Phòng khách sạn khá nhỏ nhưng có đầy đủ những tiện nghi căn bản. Phòng tụi mình có chút vấn đề với nhà vệ sinh nhưng nhìn chung hài lòng với mức giá quá rẻ ở ngay đầu phố cổ. Xem tiếp

Do khách sạn nói đã hủy liên kết với Agoda và hủy phòng của tôi. Tôi đến một khách sạn khác để lưu trú. Tôi muốn du lịch nghỉ lễ cho sảng khoái. nhưng kết quả thành một ngày nghỉ mệt mỏi không được đi chơi. Tìm kiếm nhà nghỉ tại Trung tâm du lịch trong ngày lễ 30/4 không phải dễ dàng và giá khá đắt đỏ. Hanoi blue star is having a refurbishment as we saw on arrival in reception. we were greeted and shown a few doors down the alley to bluestar 2. its also having work done. We had no window and the outdoor light outside our room shone through our bedroom all night. bathroom tiny. bodge jobs everywhere, like in the room we had at bluestar 1. A lot of work to be done, but its okay for the odd night, and cheapest place in the old quarter (apart from hostel bunk beds). pros; walkable to the old quarter lake, nice staff, Xem tiếp

I booked a private room for my first couple of nights in the old quarter. Reasonable room for the price. Clean linen and towel. The staff are hell bent on selling tour packages which I did not want. Breakfast was very basic. An egg and piece of warm bread Xem tiếp

Negativ: When we checked in the staff said that the familyroom we booked and already paid is not available. Instead of our familyroom we got some beds in a 8 bed dorm with a shared bathroom and no window. Very disappointing... Positiv: great location in the old quarter of Hanoi. Xem tiếp

Unfortunately we booked this place by mistake as the location on agoda is wrong. We thought we had booked Blues hostel and actually went there first and told them we had a booking as the location for Bluestar hotel is closer to Blues than where it is actually which is down the side alley. The room we were in had no window, the air con did not go below 26 celsius and there was mold on the walls. I had to ask to have the sheets changed three times on arrival as they had not been changed from the previous guests stay. You are far better off booking a different hotel in the old quarter. We had a lot of questions, and they were answerd :) very nice staff, breakfast was fab! The only thing I have to say which was not good, at the end of our stay we went to pay, we stayed for 3 nights at $11 a night, so it came to $44, when we went to check out, another member of staff to we haven't seen before, tryed to over charge us by 400,000VMD. After I told him it was wrong he then took the price down. There is a travel agent in there, great deals. We went to the Halong bay with the company, we payed $25pp we got a meal on a boat, did a tour around holong bay, also did a cave walk. Very good value for the day trip. If we ever come to Hanoi again, we will stay there . Thank you for all your help x Xem tiếp

Good central location and cheep night stay ( we were only here one night) but the bed was really bad, could feel the springs through the matress so we slept on top. There was also a cockcroach in the bathroom. You definitely get what you pay for and although we have stayed in similar cost hotels/hostels in Vietnam this was the worst. Xem tiếp

Location is good. Near to nightlife street in old quarter, many eateries and shopping nearby. Room is old but clean and has personal toilet inside. Bed sheets and pillow cover were clean. Breakfast very simple but OK. The hotel owner and his family are nice and helpful. They worked very hard to check people in, serve breakfast, book services. Xem tiếp

Location good near to nightlife street in old quarter north eat of Hoan Kiem lake, many eateries and shopping nearby. Close to Airport bus no. 86 which stops just around the corner. I had room no. 402 which is on the top floor with 2 windows. (No balcony though) Bed sheets and pillow cover seemed to look clean. I only had issues with no-hot water in my first night, but they fixed it next day and it was good to go. Definitely would stay again as for 10$ in their small but tidy superior room really wasn't to complain much. Breakfast very simple but OK and fast made for you. ( choose from coffee or tea and 2 slices of white bread with Egg omlete or butter+jam) Xem tiếp
