Khách sạn ở trung tâm. Thuận tiện đi lại. Nhân viên nhiệt tình hướng dẫn, chia sẻ các thông tin bổ ích. Phòng hơi nhỏ nhưng đẹp và sạch. Ăn sáng ko đc ngon lắm. Giá tiền phòng so với chất lượng ok. Các bạn nên trải nghiệm ở đây. Mình sẽ quay lại đây nếu có dịp. Xem tiếp

Mình ở đây 1 đêm. Phòng rất rộng và thoải mái. Ngay trung tâm phố cổ. Chị lễ tân tên Phương nhiệt tình giúp đỡ mình rất nhiều, lấy đồ ăn và cho mình thuốc khi mình ốm. Chắc chắn lần sau sẽ quay lại đây ở. Xem tiếp

Staff was very friendly and approachable. We originally booked a twin room, but since the previous occupants of our room extended their stay, we were upgraded to a triple room. We had a last minute airport transfer arranged by their staff since it's already too late when we figured out that taxi's are a bit difficult to take from the airport. Breakfast was very good giving you a taste of their local cuisine. There are also lots of food stalls nearby. It is also just a walking distance to Hang Gai street where you can buy your souvenirs. Our stay could not be more perfect. The staff (especially Ocean) is very accomodating and assists us in anything we need. The room is spacious and clean, there is complimentary water as well. The hotel has a very good location - in the center of Old quarter near the shops! ❤️ There is also a coffee shop at the hotel and the coffee is so good. Pros - 1) dorm bed - curtains for privacy, sheets feel and smell clean; the bunk bed is also sturdy, so no problem for big people! 2) location: it's in the old quarter and you can walk to almost all sites in Hanoi. Great food places such as Pho Gia Truyen, Banh Mi 25, and Bun Bo Nam Bo are 2-5 min walk from the hostel. 3) cleanliness - every morning, staff cleans the room and bathroom. 4) staff - all the staff are friendly, nice and helpful; very grateful that they welcomed me even when i arrived very late at 2am. 5) breakfast - not only do they have a wide selection, but they taste great too :) Cons - I stayed in the mixed dorm room and there is only one bathroom for 6 people. Fortunately, not all beds were booked, so sharing the bathroom wasn't really a problem at that time. They do have a lobby, but it's not really a place to meet and socialize with other travellers. Pros - the staff is so friendly & helpful. They help us a lot during our stay. They make sure we are happy & eat breakfast. - room clean & big enough for three of us. - the location is strategic & walking distance to the night market & lake & main atrraction - nice egg coffee & i love the yogurt - good recommendation for halong bay tour. - breakfast also simple & delicious Cons - no lift. Before checking in, the staffs were friendly and they offered orange juice before you get into your room. The room were quiet and spacious! Really comfortable to be honest! bathroom was also clean and comfortable! Location wise it is near a few famous food stalls! Would highly recommend Xem tiếp

Breakfast are simple, toast bread and omelettes, milk and cereal, coffee and tea, and fruits. Their fruits are nice & sweet. The dining area is a bit dusty as they're still undergo some minor renovation, so bear with it. Overall experience is excellent. I cancelled my Halong Bay trip with another agent due to the Mangkhut Typhoon, so I managed to book Ninh Binh & City Tour trip via my Hotel Travel Staff. They are very knowledgable and able to suggest you where to go based on your days of stay. So basically you can go to Hanoi unplanned, let them do for you :) Xem tiếp

We travel to vietnam for 4 days, with least idea on how to travel from one tourist spot to the other. The hotel help to book for us tours with our preferences. The staff were so friendly and enthusiastic to offer their help in every way. Money paid was worth it. Though need to improve in cleanliness part. Suggest as well if they could provide kettles and cups for coffee lovers . Best part was the hotel management was so flexible with our check in and check out times. Xem tiếp

The staff at Hanoi Buddy and Inn we’re over the top with their service! They helped us with all of our bookings for tours, taxis and trains. Very clean and comfy rooms! I would highly recommend this place to anyone making either a short or longer term stop in Hanoi! Xem tiếp

This Hotel is good for the price. -The staffs there are incredibly friendly, kind and helpful! The staffs will always try to help arrange whatever requests you have. (Airport Transfer and Directions to tourist attractions). There's a cafe owned by the Hotel where you can sit there and relax. -The rooms are comfy enough to stay in for the night, It's not SUPER comfy or anything. It's just OK. -The bathroom though, is a bit old, It's very hard to close and lock the door when you have to use the bathroom, the best you can do is push the door in and hope it wont open. The temperature of the shower is hard to control, it is either very hot or very cold, there is no in between. Also, I found a small cockroach one time in the bathroom in the middle of the night, so yeah. It's what you expect to find in a bathroom i guess. -The included breakfast every morning is... great! I loved it, they serve toast/bread with egg (all kinds) or butter and jam, they also serve pancakes and Pho. Xem tiếp

Well located accommodation which had an ATM right next door and a cafe on site. Breakfast was very good especially the omelet. Once we were given the room we had booked the accommodation was good but this only came after I challenged the room we were provided. Staff initially gave us a triple dorm room, we had booked a room with a balcony and the difference between the two was significant. Felt like they were just trying it on giving us a cheaper room. Friendly welcome, offered to help with tours but not pushy at all, clean and big room (double room), little coffee bar at the entrance, a bit noisy up to 22/23h due to echoes in the hallway. No problem during sleep however. Right in the busy city center. Xem tiếp

It is so far the best place I've stayed in Hanoi. The triple room with a balcony we stayed was so clean and spacious (room 305). And every staff was very friendly and welcoming. If you can afford 15usd or so per person per night, this is the place you should go. Xem tiếp

Great great first hostel Hanoi The staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Very relaxed atmosphere which was great as we were still recovering from jetlag. Nick helped us to book a cruise to Halong bay. We went on the Galaxy cruise which was really Nice. There was a good party atmophere on the boat but it was also very relaxed. Would recommend. Would definitely recommend this hostel if you are looking for good value, clean and relaxed acvomodation with fantasyic staff! Xem tiếp

We stayed in Hanoi Buddy Inn & Travel for only 1 days and really enjoyed this hostel. All the staff are the best nice and helpful ever. We stayed 4 beds in Family room with Window. The Family room is very spacious with strong wifi, very comfortable bed and good hot water. Breakfast is included with lots of choices and very delicious as well. Tony and Nick booked Halong bay and Sapa tour which were great and reasonable Price. Although I know some cheap tours in travel office around but I know that equal pay equal service.
