The staff were rly helpful. Helped me book my tours and cab to the airport. They even recommended which places to visit and can call a grab or uber for you. Very value for money considering there is free breakfast and wifi. Accomodations r decent too. Xem tiếp

I booked a room for 2 nights at Hanoi Blue Sky Hotel (HBS) but did not have a chance to stay there. The first night I arrived, the reception told me that my room was not ready due to water supply problem and they would have it fixed the next morning. He asked me to move to Hanoi Blue Sky Hotel 2 (HBS2) which was not too far. The next morning I asked if I could stay at HBS2 for my 2nd night but the reception told me that the hotel was fully booked and I had to check out and went back to HBS. When I arrived at HBS it was around 11 a.m., the other reception asked me to wait as the room was not ready (again). BUT his reason was that the previous guest had not checked out because he had an accident and admitted in the hospital last night. He expected the guest to come back to HBS for check-out later that day. So I decided to leave my luggage at the reception desk and went out for a walk around town. I went back to HBS at night and met the first reception. He said sorry to me and asked me to move to another hotel, AGAIN!!! At that time, he had not reserved any room for me and trying to check a few hotels nearby and finally got ones which is a bit faraway. He offered to get a grab-bike for me and said that he would pay for the room and the bike charge for me. Of course, why not??? While waiting for grab-bike he tried to speak to me and he said that HBS was fully booked during that time but HBS2 was not!!!! That was different from the information I got from the reception at HBS2. They all lied to me. Terrible hotel!! So if you don't want to feel the same as me, never ever book it! I am informed by the manager that the facilities are being upgraded (e.g. my first room was missing a shower curtain and the additional bed was collapsing in the middle). Also the carpeted floor is a bit old and grubby. With some improvements and minor renovations, Hanoi Blue Sky could be a vastly improved experience, especially with the wonderful hardworking staff who go above and beyond to help make my stay better than i initially expected. Do you like to walk round your room barefoot? The floor was very dusty my feet turned black. Do you like no shower curtain and half the ceiling covered in mould? This has that. Only 1 small light in the room as they wouldn't fix the others = very dark. Thin windows = very noisy. They fixed the AC at least. My friend stayed next door, thought I was going ultra budget when he saw my room, turned out the same price as his ,Rated 1.5 stars for a reason, reviewed well by people who have low expectations. We stayed here for a couple of weeks. Excellent value for money, affordable and breakfast (eggs any way with a fresh toasted baguette) each morning was brilliant! Really friendly staff, accommodating, helpful and they also provide a cheap laundry service too with a one day turn around. Noisy street however the curfew at night means you can still sleep well :-) Would stay here again. Xem tiếp

Upon arrival, we were told that there were no more triple rooms available and were told we could stay at a sister hotel across the street. We wanted to stay at this hotel, so we ended up with a room with a double bed and a single bed, which was fine. Hotel was a bit old, but can't complain because the price was great. The man at the front desk called a taxi to take us to the airport. Breakfast was bread and cheese or bread and jam, etc. Xem tiếp

Located slightly outside the Old Quarter (but still walking distance), this little hotel is amazing. The rooms are nice, and it's hard to find better quality for the same price. But what makes this place stand out is the quality of the staff. Everyone is so nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Hanoi. Xem tiếp

Great stay at this hotel. Everything went according to plan and the room was clean and comfortable. The bed was great; very comfortable. Nice TV with great cable channels. Simple breakfast, but very good. I would stay here again and I'd recommend it to anyone. Xem tiếp

The rooms are fairly big, clean and have everything you need like fridge and t.v. The water is hot and there are bathtubs as well as showers. The rooms are a bit old and tired but for the price what can you expect. The breakfasts are basic with either eggs and bread or noodles, and maybe some fruit. But coffee and tea is plentiful all day. The staff are all great, especially Moon who speaks good English. None of them give you the hard sell about booking trips with them, so we ended up booking a trip to Sapa with them anyway which was really good but you could probably book the same sort anywhere for the same price or less we found.She can recommend restaurants and trips if you want but they will leave you alone if you want to do your own thing. We have come back to stay here again as we think its great value for money. Xem tiếp

I must say that i was very happy with my stay. It has a great central location in the Old Quoter and you can walk everywhere from there (about 10 min) to the centre. The location of the hotel truly shows you the real Hanoi where you are surrounded by local people, food and just the every day life of this amazing city. It is definitely no luxury however great value for money, the rooms are fairly clean, spacious and have un suite and wifi. You have to prepare yourself to be hearing the ever so noisy beeping of the street motorbikes however after a few hours in Hanoi you'll accept this as a part of the city. The staff particularly young lady called Moon will help you to organise everything, will constantly make sure you are ok and happy and make the stay for you unforgettable and very special. The staff here are what makes the hotel excellent. The 4 staff we had interaction with were all excellent. They organised our trip to Ha Long Bay and also our Open Bus trip through Vietnam. They were friendly and always willing to help. The map provided by Moon was an excellent help and the extra service that the man and his wife provided made the stay memorable. Not only did we get a great price, the service was far better than some of the more expensive places we stayed at. The rooms were a decent size and the beds were comfortable. The service desk staff were exeptional, especially moon. Will definately be staying here in future. Xem tiếp

My stay at Blue sky hotel was brilliant to say the least! I don't think I've been looked after so well anywhere! Tidy and large rooms, central location and possibly the friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever experienced!!! STAY THERE!!!
