Nice large rooms, clean bathrooms, good vibe. Commons area downstairs with free breakfast and evening beers everyday. Not a party hostel but socializing is easy and relaxed. Close to food and all the good sights. Easy walk from Train station. Hostel offers tours and bundle deals which make it easy to save time and get a lot done. Large lockers under bed (multiple bags can be stored, I even fit in there haha) and room locks too. Safe and clean and great price! 3% added if you pay credit card at the foreign property, but we payed through Agoda ahead of time so no problem Xem tiếp

The hostel is nice, clean and comfortable. They offer free beer for an hr a day , it helps connect with the guests. They are also a tour desk and it’s convenient to book with them. Helped me get to ninh binh and the bus picked me up right in front Xem tiếp

Location was good. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Booked our tour to Halong Bay and Cat Ba. Also our bus ticket to Ninh Binh. Hostel was very clean! Great breakfast included + free beer everyday for happy hour during evenings. VERY comfortable beds and pillows. Would highly recommend staying here. Best price and value. Absolutely no complaints!! Even it is cheap and the breakfast is okay, I wouldn't go there again. The bed is horrible. It has something like a hole in the middle and when you lay down you cannot move anymore and the the whole mattress is covered in something like plastic and you will sweat a lot. For the breakfast you can choose between two soups, toast, cereals and different drinks. But you will get only a small glass of juice or just one cup of coffee or tea. You also get a three preaches of fruit (watermelon, passion fruit and bananas). The second or third day I saw they offer a welcoming drink but I haven't received one. They also didn't inform me about the free beer. Some of the employees speak good English but others you just can't unterstand. Some of them also seem very harsh. In some other reviews I saw they selling overpriced trips. I went to several agencies and all but one have higher prices. If I didn't find that one, I would have bought the three day trip to Ha Long Bay through them. Xem tiếp

Located at a very convenient location at the heart of old district in Hanoi, the hostel is great for solo traveller or those in groups. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and also very helpful with any clarifications you might need or any special requests you might have. There is a hearty breakfast in the morning and the toiletries and linen provided is of respectable quality. The only issue is the lack of an elevator which might be a challenge for travellers with accessibility issues. Xem tiếp

This isn’t a happening hostel where you can expect to meet other travellers. It’s located in an alley, closed to the night market and other attractions. Clean space, great staff and good to sleep at. It’s quiet. Liked my stay because I spent just one night here Xem tiếp

We had multiple hostel booking in our Vietnam trip. We liked everything about this hostel except that they didn't have a locked locker in the rooms. If you are not carrying a lock and key yourself, then your things are actually not safe there. But apart from that, the staffs, the breakfast, the beer party in the evening everything was super cool. Bed Bug!!! 3) Bathroom worms kill, bloodshed, search the Internet Bad bug? 4) YES! bed bug!!! ㅠㅠ 5) After checking out, for the next 4days I'm confirmed that bore 41 bites 6)Seven days after check out, Im still have a pain & scar, and I'm applying cream. Listing title implied a private room when it was basically a dorm, so I guess I paid 200k extra/nt for a slightly softer, larger bed. Staff indifferent when I raised the issue. A bit pushy on the tour sales. Open shower in shared bathroom ensures the floor is always muddy and the toilet seat always wet. Otherwise clean. The night I stayed we had a bad rainstorm and it leaked in our room, all over one of the beds and the floor was a mess. Things happen but made us all a little nervous we would get soaked in the middle of the night. The bed had curtains although if you are on the bottom bunk, the curtains don't go to the top so you can see right in your bed. There is a big locker space under bed. The bathrooms were decent, two available for the floor. Breakfast was fine, typical menu options. They did offer a welcome drink when I arrived which was nice. Towel given too and in a good area.
