dropped off. Staff is very friendly. When feeling bored, just drop by the lobby and have a chat with the staff (when there's no checking in). Being a small hotel makes them a warmer place, and staff actually remembers where you've been to. Xem tiếp

Staff spoke very good English. Although situated behind a small alley, hotel was very clean and pretty as shown in their pictures. It is conveniently located within the heart of Old District. Most memorable was the services of the front desk staff. They are always ready to help or to give me some recommendations. As I'm leaving for Sapa in the night, they even provided me a towel for a quick shower when I return from a city tour in the evening after having checked out. Xem tiếp

It was great for the value and very near the Hanoi old quarter. Our room was great with a balcony view. Staff was very helpful and nice. Let us store our luggage while we traverse through Trang An for a few days. Thank you. Xem tiếp

They actually had to transfer me to their sister hotel, Viola Royal Hotel and Spa, where the buffet breakfast would be because of overbooking that day. However, it was right around the corner and they escorted me there and made sure there wasn't any hidden or extra cost and that I had no problems checking in. The breakfast also amazing. There was a variety in the spread and the omelet counter was good too. Thank you! I really enjoyed my weekend stay! Xem tiếp

The hotel though situated in an alley, it is not difficult to find. It also has an associate tour company where you can book tour through them. Breakfast is at the other hotel building nearby which is under the same hotel management. Staff are helpful and polite Xem tiếp

The staff is the plus point for the stay here. The initial room I was given doesn’t match what the booking - city view. I checked and they gave a free upgrade to a bigger room which i am thankful. The room had mosquitoes which I killed a few. Overall still ok since most of the hotel will put ‘city view’ even though u see only the back alley. Xem tiếp

The staff was very helpful, from showing you places to go , motorcycle rental , to recommend must try restaurants . Breakfast was ok, few options eggs or pho . The hotel was a bit hard to find, however this is the case with other hotels in the old quarter. Being in the old quarter there are lots of attractions within a few minutes walk. The rooms are really nice, cleaned daily. The breakfast is great. But, the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Especially Lee on reception and the waiter at breakfast. The hotel owner even walked me to my taxi, as he was in reception as I was leaving. Xem tiếp

Arriving in Hanoi, unfortunately I suffered a sprained ankle. Mr Lee came to get me on a scooter as the taxi could not pull up right outside the hotel. Lee could not have been more helpful, even going to the chemist for me! 5 star ++ personal and welcoming service. Xem tiếp

Deluxe room is real small. Should only fitting uk 4 and still finding the room is packed and stuffy. So, go for the big room! Air conditioning is not well functioning. The staffs are friendly and really helpful. Great location but you may having a little hard time to find the hotel as it is located in the alley. Xem tiếp
