Tôi đã từng ở khá nhiều nơi nhưng ở đây nhân viên rất thân thiện. Chỉ có điều khách sạn không có thang máy, không có tủ lạnh. Khách sạn này chủ yếu phục vụ Tây ba lô nên đồ ăn toàn đồ tây.Khách sạn lại không có hóa đơn đỏ nên người đi công tác như tôi không phù hợp.Có nhiều khách sạn xung quanh phù hợp với người Việt hơn. Sau khi Tôi đã từng ở rất nhiều khách sạn tại Hà Nội và đây là lần thứ 2 tôi ở đây nhìn chung tôi có nhận xét về khách sạn như sau: Vị trí tuyệt vời, nhân viên khá thân thiện. Nhưng có vài điều tôi nghĩ nếu bạn là người Việt Nam thì không nên đặt phòng và ở khách sạn này. Thứ nhất khách sạn này chủ yếu phục vụ cho Tây ba lô, các trang thiết bị và phong cách của khách sạn này đều dành cho khách Tây Ba Lô. Đồ ăn sáng toàn dành cho khách nước ngoài nên tôi không thể ăn nổi. Vì thế tôi khuyên bạn nếu là người Việt Nam thì không nên ở đây,thêm nữa khách sạn này không có hóa đơn đỏ. Có nhiều khách sạn xung quanh giá tương đương nhưng phù hợp cho người Việt Nam hơn. Xem tiếp

I spent 3 nights in this hotel and booked tour package with them. Their service was excellent. Mike the staff in-charge-online response responded very fast. Gary, Kevin , Harry and Richard were very friendly and helpful. I even made friends with them. I love that they are very generous giving insight tips as a Vietnamese themselves. The room was clean and tidy. I love the location which is in the middle of hustle bustle old quarter and I can easily access to many touristic places and shops there. I would love to come back again! Clean spacious room, great shower with hot water and strong pressure, great breakfast, water/tea/coffee/fruit always available for free in the lobby. Great location. Right in the middle of the old quarter but still quiet at night. 10 min walk to the smaller lake. Night market on weekends is about 5 min away. Felt super safe in this location as a solo woman in Vietnam for the first time. The only warning I would give is that the beds were very soft. Something to be aware of if that bothers your back. Most importantly: exceptional staff. Really loved the guys who worked at the desk. They were helpful, cheerful, funny, and always greeted me like an old friend when I went in our out. I’ve had a lot of great staff throughout my month in SEA, but these guys were the best of all. They made me feel so welcome and cared for—and their English is exceptionally good. They also give a very helpful map and guide when you check in with local attractions and their favorite restaurants. Xem tiếp

This is my third time staying here. I stayed here a year ago before and after a trip to Sa Pa (and they held my bags which I really appreciated) and loved Hanoi so much that I came back, so I naturally booked Hanoi brothers again and it felt like coming home! Very comfortable rooms, great AC and wifi, hot water (most of the time) and a good free breakfast. The only thing I’d say is that the staff tries a little too hard to sell you on organized trips, but from what I can tell, they are of good quality, so my friend may actually take them up on one. Great location, close to all shops, eating areas and the Night Market. Very accommodating staff. 'Gary' assisted us with our overnight travel and cruise at Halong Bay. Very easy and smooth. Freshly cooked breakfast. Very warm and friendly. Xem tiếp

Our room didn’t look like the photos on Agoda. We were on the top floor, which is a very precarious climb up 5 steep flights of stairs- the last flight is flimsy metal stairs. It seemed the room was a roof converted to a room? The noise from the next door rooftop bar was extremely loud until midnight. Our shower was basically unusable because the shower head would fly off as soon as you turned on the water. The staff were very friendly, breakfast was good, and the a/c worked well. First day they placed me on the rooftop room which wasn’t really like what’s on the photos and the noise from the next door hostel was just terrible enough to keep you awake until 11pm. So, if you want to get an early good night’s rest, please avoid that room. Although, as requested they promptly transferred me next day to a room downstairs which was definitely so much better than the previous and without any noise. The staff were great and they helped me out with my Halong Bay tour which was amazing btw! All in all, it was still a good stay! Cheers! Xem tiếp

The highlight of this hotel is definitely the staff. We were greeted by Hai and Kate when we arrived and at that point on, we feel just like home. Phillip has been very helpful showing us the way around Hanoi. We couldn't get all the names of their staff but I assure you that everyone there were very friendly, honest, helpful and warm towards us. We are very grateful to them for all their help in booking and showing us the way around Hanoi. Being a budget hotel, I personally feel it's a great value for money as their location is exceptionally strategic in the city. The breakfast served were also scrumptious. Our stay has been a great experience and if we were to ever visit Hanoi again, without a doubt we would choose them again. Xem tiếp

It would be great if i could stay here longer. The room are bigger compared to other hotels and it's value for money since you had an attached bathroom. The staff speaks very good English and they introduced the nearby attractions to you. If you would like to know more tour information, just approach any of the brothers. They give us a breakfast take away since we have to leave early to the airport. It would be a good choice to choose this hotel for your first night in Hanoi. Taxi to airport is USD15 (a bit pricey compared to other hotels, it's not a taxi driver, perhaps a friend of the hotel staff). Nevertheless, we enjoy the short stay here. Xem tiếp

The rooms were okay, nothing superb, but their staff were friendly and did not try to oversell even though they were also a travel agency. Breakfast is cooked specially for you and they were nice enough to pack me a simple breakfast when I had an early flight. I was on a 3rd floor room (no lifts) and they helped me bring up my luggage but I struggled a bit when bringing it down as I did not want to disturb anyone. Xem tiếp

Comfortable clean rooms, good breakfast and very friendly staff! When we came back in the hotel from a restaurant that was very disappointing one of the staff members actually went back with us to the restaurant to explain to the staff there (that didn't speak any English) why we were so disappointed by there food.. From the breakfast to the beautiful balcony overlooking the streets of Hanoi, Hanoi Brother Inn went beyond what we were expecting. We greatly enjoyed our stay in our clean room and we even spent most of our time out on the balcony as we watched the morning scene of the locals opening their shops, delivering their goods, and the kids scurrying to school. Location was great, with food stalls and a 24/7 convenience store very near the hotel. Staff members are very polite and helpful, it felt like we were staying with family members or close friends. We were able to book a day tour through them as well as our airport pick up upon arriving in Hanoi. Would definitely stay with Hanoi Brother Inn again! Xem tiếp
