The hotel is located near the green lake and cathedral. Hot shower is working. Wifi is fast. They have buffet breakfast (rice/breads/fruits/soup/hot dogs/fruit juices). I didn't have any problems during my stay! Definitely coming back! Thank you! Xem tiếp

The location is good but i love their service which provide very useful information to those first time to Hanoi. The option of breakfast is less but all are delicious, our family members love it. Highly recommended for this hotel. Xem tiếp

Our receptionist, kelly, was very sweet and helpful. When we arrived, we were unsure whether our halong bay cruise company will come and pick us up. She helped us make countless calls to make sure that they were coming and ensured us that if they didnt come she would help to arrange alternative transport. She was very detailed and helpful in making recommendationsto us and giving directions around the city as well. The room itself was spacious and lovely and the bathroom clean. Our stay was really comfortable. Breakfast was great. The had a buffet spread (a bit limited in variety) and they had a menu (no additional charges) and i ordered french crepes with fruit on the menu ( i would recommend this!). The pho was alright, nothing special. I stayed in 3 hotels during my stay in hanoi and feel that hanoi chic's location is the best. Tip: pick one near hoan kiem lake for easy access to everything. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Cheap laundry service ($2/kg). Spacious and bright room with two windows. The hotel is just within walking distance of the lake, Hang Non with many handmade fashion stores and Hang Gai where I could drink the famous Vietnamese egg coffee. However, there were not many choices for breakfast, although restaurant staffs were very caring and useful. The room I stayed had low brightness, so it was quite difficult to read books at night. Only recently stayed at Hanoi Posh Hotel I was given a triple room although I booked a superior double. Room was clean and of good size with working A/C and cable Tv. The only thing I could fault was a cold shower. I was informed after one nights stay that electricity issues on my floor and myself and a large tour group had to leave to their sister hotel "Old Centre Hotel". I was skeptical at first but the old centre was in a better location, much quieter a nice rooms too. The staff and service was brilliant throughout my stay. Xem tiếp

i booked the hotel only one night before i arrive in hanoi so the manager hasn't update it to their database. but the problem is solved, even better, they upgraded my room. room is very clean and all the thing i need are provided. breakfast is also great as i can choose from a lot of available option. the best thing is their hospitality. all staffs are very polity and willing to help you in any kind. they even help me to book a taxi and how to avoid taxi scam. last but not least, the location is perfect! booked a standard twin room with an extra bed and was given a triple room which was fairly decent in size. hotel was in a very good location about 5 minutes from the lake although navigating the streets can be abit of a daze. we had to leave early for the airport in the morning which was outside the breakfast hours and the receptionist offered to pack the breakfast for us to take away. upon arrival at the hotel the staff offered us ginger tea which was really nice. breakfast was ordered off the menu and there was a selection of unlimited fruits and bread to choose from. our standard twin room had a double and single bed and was very spacious which was fantastic. Xem tiếp

I booked this family-run hotel just because I loved the name. It turned out to be recently refurbished and fantastic value. The in-room wifi signal was not so strong on my phone so they gave me a laptop for my stay which worked fine. They booked my train travel to China and escorted me to the station. When I arrived back from travelling at ungodly hours the night staff were welcoming (if rather groggy). And I got my big old room back with no early check-in charge. The only grumble I could mention is that there was no natural light from the room window. I never like that but given the "tube" architecture of Hanoi Old Quarter it's pretty much unavoidable unless you stay somewhere really posh. Xem tiếp

Our room was amazing, the staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful - big smiles and a "Hello" every time they saw you. The hotel is very centrally located near the lake and close to everything you would want to se and do in the old quarter. Xem tiếp

Daily breakfast menu could have been more varied. Generous sized Room, mattress a bit hard. It seems that way in every hotel we were in Vietnam. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable enough to explain the variety of package tours to Halong Bay. Xem tiếp

I stay in this hotel on each of my business trip to Hanoi. I could stay in a five star but find this hotel has what i'm looking for, ie excellent breakfast, friendly staff, clean room, central location to business and recreational activities with some of the best shopping right outside the front door. we arrived at 6am well ahead of our check in time intending to ask if we could leave suitcases and come back later but the receptionist immediately offered us a spare room to relax, take a shower and use until our official check in time, free of charge. a great start and a very positive feeling about the place which didn't change over our 4 night stay. every member of staff was friendly and efficient and i would recommend the hotel if you're looking for a local feel and comfort. I have travelled to Vietnam four or five times in the last three years and stayed in a range of accommodation from two star to five star ratings but during my most recent trip I decided on the Posh Hotel chiefly because of its location. I am so glad I did. The original reason I chose the Posh was validated the moment their driver, after meeting me at the airport, pulled up at the hotel. This place is slap bang in the middle of the fascinating colour, movement and humanity that is the Old Quarter of Hanoi! Value for money? This is usually my next criteria to consider. I don’t mind paying extra for some of the luxuries that come with a 4 star, or more, hotel but I am not a fool (maybe my wife would disagree with this last statement!). So why spend more? I paid $25 per night for a large, well appointed and spotless room with all the extras.I would go as far to say that when the extras are added to the exemplary service I received from the staff at the Posh, I considered it very quickly to be a home away from home. I don’t use the expression lightly and have stayed in many hotels where I have been treated like a cash cow with bloated teats. At the Posh it is very different! These people are, like most Vietnamese I have encountered in my travels, so genuinely polite and caring and go out of their way to help the weary or culture-shocked traveller adapt. For a travel-hardened and sceptical traveller it can take some time to lower your guard and accept the management and staff at this hotel for what they are-genuine and generous hosts. They helped me out of one particularly tight spot I encountered with a visa problem. They also organised my forward trip into China with a minimum of fuss and a considerable saving on the best price I was able to find myself over the internet. So for me- The Posh is now my number one choice and first port of call when I next visit this wonderful city! Xem tiếp
