Lần đầu đến Hà Nội gặp được 1 ngôi nhà thân thiện, nhân viên dễ thương lịch sự , nhẹ nhàng và ân cần. Ra đến sân bay rồi, nghĩ lại vẫn thấy nhớ không gian và con người nơi đây. Cảm ơn các bạn đã rất chu đáo và chỉnh chu. Sẽ gặp lại các bạn sớm nhất ! Xem tiếp

I highly recommend this hotel! Tam, Mia, Sofia, Julie and Jess were very helpful and accommodating since we got to the hotel. They even helped confirm our Trang An and Halong Bay tours! Also thank you to the bellboys Peter, Dong and Daniel - they were always helpful. The team handling the breakfast service is also superb. We definitely loved the range of breakfast choice available. Needless to say, we are definitely going to go back to this hotel on our next trip to Hanoi. The service you get on this hotel is definitely top notch. Very conveniently located in the old quarter with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and just a couple blocks away from the weekend night market. They upgraded our room because we couldn’t find their driver at the airport for about 15 mins. They have a cute introduction card with a map that contains best eats in Hanoi and I would really recommend checking those spots out. They also have a travel agent to help you book day tours to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh and such, however we noted the prices at travel agencies down the street were about 30-40% cheaper. Also note that the street outside the hotel is very loud even on weekday evenings people are out singing and chatting loudly until about 12-1am, but they do offer you ear plugs. Staff were very friendly and really went above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant stay. They provide bedtime snacks and riddles every night to wish you goodnight and even sent us a little departing gift when we checked out. Highly recommend this place! Xem tiếp

We had such a lovely stay at Hanoi Bonsella Prestige. The hotel is perfectly located in Old Quarter with only 5 mins walking to the famous Hoan Kiem Lake, restaurant/cafes and shops. Our room was very spacious and very clean. The breakfast is very tasty, full of so many choices. You can order something from the a la carte menu which is made fresh for you. The staff are really nice from the first moment we stepped into the hotel, they welcomed us with a nice cold drink and snacks and left us with a little present when we checked out. Would definitely stay there again, if and when, we return to Hanoi. Xem tiếp

The location is superb. Room amenities is sufficient and house keeping is good. The lighting is the the best as compared to many Hanoi hotel which mostly got very dim light. The staff are Super friendly and helpful. I will stay here in my next visit. Please keep up the good work. Xem tiếp

This hotel was the best one I've stayed in Vietnam. From the beginning Emma really made you feel really welcome and gave us great information about Hanoi. The room we had was excellent very comfortable bed. The breakfast was good with an a la carte menu. Would recommend highly Xem tiếp

Staff very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Staff remembered my daughter’s favorite ice coffee and pho the third morning. Staff would recommend local favorite eating places and also advised which to avoid. Rooms very clean although it could be a bit noisy near the lifts. Xem tiếp

We only stayed for 1 night, but it could have not been better. The staff is excellent. Checkin was super easy. We were told on where to get the best food and what to see. We got a free upgrade to a junior suite, which was perfect! All facilities are brand new and work well. As we had to check out very early next morning, the staff prepared us a lunch box for take away. I'd definitely come back again. Keep up the good work! Xem tiếp

Great rooms, very comfortable beds, the staff are the kindest hotel staff I ever known and have great English! The breakfast was excellent, a lot of choices for everyone and all is really good. I did an order mistake and spoke with the hotel directly, they were very kind and helped through it all. We checked-in around 4AM and they didn't had any problem with that. Xem tiếp

It was a pleasure to stay here. Excellent service from arrival until departure. I have stayed here for 7 days. The room is spacious and comfortable with modern decoration. They did the housekeeping daily. The location of the hotel is very strategy for travellers. It is walking distance to the night market, happening night street and hoan kiem lake. Xem tiếp

I was here briefly and it was perfect! The staff went out of their way to accommodate my early arrival and the room and hotel was immaculate. This is a relatively new hotel. Like to commend the friendly and helpful service staff who will do their utmost to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Hotel is located in the old quarters with many eateries such a stone throw away. Just a note that if you choose room with a city view, be prepared for the noise as the rooms are not well sound-proof. The hotel is clean, very new. The staff were very helpful, respectful. They helped me booked a car to the airport. The only suggestion that i can give is that they should not let a sick driver worked. I think I got my flu from the driver. He was sneezing all the way to the airport. The room is super clean and quiet . Nice bed and the linens and pillow top notch. The bathroom is very nice too. For foodies looking for delicious grub, this is the right to be. We had a wonderful stay at Bonsella hotel. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was excellent and with good variety. Staff very nice and Mr. Jason always eager to help with all our needs or questions. He helped us buy a bus ticket to Cat Ba Island and the bus driver picked us up at the hotel, which was very convenient since we were traveling with our bags. Hotel is very close to the lake, just a short walk and I did a few times during our stay always using different roads and never got too lost. At the check out, staff offered us 2 chain Vietnamese dolls, which was a very nice gesture. We will definitely stay there again when back to Hanoi. Xem tiếp
