My girlfriend and I stayed just for one night. We loved it utterly. Perfectly clean room, lovely decorations, and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely helpful, right down to drawing maps for us to local sights. It's right around the corner from Hoan Kiem Lake too, and nestled in the Old Quarter. So there is plenty to see, eat, drink, and buy in every direction The buffet breakfast was decent, but you want to get in early while everything is still fresh. However, decent food on top of a great room in a great location at a low price is hardly something I can whine about. Highly recommended, would stay again Xem tiếp

We had an excellent stay at the hotel the past 2 nights. Daisy, Johnny, Lucia and all the hotel stuff were helpful, warm and friendly.  They asked if we needed airport pick up with reasonable charge and also helped us purchased the Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre show tickets. We were also provided with welcome drinks and fruit upon check in with the option of having it in our room. Also helped  us to call for legitimate cabs, giving instructions to the driver to drop us off at the right stop. Location of the hotel was great. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also good. Would definitely stay there again! Xem tiếp

The hotel is located near hoankiam lake and main street. breakfast is really good and especially the taste of rice noodle is better than franchise noodle shops. Above all, customer service is nearly perfect. hotel staffs are very kind and trying to inform us whatever we want. My wife and I have fully enjoyed hanoi for 4 days owing to you guys. Thank you. Highly recommend this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The location was 1min walk away from the lake, which was really nice to talk an evening walk. The staff were super super friendly and professional. They helped us a lot in recommending places with good food, transport booking and even bought a cake for my dad on his birthday. The staff on duty during the night we checked in were fantastic. Cris was at the reception and he showed us around the room, and also informing us where to go. Hotel is located very near to the lake, which means it is very easy to find and also very near to the market for some night shopping. I feel safe at all times and the room is spacious! Xem tiếp

All staffs are very kind and helpful. Location is perfect! Just a min to hoankiem river and 3-4min to beer street. Becareful if you use hot water for shower(very hot and sometime no hot water come out) Do not wear slipper in room(very smelly) Do not turn on heater(very smelly) But staff service covered all above bad things. It really beyond expectation. In addition to convenient location, clean room, staffs are very kind and helpful, suggest us many tips. We also love their breakfast, fresh and various, also customized. The only defect is that they shifted our booking to another sister hotel for first night without notification, and the room is incompatible with our order. But they noted our request and improved at the 3 night afterward. Accordingly, if I go to Hanoi again, I would definitely choose Bella Rosa! Xem tiếp
