I booked this hotel via agoda and got the feedback from hotel manager later. He is kind, polite and willing to do the best service for you. So, after contacted with him directly via whatsApp, I also booked the one day tour for "Halong Bay" and "Hoa Lu". It was really fun and awesome. Breakfast is good and room is clean. Me and my hubby stayed in Bella rosa trendy hotel for a night and we so enjoyed! Janifer and other staffs are super friendly and helpful during the staying. The room is big enough for two and so clean. Location is even phenomenal!!! (take 30sec to Ta hien st). Also the breakfast, oh I have to say it was the best pho I ever had in Vietnam and I’m not joking! Really appreciate I stayed in this hotel and will highly recommend to stay! Xem tiếp

All of staffs were extremely nice and great! I had an issue when i was coming from airport but Jessica who is manager in the hotel she made everything safe really quick. And also room was really clean. Shower and toilet might be abit small but it wasnt big issue. Thank you for everything!! Xem tiếp

Stay 2 nights at this hotel, warm welcome by the hotel staffs , we arrived early and the staff allow us early check in . Good service provided by all the staffs . Good breakfast served by the hotel, you can order what ever you wants in the menu . Location is good , short walk to lake and can shop around the hotel .A lot of local food shop nearby . Definitely will go back to this hotel again if I go to Hanoi. Great location which is within the happening old quarter. I had met the friendliest hotel staff. Breakfast was fantastic and you can order anything you want. Just a small flaw that I encountered was there was quite noisy in the morning as I was woken up by the noise. I believe is the staff preparing breakfast for hotel guest. Perhaps I will get higher floor next time. Overall it’s a good hotel to stay. Xem tiếp

Enjoyed our overall stay. The room was quiet and very clean. The included breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. The breakfast menu includes many choices. There was a problem with the central AC unit the night we stayed. The room wouldn’t get cool enough. The staff apologized for that. Overall, I’d recommend it. Xem tiếp

We stayed 3 nights at Bella Rosa Trendy. We had some issues with our room on our 1st night and Jessica settled it promptly for us and we were very happy with our stay for the next 2 nights. Hotel location is excellent. The breakfast provided by the hotel was very good. We could order anything we want from the menu. On our last day, we booked an airport transfer from the hotel and the driver arrived on time. Overall, it was a good stay and we will stay here again if we visit Hanoi in future. Xem tiếp

Nothing negative to say. We stayed in 402 and then 401 with balcony. Big rooms that were super comfortable and the hotel is in the perfect location; walking distance to everything. Bank machine located right next door, which is super convenient. Staff was extremely helpful. Thanks to Mabel and Jessica who took great care of us. Would definitely stay again. Xem tiếp

We booked a family room(4 persons). Room is big enough to accommodate us. The two big beds are so comfortable. It is clean too. We definitely had a good sleep even it is just for 1 night. Another plus point about the hotel are the staffs. They are friendly, accommodating and helpful. They even prepared breakfast for the 4 of us as we had to check-out in the early morning to catch our flight. Overall, definitely will stay here if we come back to Hanoi! Xem tiếp

Location is good if you want to be near the drinking area. Personally, I found the area too noisy for my liking as we are not pubbers. If you are light sleepers like us, please request for non-city view rooms. We spent 6 nights there and had to stay in a city facing room for first 3 nights as the hotel was full. I found it too noisy and had to use ear plugs. Service of the staff at the hotel is excellent. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast is also good. Xem tiếp

Staff very helpful. We stayed for 2 nights then went on overnight cruise and returned to hotel next day for another 2 nights. We were able leave suitcases there and they were already in our room when we returned. Breakfast was a la carte and plenty to eat. We stayed at Hanoi Bella Rosa Trendy Hotel for 2 nights. Nested right in the action of the Old Quarters yet away from the noise and crowd. The location was so convenient, we could head back to the hotel once during the day to put down our shopping stuff before heading out for dinner. All the places we wanted to go were within walking distances. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The room with balcony was the best where you get to enjoy the Hanoi Old Quarters vibe from 4 floors up. Love it! Xem tiếp

I highly commend the staff of this hotel for being helpful. They were very nice and attentive to my needs. I also like that I was given a quiet room as I requested. For breakfast you can order whatever there is on the list, so if you are in a rush, better to head down early as the food will be prepared as you order. The food was good so find time for breakfast. Ms. Jessica Nguyen is the best. She helped coordinate everything from our hotel transfer to our 3d2n trip to Ha Long and other day trips. She was on top of everything and every tour we took was offered at a better price than anywhere else. The service from Ms. Nguyen and the other staff is on par with any 5 star hotel. Xem tiếp

Everything is great!! , location (Very good for people who like to stay near nightlife, just 1 min walk to Ta Hien), service, cleanliness. Except for the pointers below for your information. 1) Bathroom tiles are too slippery for young children, So I had to use the floor mat to anti-slip it. For adult is fine 2) Tv position is awkward not facing the bed, but not important, most of the time we were out. 3) Good security on the main door, it closes after 0000hrs. But don't get drunk else you can't find your way back! Just ring the bell and staff will open for you 24hrs. Xem tiếp
