Our two-bedroom suite was extra large and had everything we needed: including a washer/dryer and a second bathroom. The rooms are exceptionally clean. We were greeted warmly by the staff & extended our stay here in Hanoi because of them & their excellent service! We had a delicious breakfast delivered to our room. The hotel is down a quiet alleyway but close to many of Hanoi’s attractions including Train Street, Hanoi Social Club & the “Hanoi Hilton.” We will be back! Xem tiếp

Let me start by saying the only reason this didn't get a complete five start is because there are no facilities and I didn't see why adding a star to that made sense. It's in a small street in Hanoi, in the old quarter, and it is a serviced apartment with great staff. But there is no gym, pool, restaurant or another kind of typical hotel amenity. If that is what you are looking for, look elsewhere. This is a serviced apartment with great staff, location, and access to all that Hanoi has to offer. Americans, but warned: this is not an American hotel with American stuff. But if you are looking for authenticity in a classy space, with great service, access to all the wonderful restaurants and bars that Hanoi has to offer, please book her. We had a wonderful stay at Hanoi Central Hotel And Residences. The room is spacious, clean and new. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. They made sure that we have everything we need to know before we leave the hotel for our tour. Breakfast is great. We love the food! We eat everything they have to offer. The location of the hotel is perfect, if you are looking to stay anywhere near the Old Quarters. Walking distance to anywhere in the Old Quarters yet "hidden" in a quiet lane with quirky modern looking shops - hence out of the hustle and bustle of Hanoi traffic and noise of the honks. Staff are helpful, especially Amanda and Tyson who speak good English. We stayed in the 2 rooms unit and it's so spacious with kitchen, dining table and washer (with dryer) - much better than paying the same amount in a upper scale hotel where you only just get a room with a bed. Given that it has only been open for 8 months, hope that the management can keep the property in the same condition for a long time! Overall, very satisfied stay. Xem tiếp

Loved our stay here. Staff went out of their way to help us with all our little requests. Rooms are big and spacious and had all the amenities we needed to have a restful evening between our trip to Sapa and then onto Ha Long Bay. Lovely breakfast served in room 😊 Xem tiếp

It's a new hotel which has a great position. I came to Hanoi for a business trip, and the staffs are very friendly and professional. All of the staffs are really good in English speaking, so there is no problem for the communication. There are some restaurants near the hotel, and a convenience store is just outside of the hotel. Really comfortable and very spacious apartments in a great quiet location - near the old town but out of the chaos . Apartments are equipped with everything you could want for a family holiday, and everything is new and clean and well kept. The staff are absolutely lovely. I would recommend this place to anyone. We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff is nothing short of amazing! They were always there to help out and gave us all relevant info for our stay. We had a 2 bedroom appartment on the 8th floor at the back and it was sooooo quiet that we had to take the batteries out of the clock as that ticking was the only noise we heard. We loved that the owners installed a washer/dryer and that all items were provided. The kitchen can use some additions but those are minor details. Glasses, corkscrew etc come to mind, but once again, minor details. The appartment was cleaned very well each day and breakfast was EXACTLY on time each day. We are very greatful to the staff for taking care of us when I got sick the last day. They have your best interest at heart! Location was perfect! Lots of shops, restaurants etc in the area and good pricing for tours should you be inclined to do so. All in all, warmly reccomended! Do not hesitate to book this property. Xem tiếp

長期滞在で7泊8日でした。 部屋はキッチン、ダイニング、ソファのあるリビングスペース、２つのベッドルームがある部屋のタイプ。シャワールームに湯舟があり、チェックイン時に「湯舟がある方が日本人にはいいでしょ？」と受付の方が言ってくれました。 毎日お部屋の掃除は入ってくれて、シーツの交換も毎回できるし、環境のために数日おきに換えてもらうことも可能（その場合は表示をシーツの上に置いておく） キッチンがあるので簡単なお料理もできますが、朝ご飯はホテルから出されるのでほとんど使いませんでした。近所で買ってきたフルーツや軽食（バインミーや揚げ餃子など）をお皿を出して盛り合わせ、包丁やカトラリーが使えるので便利。地元のスーパーでティバッグやインスタントコーヒーを買い、ケトルがあるのでお湯を沸かして、温かい飲み物も飲めたので、快適でした。 ホテルの１階にコンビニエンスストアがあるのも便利。 いつもシーツを美しくベッドを整えて下さるので気持ちよかったです。 洗濯機があったので、よく汗をかき着替えたので、これもかなり有難かったです。 朝ご飯は前日に選ぶことができて、サンドイッチ、トースト、卵料理、ジュース、コーヒー、紅茶、ベトナム料理など、とにかく種類が豊富でしたので楽しんで選べました。私たちは長い滞在でしたので、一日だけ通常メニューとは別のメニューで、より種類が多いベトナム料理を含むバージョンも提供してくれました。 外で食べるのと同じ位のレベルのお味で、フォーは毎朝食べるほどのお気に入りでした。 もしも今後日本からのお客様が増えるなら、日本語表記のメニューがあってもいいかもしれません。 スタッフの方々はとても愛想がよく、いろいろと観光のアドバイスをしてくれたり、一日を終えて帰ってくると、どうだったかと声をかけてくれたり、フレンドリーな印象でした。スタッフの中には日本語がわかる人もいるので、今後このホテルを使う方なら、日本語もOKです。 「タイソン」さんという男性スタッフが親切でした。安心して色々と話ができました。初日深夜の到着でしたが、気持ちよく出迎えて下さったのがよい思い出です。 もちろんその他のスタッフも皆さん笑顔が素敵でした。 とても楽しい滞在ができて、心から夫婦で喜んでいます。良き初めてのハノイ滞在となりました。 ありがとうございました。 Xem tiếp

晚上很安靜，房間很大，廚房、洗衣機、餐具都有，早餐會送來房間享用，員工很和善，幫我解決好多問題，來這邊有家的感覺。離36古街走路約10分鐘，教堂6分鐘，但邊走邊逛不會覺得遠，總之真的一定要來住這，不會後悔的 Xem tiếp
