Địa điểm rất trung tâm, nhân viên nhiệt tình - thân thiện, phòng mới và sạch sẽ. 1 điểm trừ duy nhất là 2 đệm ghép thành giường lớn và loại đệm lò xo hơi mềm quá nên nằm không thoải mái lắm, còn lại rất hài lòng về khách sạn này. Chắc chắn sẽ còn quay lại!!! Vote 5* Xem tiếp

the staffs are friendly and the room size is ok which pay at this value. the hotel purposely arrange the bed decoration for our wedding anniversary & give us the complimentary of cake & white wine. the location is strategic while walking distance to a lot of shops & restaurant as well. *Anyway, don't use their private car's airport transfer which is much higher cost than booking outside* they gave us a souvenir & also prepared to us a breakfast for take away to the airport while we need to check-out early morning at 6am. everything is fine to stay here and further they allowed us to early check-in too. I'm the second time at the Bonsella hotel. The reason why I chose this hotel twice is obvious. It's because of the kindness and beautiful smile of the staff. I never felt uncomfortable during my 4nights and 5days. Next time I go to Hanoi, I will be happy to stay at this hotel again. There are also various restaurant and cafes that are close to the Old Qurter and are available around. It was a hotel that had a small but very pleasant time. Xem tiếp

The location is perfect. Breakfast is delicious. We stay here for three nights and they do change the varieties of the breakfast buffet. The staff in the restaurant is always energetic and smiling! It made our days! Bonsella hotel has the best customer service! We stayed here for three nights. They kept our luggage when we’re out for Ha Long Bay 2-day trip, and after we came back from the trip. The luggage was already in our new room. The housekeeper always left a small touching note and some sweets in the room after cleaning and reminded us of the weather tmr. Furthermore, the porter is always helpful as well. Even though we’re still at the entrance of the lane or we’re still inside the taxi. He knew we’re their customers and always come out to help with the luggage. Not to mentioned the receptionist, the ladies are always smiling and willing to help us with any inquiries. She helped us check with the travel agent when they were late for the pickup time, served water while we were waiting. Checking with us whether we need to arrange the airport transport the night before we check out. I have a lot of good things to say. All these small little things mattered! The Staff in Bonsella Hotel is fantastic! I will definitely stay here again if we’re coming to Hanoi next time! Xem tiếp

No review of the Bonsella Hotel would be complete without mention of their staff. Simply the kindest, warmest and most helpful hotel staff I have encountered in many years of travel. This includes the front desk, the concierge and the dining room staff. Simply superb, full stop. The location is perfect, the room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. With respect to my specific room location, the 9th floor, I would recommend a different floor location for light sleepers. The breakfast area is on the floor immediately above and you can clearly hear all the breakfast prep from 5:45 AM onwards. If you're traveling from the US, this is unlikely to be a problem as you'll be deep into the afternoon based on your home time but to others traveling from adjacent countries, something to keep in mind if you're a late sleeper. The only other suggestion I have for hotel management is to address the inconsistent water temp in the shower. Xem tiếp

I stayed alone in 2nd of May after staying other two hotel in hanoi.Hotel offered room upgrade with family room for free. i think kindness, location and cleaness of hotel is the best. also the foods for breakfast are so delicious and tasty even though not variety. Xem tiếp

Location is good - near the Old Quarters. Service rendered was personal and professional, thanks to Jason and team. Breakfast spread was delicious and staff Cali was very nice, she made sure that we have enough food. We were supposed to go on the Halong Bay cruise and due to the unforeseen weather, the staff monitored very closely and updated us on the status of the cruise. We were very disappointed that the cruise was cancelled and unable to postpone. Sensing that we badly wanted to go for the cruise, the staff jumped into action to find another alternative cruise operator for us. Thanks to them, we had a wonderful experience at Halong Bay. All the staff from Bonsella Hotel have given a 6 star rated service. Xem tiếp

Great small hotel in a good location for a reasonable price, staff are exceptionally helpful, when I returned after a Halong bay cruise they had the same room available for me and even arranged to have some milk and coffee sachets in the room, without me asking. Would stay there again without hesitation. There are a couple of minor things especially in the common areas that could be renewed but you have to look at the overall picture, the rooms were very good and it was a great place to stay for the price Xem tiếp

The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The location is great, only a block away from Hoan Kiem Lake. Like most of the reviews here, I would like to commend the staff for their extremely excellent customer service. I have been traveling around Asia for the last 10+ years, and I can say without question that Hanoi Bonsella Hotel has the absolute best staff out of any place I have been to. Thank you for an amazing stay in Hanoi! My only suggestions would be to get wi-fi in the breakfast restaurant and have a better guide to the TV channels. Otherwise, keep up your awesome work! Thanks! Great value for money, wonderful staff and very clean rooms in the heart of the old city. We really enjoyed our 2 stays (5 nights in total) at this lovely hotel. Staff was really helpful with any questions we had and when we left at 2am for our night flight, we received packaged breakfast bags to take along. I was very satisfied with my stay at Bonsella. When I first walked into my room, I was met with a lovely note and chocolates. The king bed was extremely comfy and the shower was amazing.
