The best things about this hotel are definitely the location and the staff. Since it's located right in the Old Quarter, you'll hear the noises from the street in the morning and late at night, but nothing too crazy. On the flip side, it's so easy to walk anywhere. The staff always made us feel welcome and they were ready to help. The room was what you'd expect from a standard hotel - the toiletries, hot water and everything is there, but the inside of the hotel doesn't look put-together. The floor in some parts of the hotel are just wooden boards, and the bathroom walls are just glass panels. It's clear that the owners had built the hotel on what is a very small piece of land, and tried maybe a little too hard to make it work/carve out as many rooms as they could. Xem tiếp

The service was really incredible and the location is great. You can walk to and from many places central to Hanoi center. I would stay there again. The only negative would be the room for breakfast and timing. Most people leave for tours early (between 7 and 7:30 am) but the kitchen doesn't open until 7:00 am. There was a people jam a few times. This is an elegant hotel that make my trip more pleasure & convenience by staying at Hanoi Chic. Cleanliness and all facilities that required are all set in room. Especially elevators! Selections of breakfast are served. Hotels staff also very nice & helpful information. Included a very convenient location help us make an easily decision for staying here for the next visit. This hotel looks elegant, with the bed also very big and comfortable! The bathroom comes with massage shower head though it is not very strong. I love the room very much! Second i love is the breakfast. It has a lot of varieties, besides the normal vietnam hotel's breakfast, we can have pancake, french toast, sandwich, and beef/chicken noodles upon order. There is yogurt, passion fruit, cakes n etc. I love it! Xem tiếp

We had a lovely balcony which overlooked the street, great for people watching. The staff are very kind and helpful. Amazing value for money. Nice to be able to get a fresh omelette at breakfast. Cafe with great coffee next door if you are fussy like we are. 10 min walk to the lake. 5 min walk to Beer Street. 10 mins to Hanoi Train Street. Rose petals on our bed when we got there. Wonderful shower and lovely bed. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Xem tiếp

Nice little hotel in the Old Town of Hanoi. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. They can organise any kind of excursion for you. They allowed us to stay longer in the hotel room to have a shower before going to the train and even accompanied us to the train station. Highly recommended! Xem tiếp

It was great! Paid extra for room with balcony i wasn’t in the room as much as I thought because it was so convenient and there was so much to explore but I am glad I had it but maybe wouldn’t pay more again. It was the best location the beds were comfortable and great by SEA standards. Seriously you can walk EVERYWHERE from here. Breakfast was limited but still good! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Photos online are really nice.. But we were welcomed by two tired men wearing casual clothes. No lady in AoDai like on the hotel photos. Rooms were just OK. for the price paid, I expected better. Stayed in cheaper hotels in old quarter of HaNoi before that were much better... Breakfast was a total let down. There was no "disaster" but we wont be back as Hanoi has much better hotels in that price range. Xem tiếp

Nothing negative to say. Friendly, attentive and very helpful staff always available if you need something. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished and are good value for money. We arrived at the wrong Chic Hotel but were directed to the other location via friendly staff and their map. When we arrived the hotel staff was smiling and very chatty. We were then taken to our room, only to discover there was someone still inside. The porter then took us down to the lobby and upgraded our room. The room was excellent, but the bathroom needs an upgrade. While showering the water spilled out of the bathtub and all over the floor. The room was facing the road, but it was still of average sound. The road isn’t a busy through way. There are also excellent coffee and local food shops around. We easily walked to St Joseph’s Cathedral and the Lake in the Old District. We would stay again. Xem tiếp

Excellent shower, really comfortable beds, kettle in room. Staff speak excellent English and are very friendly. Great breakfast with both a buffet and a la carte menu. Good, stable Wi-Fi. The hotel is in the Old Quarter, within easy walking distance of main attractions, including Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum and Hoan Kiem lake. There’s a Circle K convenience store just down the road. Really lovely place. Clean, bright and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Sorted our train tickets for us and got a better deal than booking on line. We were also escorted by the porter (he was on a motorbike and we were in a taxi) and he made sure we were on the right train and the right carriage. Breakfast was amazing. So much food and all really tasty. I would recommend this place to any traveller - holiday or business. Xem tiếp

I had a fantastic time. My first visit to Vietnam and I was very impressed with the customer service, the cleanliness of room and delicious food, with huge variety in the breakfast menu.The staff were very helpful in organising an overnight trip in Halong bay for me.
